The complainant states we have received his account from our client 'illegally', which is falseHe has an unpaid account in our client's office and after complainant chose not to heed our clients' request for payments, they placed the account in our office for collectionsWe don't need a contract
with complainant, we have a contract with our client to collect their unpaid debtsComplainant claims that he has asked us 'many times' to validate his account, however he has only requested this info once; days ago on Sept (see his letter attached)We are in the process of responding to his letter now.Complainant filed a separate complaint against us with another entity alleging that we 're-age' account in order to keep credit reporting itIn our response to this allegation, we informed the complainant that he owes this account for as long as he exists; medical debts in California do not go away simply because of non-paymentThe statute of limitations to which the complainant referred in his former complaint only limits the amount of time we have to file litigation, it has nothing to do with how long a debt is owed, contrary to complainants statementsThe credit bureaus list bad debt collection accounts, such as complainants, for seven years, and that is why the debt appears in his credit profileIt has never been, nor will be, 're-aged'It might do complainant some good to study some of the matters he makes complaints about before he does so wantonlyAs stated, we are mailing to complainant a validation of debt as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActWe are not bound to respond to the various other demands that the complainant has made or will make?

We remain confused by this complainantIs the complaint for the account with us, or the complaint with CMRE?As for the account with us, the charges are for the complainant's minor child *** *** The complainant provided healthcare insurance information which our client processed and which resolved $664.72, leaving complainant responsible for the balance now standing at $We have recorded conversations with the complainant during which the complainant not only acknowledged the accounts as being legitimately due and owing, but the complainant agreed to pay them in installments of $This is not a case of mistaken identityThe complainant is responsible for payment of their child's medical well beingIf complainant would like us to send copies of the charges again, we'd be happy to send them, the complainant need only askIf the complainant has any issues or concerns as to how the insurance company determined how much they paid and how much was due from the complainant for services rendered to the complainant's minor child, then the complainant should contact their insurance representative as our client has no control over the type of policy that the complainant has chosen.?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, Designed Receivable Solutions has already violated State of *** consumer protections laws.? As I mentioned in my original complaint, I did not receive their response to my request for validation they received August 1, 2016, and there is no evidence I received anything from them within the specified days.? Therefore I am respectfully requesting they delete these accounts, and cease all other collection activity.? I am making every effort not to present this case before a courtroom jury in my community.?

That's how they have diligently tried working with me.? I gave DRS my banking information to collect payments from me as I had been out of work for almost a year communicating with them responsibly along the way.? They said if I paid all at once I could waive the interest.? They said to check my credit report and phone them back to let them know if I wanted to pay all at once.? I don't have any outstanding bills and have never experienced something like this with a company.? I phoned them back and said I wanted to go with my three payment original plan.? I left this message with two representatives right after sending them a USPS Certified Mail letter with the same statement I am making here along with check #*** for $500, my first payment? Two days later they were illegally withdrawing funds from my accountThis company knows exactly how they are operating.? In fact if they truly did have permission to withdraw funds from my account why didn't they dispute their ACH withdrawal? complaint? from me with the Federal Reserve when I filed the complaint about their illegal withdrawal from my account.? They did not dispute my complaint because the Federal Reserve would be investigated, and they had no such permission to access my funds electronically and they would be found out.? For some reason DRS has failed to answer to any of the demands I have made: to stop spoofing (calling from all different kinds of numbers and cities) me, to send me a statement with the account number and final amount I owe, and to send me a receipt upon final payment.? None of this has been addressed so what was the point of DRS's response to the Revdex.com?? I don't see how they claim this is resolution.? Get to the real issues DRS please, and stop wasting the time and energy of the Revdex.com and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.? Send me the single account number you say the account has, stop calling me, tell me my balance due, and send me a receipt when you receive final payment? Please see attached ACH dispute claim form I submitted to my bank? DRS did not dispute my complaint and my money was refunded to my account immediately? I have paid DRS $1,out of $1,? Apparently they are more interested in? harassing people than they are in getting their money? People? don't file complaints and write letters unless one has truly done something to make them angry? Please ask them to just give me the information I have requested? Thanks so much for your assistance

This complainant has filed this same complaint with various other entities and we have responded every timeThe complainant has accounts in our office, some where she was the patient to our client, and some where her minor child, for whom she is responsible, was he patientWe have sent her full
and complete validation and verification of the debtsInstead of ever dialoguing with our office about the accounts, she simply files complaints against usShe owes the accounts, we have provided her all documentation to prove that, and the accounts are properly reported to the credit bureaus

We have worked diligently with this consumer and have provided everything she requestedWe never took money from her accounts that she did not authorize, nor will weOnce her accounts are paid in full, we will mail her a letter indicating soWe won't be calling her again, pursuant to her request
The consumer enjoys filing complaints, as she has done so twice with the CFPB, so this likely is not the last Revdex.com will be hearing from her

? DESIGNED RECEIVABLE ***

Because complainant has multiple accounts in our office, there has been some confusion with different reps speaking to complainantWe are interested in resolving this amicably for all concerned, and the best way to do that is to speak to one another rather than going back and forth with this complaint dialogueComplainant should call *** *** toll free at ***, Ext***, to confirm status of accounts and resolve the 'deletion letter' issue.? We regret that complainant feels that we have conducted 'unfair business', however complainant is asking for concessions that we do not ordinarily provideAgain, a simple call to our manager will resolve this

