I ordered the free sample of Burn HD. Now my credit card is charged almost $100. I ordered nothing else!

Desired Outcome

I want the charge removed from my credit card and to be removed completely from their customer database!

They did credit my account for the $95.90.

Scam alert! These guys are the worst. They charge $90+ per bottle of product and auto bill you before you have even had a chance to finish the trial
They offered to enroll me in the 90 day satisfaction guarantee for more money. Unethical - they won't accept unopened product returns.

Desired Outcome

Refund of charged amount upon returning the product

I sent an email to them after I got the sample in the mail and after trying it, it made me sick. I was throwing up for 2 days. Want to cancel
I sent an email to them on their website after I got the sample in the mail and after trying it, it made me sick. I was throwing up for 2 days. I explained that I wanted to cancel. It was sometime in February I emailed them; not sure of date. A week later I received a package in the mail. I CALLED today to cancel and they said another shipment went out and they could not issue a refund. The agent then asked to put me on hold and talk to the manager and came back to tell me they could issue a 50% refund for the shipment. That is not good enough.... This made me extremely sick after taking it only 1 time. I did NOT open the package and I want to return it and get a FULL refund for the product. They need to specify on their website that you need to call to cancel the order and emailing them will not work. I never got a reply from them stating I had to call. It is very misleading. I know I should have made sure to get a confirmation; but when I called they confirmed they saw I had emailed the request in the system; so that should count as some type of proof in writing that I DID NOT want the product. Now I am supposed to be ok with being out of $200?? I just want to return it and get a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want to be able to return the product that is still in the UNOPENED package and get a FULL refund for the product

This business practices bullying you, robbing you of your hard earned money and refusing to accept returns or refund any monies. Very Unprofessional.
I ordered my sample on January 15th and was told it got shipped out on that same date, but didn't receive it until a week later. It's supposed to be a 15 day trial from the time it's ordered, and not from the time you get the package, so that's the totally unfair right there that I only have one week to determine a product, by their word takes 12 weeks, is working or not and if I wish to continue. I didn't realize this when I placed the order. I emailed them to ask HOW to cancel and never received a response. Then about 1 week later, I received an auto-ship, which I never opened and wrote "return to sender" and gave it back to the post office. I called Spotlight and spoke a man who was VERY rude, disrespectful, and mean, accusing me of wanting product for free when I told him that I wanted to cancel the auto-ship and get a refund for a return. I explained that I had a negative reaction to the product on my first day and cannot take them. He agreed to cancel, but not to accept a return or refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who he then replied I was already speaking to him, to which he became very nasty and told me he was not refunded my money back and that "I'm stuck with the pills and that I can't send them back because they are no good to him and can't be sold to anyone else. They will just throw them away. There was nothing I can do to get my money back and there was nobody else to talk to higher than him except the owner of the company and he doesn't take calls." I told him I will just dispute with my credit card company, his words were "Go ahead, you won't get your money back, you have nothing to dispute!" What a awful company to deal with, it makes me sick. What about working with the customer? They will argue and yell at you, belittling you! Such bullies!
I checked with my post office and they do not track "return to sender" shipments, unfortunately. But they did share the shipping of the original auto-ship, which started processing on the 18th! That is only 2 days after I ordered the 2 week trial!! So really they are taking advantage of you right from the get go. Sneaky, business. I paid with my credit card for the trial and was charged $95.90 for the unwanted auto-shipment that I would like refunded. I do not have the product in my possession as I immediately returned to sender the unopened mailer. I informed the man if this when I called him where he indicated that they would not make note of the return and throw away the goods.. What a horrible company to deal with. I am so upset about this experience, I am breaking out in hives!

Desired Outcome

I have returned the product by "return to sender" in the original packing they sent. This occurred the following day after delivery, as I was not at home when the package was first delivered. I respectfully request a full refund of the $95.90.

I truely appreciate the refund, it is unfortunate that it had to come to such a means. I wish we could have worked together from my first contact. I am hoping that a re-look at your advertising and offer's wording will bring about change to better serve the consumer and ultimately your company. I also sincerely hope that your customer service personnel receive some training on how to properly converse and work with customers who call for assistance as that was the worst of my experience with your company.

