Dear [redacted] , We take all claims seriously and evaluate each thoroughly on a case-by-case basis. Regarding your complaint that Deville Asset Management has not provided you with supporting documentation as well as inaccurate information being reported to the credit agencies, we... have provided the Lincoln Tech Ledger and your signed loan agreement for Lincoln Tech. In review of your complaint, we have responded to your previous complaints with the CFPB, and with the credit reporting agencies by previously providing the necessary supporting documentations to validate this debt. By gaining the supporting documentation, this account is considered validated, and is accurately being reporting to all three credit reporting agencies. If you would like to discuss options on resolving this debt, or if you have new information for us to review, please contact our office at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , The debt in question is from a [redacted] loan that [redacted] purchased in March, of 2017. I have attached the signed contract, application and the deficiency letter showing the breakdown of the balance owed. [redacted] is a large debt... purchasing company, therefore, we do not originate the actual loan. The only dispute [redacted] has received for this [redacted] loan is the electronic E-Oscar disputes, and [redacted] has previously responded to both disputes providing the needed information to validate this debt. [redacted] has attempted to contact the consumer, as well as mailing out the supporting documents to the [redacted] *** address. I am rejecting this response because: I don't have any documentation showing I ever took out a *** as described in the letter

Dear ***, My records show a different last name, and to confirm I have the right information, I need for you to provide just one of the following: account number, date of birth, License number, or the vin number for the vehicle you are referring too. Once I have one of
these items, I can provide you with the requested information and I will be able to address your concernsPlease understand *** *** *** is a large debt purchasing company, therefore, we do not originate the actual loan agreement. I look forward in assisting you with your concerns. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding my request. Thank you, *** ***

The account in question was purchased from ** *** in November I have a copy of the contract between *** and Deville in hand to prove that indeed it was legally purchasedThe account was originally opened in March of but was not charged off until 6/30/which means that the statute
of limitations has not expired for the account to be placed on the consumers CBRThe call that the consumer claims never took place according to my records and our phone records unless the call came from a number we do not have on the accountNow that the consumer is aware that the account is within guidelines for reporting she will need to contact us to discuss how to resolve this***

Dear *** *** Your divorce decree does not relieve you from any joint debts you incurred while married. *** *** *** does not get involved with civil matters concerning who will issue the payment, as we report accurately based off the signed legal binding contract agreement that I previously provided. A divorce decree does not release you from the obligation for the *** loan. *** *** *** is a large debt purchasing company, we do not originate the actual loan. The original lender will charge off or write off the debt prior to our purchase to ensure accurate credit bureau reporting, but the debt is still owed based on the terms and conditions of the legal binding contractIf you have any other concerns, please contact our office directly at ***

This account was purchased by Deville in September but as of this time no collection efforts have been made on the account other than it being reported to the credit bureauNo calls were made and the only letter sent ( apparently to an old address ) was a standard day notification letter
which was not responded toOur policy is to send the first mandatory letter and wait days then report it the bureau with the information that we were given at the time the account was purchasedWe had no reason whatsoever to believe that this information is incorrect since there was no response to our letter and this is the first time that we have been advised of a dispute. Per our policy I am requesting that the account be placed in Dispute status and temporarily removed from her CBR until such time as the account has been validatedWe believe the information that we have to be true and accurate. In reading the complaint sent the BB which is filled with wild and slanderous accusations it appears that this consumer believes that this was paid off prior to being purchased by my companyThe original creditor does not agree with the consumer either or they would not have sold it to usIn that case I would request that we receive some sort of proof in the form of a paid in full letter etc. As stated, we will remove it from the CBR until the investigation has been completed. Should you have any further questions please contact me

Dear *** ***, In review of your complaint filed, I have reviewed your account information and find that we provided the supporting documentation as you previously requested Deville Asset Management is a debt purchasing company, we do not originate the actual loanDeville
Asset Management purchased this loan in December of 2017, and we mailed you a validation letter advising you of the new ownership of this debt. Due to the age of this account, Deville is not reporting this debt to the credit bureaus, but we did respond to your validation request providing you the supporting documents. I have provided you with another copy of the *** *** ledger where you can see on page three the charged off amount under *** *** financing. Again, Deville is not reporting this due to the age of the account, but we have placed your account in a dispute status based on your submitted dispute If you have any questions or concerns, please contact my direct line at *** *** ***. Thank you, *** ***

I reject this rejection as I have proof in hand of the account being updated on the credit bureau and proof that the certified mail was sent and the notice card was left at the address provided. Also we have been getting calls on that number all day, I have a total of abandoned calls on the day and none are from ***I believe the rejection response has several untruths in it and that this is an attempt to slander my company in an attempt to avoid paying a valid debt. My direct line is *** Again this was originally A *** ACCOUNT and there would be NO CONTRACT in place with *** *** ***

Dear *** ***, In review of the complaint filed in February 2018, our investigation supports the collection activity based on the supporting documents for *** Auto. I understand you are concerned with the validity of this debt, and I have attached the signed Retail

We are in the office Monday - Thursday 8:am-7:00pm CST and Friday 8:am to 5:30pm CST to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this account or you may reach us by ***Again, if you have questions regarding the provided documents or would like to discuss options on resolving this debt, please contact our office at your earliest convenience at *** *** *** Sincerely, *** ***