[This company states that I have only requested my information once on September 6, This is because my first letter was August 18th to Equifax, where Designed Receivable Solution responded that this account was verifiedThe law states that I have a right to see the contract and information that binds me to this accountI have asked validation numerous timesTo state that I am making demands is an overstatementI simply asked for proof and they have failed to each of the attempts that I have madeI feel at liberty to complain about this company because they have not responded to meInstead, they continue to add interest to an account that they will not even provide proof belongs to meIn saying so, for them to have proof, is a violation of HIPPA because a medical record would have had to be sharedAs a legitimate company, I hope they take HIPPA seriousBy law, I have a right to ask for thisIn the meantime, my credit report is being harmed by the interest on this alleged debt since that has almost DOUBLED in cost due interest by this companyThis seems like a violation in itself. With in this message, I have included the two messages I sent to Equifax, which Designed Receivable Solution has responded toMy fax receipts, as well as the response Designed made to me on consumer financialTo say that I only been request validation for five days is and this company needs to be made away of the lie they just toldThey also need to stop saying I am making demandsAll I said was provide me an original contract that binds me to this debt and if not, please remove itYou can read that from my lettersThank you]

In response to one of the complainants complaints to another entity, we provided complainant with a full validation of debt on August 11, We mailed it to the same address as he has on file with this complaint, and it was not returned to us by the USPS as undeliveredWe are bound by the FDCPA
to provide a copy of the bill when requested, and we did precisely that, along with an explanation of the balance due from the complainantWe are not bound to, nor interested in, responding to all the many other demands being made by the complainantWe have satisfied the requirements of the FDCPA and will provide nothing furtherThe debt remains owed, therefore will remain reported to the credit bureaus

The complainant did promise to pay and we have the call recordingWe asked her to give us her credit card or bank info over the phone but she refused, instead promising to put a check in the mail to usWe did send FULL validation, which consisted of a letter explaining every detail of her bill, and a copy of her itemized chargesIf she wants her actual medical records, she will have to contact the hospital as we are not entitled to procure those documentsComplainant points out that she has no contract with our office and she is correctWe have a contract with the medical provider to collect their bad debt collection accounts, and by virtue thereof, the complainant owes our office?

We are not bound to respond to the untruths and demands of the complainantShe has unpaid bad debt collection accounts in our office and our only goal has been to collect themThat she has chosen to file numerous complaints against us is her prerogative, however that does not change our responsibilitiesI have this day generated a letter to complainant from our system that requests the full balance payment now due from her with a requested payment date of July 20, The letter will contain the account numbers of each of her accounts, including the 'master' number we've assigned to her bad debt collection accountsWe have never harassed the complainant nor violated any laws, rules or procedures in pursuit of payment of her accounts, nor do we have any idea what she is talking about with her complaints of 'spoofing'; we suspect she is confusing us with some other callers

The complainant has accounts in our office assigned over the years covering many service datesShe never advised our clients of a worker comp case, nor our office, until nowIf these accounts are part of a work comp case, we will need to know the name of the employer, the comp carrier, the
nature and date of injury, and the attorney of recordShe can provide that information to our office by calling (800)518-7650, or mailing to: DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA Once we receive this information we can begin a full investigation?

[The correspondance between me and the collection agency did not happen the way they are stating. I have no idea why they were contacting and I never stated that I was the one who went to the hospital with my child. I informed them in the call that I would contact a fraud department and the Revdex.com. They lied and said they spoke to my husband, which they did not. They placed this item on my credit report without giving my time to verify the company or the debt. Personally, I think someone used our info and went to the doctor. The company is not interested in verifying that fraud was possibly committed. They have been harassing me for two weeks, however they could not mail me any information about the alleged debt. My mail from my previous address is forwarded to my new address. They are liars. Its not fair for them to put those charges against without giving me all information.]

Hmm, apparently the complainant did not read our former response to the complaint. As we said we would, we mailed a full validation and verification of the debt to the complainant. She can continue to complain all she wants to whomever she wants, we have fulfilled our responsibility of debt validation.

The complainant is misinformed. Filing a dispute directly with a credit bureaus does NOT constitute a request for validation to our company. When a consumer files a dispute with a credit bureau, the credit bureau notifies us and requests comment. We then investigate, confirm with our client that the debt remains owed, and respond accordingly. The complainant has only ONCE requested validation of the debt to our office, on Sept. 6, 2017. Instead of contacting us about the account, complainant has chosen to file complaints suggesting our company operates illegally rather than communicate about the actual underlying debt. We mailed the validation response yesterday, which included a copy of the charges. We are not entitled to the complainants private medical records, however if complainant wishes to receive those he can contact the hospital directly; we mailed only that which is required by the FDCPA and is not medical records.Regarding the interest, we have been trying to get complainant to respond to this debt since May of 2012, at which time virtually no interest had accrued. Calls to the complainants phone number that he provided to our client were met with hang-ups. We have never been able to contact the complainant, and he has never attempted until now to contact us; this account has been reported to complainant credit for over 5 years. We are only doing our job which we have been doing for many years, despite complainants' false allegations of our being a 'scam' company and operating outside the confines of the laws that govern our industry.

The complainant has mailed us nothing, and in February he filed other complaints with the CFPB making the same false claims. We have discontinued any contact with the complainant, per his request, and we have informed the credit bureaus to which his accounts are reported that he disputes them. The...

complainant chooses not to contact our office but rather file complaints about his unpaid collection accounts. We have done nothing wrong in pursuing payment of these legally owed debts.

When the complainant initially told us they were in bankruptcy, they refused to provide any attorney or court information. Since we never received any notice from any bankruptcy court that they were in fact filing, we needed information to close our file. That was the only reason we called to follow...

up in December. We will not contact the complainants again.