I think this is a complete scam. This does nothing for my energy or cravings. The only thing that it makes me do is urinate like crazy.
I think this is a complete scam. This does nothing for my energy or cravings. The only thing that it makes me do is urinate like crazy. If this is just a diuretic, of course you will lose weight, you will just gain it all back quickly when you stop taking it. The other reason I think this is a scam is after I ordered the "free" 2 week sample, it was 3 days did not even receive the sample and I was charged $100 for a bottle. I called to ask why and cancel and whoever this man was that I spoke called me STUPID for not wanting to continue taking it when I have not even started! Basically, they stole $100 from me. They refused to refund. Proceed with caution with this one.

Desired Outcome

I would to get a Full refund of this product never received product.

I cancelled subscription within the 30 days allowed, and they shipped product anyway. Product returned, but never refunded me.
Service was cancelled, and they shipped product anyway, and billed me 95.90. I returned the product, and they refuse to refund me. So I am paying almost 100 dollars for literally nothing.

I want my money back. You have your product back, give me my money back.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I was refunded, problem solved.

I was scammed into an automatic shipment.
This company is a scam.
I ordered my trial for $3.95 and after 2 weeks they auto billed me $95.90. Just 2 weeks after I received the trial. I never signed up for automatic shipping or for anything else besides the samples. Just 2 weeks after I ordered it, they automatically decided to send me more and charge me $95.90. I called customer service today and the very unprofessional rep said NO RETURNS and asked me to explain what a sample meant. He said I also got a piece of paper in the trial size that had the number to call to cancel. There was no paper in my trial. In fact the only paper in the package was the paper that was supposed to hold the pills together but poorly did so. The packages of pills were loose and at the bottom of the envelope like someone carelessly threw them in. There wasn't any information on the packaging with any contact information or anything. I also mentioned that I never got an email confirming the order and he said they don't do emails. BUT he emailed me my cancellation notice (NOT including my $95.90 refund!) He did however refund me partially for $35 which is not enough. This company is extremely unprofessional and preys on peoples inability to catch them in time. I believe they expect that people purchasing trials won't catch on and basically scam them but charging them.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund of the total $95.90.

We apologize for the delay, we have submitted the refund for the full amount and a confirmation will be listed below.

Fraudulent Charge to my Debit Card
I ordered a "free" 14 day supply of a diet pill and only had to pay for shipping. Apparently, in the small print that I did not see, an automatic renewal was to be posted to my account on day 19 (for $95.90!) when it was too late to cancel the subscription (cancellation only valid through day 16). At no time did I receive an email saying a charge was going to be pending or processed for the automatic renewal. Had I received such notification, I would've immediately cancelled the subscription. When I called the company, the individual I spoke to, who did not provide his name, said it was too late to cancel and they do not accept returns or provide refunds. Now, I have to contest the charge with my back and go through the hassle of setting up a new account and get a new debit card.

Desired Outcome

Refund in the amount of $95.90

Complaint has been resolved.

I never got a free sample, then got charged for the first of a subscription shipment I did not know was coming.
I signed up for the "free" trial subscription evidently missing the small print that in 15 days I would be charged $95.90 for a series of shipments. he trial shipment never arrived, and so when I got the $95 shipment I opened and started using it (thinking it was the trial shipment). Then I realized I had the $95.90 charge on my credit card! I called the company and explained the situation, asking for my money back. They refused, siting I had signed the agreement. (Which I guess I did - but the advertisement I saw said nothing about the $95 shipments) They did finally give me about a $30 credit. (The company claims the trial shipment was delivered).

Desired Outcome

I want the entire $95.90 charge returned to my credit card. I will gladly pay the shipping on the original trial order.

I did not sign up for a subscription. this is a rip off company.
They make it very easy to get a so called free trial there is nothing free about it. its just a scam to get your credit card information so they can hit you with a $95.90 monthly subscription charge. you must call to cancel the subscription that you didn't know you signed up for. I found out I was signed up when I saw the charge on my bank statement. these people are dishonest thieves. I did call and they refused to return my money. because the product was shipped. I told them I do not want, did not want their product and it will be returned. they wont budge. they kept asking me why I wanted to cancel. they offered 50% return then 60%, I want all of the money they stole from me. they are THIEVES.

Desired Outcome

Return my stolen money.

I cancelled and requested refunds that I never got.
On 11/16/16 I order a trial of Leptigen for $3.95. I then was billed on 12/1/16 for $95.90, when I received the product I immediately marked the envelope "return to sender" and wrote "cancel" on it...I have used this procedure in the past with subscriptions and have successfully cancelled them. On 1/3/17 I was again charged $95.90 which I didn't notice until I received the product again in the mail which I again returned to sender and marked cancel. I called and asked to cancel and they said ok they would refund upon receipt. On 1/28/17 I received and email from the company stating that my "subscription status has been updated and cancelled". On 1/31/17 I was again charged $95.90. I again asked returned the product and expected a refund. I received an email stating that they would only refund $89.95 of the most recent order and I received that refund on 2/28/17 however, they refused to refund the other charges even though they had the product back in their hands. On 3/11/17 I was told via email that they would refund me another $45 which they never did. In the email they said "you needed to call for an RMA number", however the website says to return the product for a refund and call to cancel but nothing about getting a number from them. This company claims to strive for customer service but they clearly did not care about me as a customer.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $287.70 minus the $89.95 I previously received from them on 2/28/17 so the total refund I am seeking is $197.75 at this time. Although I incurred several overdraft charges because of their erroneous charges I am not seeking to have those refunded just the money they took from my bank account.

Hi,

My name is *** and I sent in for the trial with that company.
Prior to the trial being over, I spoke to someone from Diet Spotlight
named Kevin and he reassured me that I would not be charged.

Lo and behold I was charged $89. I am on disability and can not afford
that but my main issue is that I was assured that I would not be charged.
To me that is stealing.

I would like my money back. The bank said that the funds have been
released and I had to call the company to dispute it.

The address for Diet Spotlight is:
75 Valencia Avenue, Suite 1000
Coral Gables, FL XXXXX

My apologies but I was unsure on which Florida Revdex.com the company falls
under.

I can be reached at (XXX)XXX-XXXX, but would prefer to communicate via
email.

Sincerely

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back.

Thank you to the B.BB for resolving this matter quickly. My refund has been processed.

Products never arrived and when inquiring multiple times about the products I was told I signed up for auto shipping which I did not.
I ordered a Free Sample and paid S&H and ordered an additional Supplement. Paid $3.95 and additional $18.17 for the products on February 16, 2018. I NEVER agreed to auto shipping and any other charges or other products to be sent to my home. Order # XXXXXX. I called twice 2/21 & 2/23 and was told both times it should arrive next day. I also emailed the company on 2/20 but never received a response. I did email the company again on 2/25 to ask for refund and cancellation of any fraudulent AUTO SHIPPING. I used CNA bank Debit card for this purchase and will be reporting the complaint to my bank and not authorize any payments to this company.

Desired Outcome

I want a complete refund and no more products and nothing else to do with company. I question if this a legitimate company or fraud.

I have received a full refund as stated.

Dietspotlight has billed me without my permission $95 for 3 months. I did not agree to be billed monthly for their products.
This company is a free trial scam. They bill a large monthly fee that is not shown to the consumer who accepts a free trial of a small amount of the product. They then refuse to refund months of billing for a product the user never agreed to buy as a subscription. This company is relatively new and offers "diet products".

Desired Outcome

I want my money back from this fraudulent company. They billed me $95 for Dec and January. I had no idea why this garbage was showing up at my house.

I'll take the refund. However, this company clearly does this on purpose. Oddly another product just showed up in the mail with no receipt showing the billed me.

I wanted to try the dietspot light pills. The website offered 2 weeks of pills for $3.95 shipping only. That is all I ordered!
After inputting my credit card information and seeing that I was paying $3.95 only. I hit the pay button. Then, I got a summary that added on $18.17 for some Detox pills. I immediately called the company and was told by Dominic that the Detox pills were cancelled. When I received my shipment, there was a bottle of pills I did not order. I threw it in the trash.

I checked my bank statement this morning and was charged $3.95 and $18.17. I call dietspot and they said I had to send the bottle back to get a refund of $18.17. I told them I never ordered it. I thought it was something they sent for free and did not realize it was the detox pills that I never ordered and called to cancel.

Tricky company adding to my order after I hit the pay button.

Desired Outcome

An apology and refund $18.17.

Fraudulent practices- Refund Requested
I received a text notification this morning from my banking institution that a $95.90 transaction was pending from this company. I had never heard of the company and I do not live in the area. When I called the Company to request a refund and more information regarding how this even happened, they said I purchased a product I hadn't heard of, the product was shipped, and its on auto-bill. I have never received any products from this company. When I disputed the purchase, the representative said since they had all of my information in their system, I must have purchased their product. If that's how you run business, you open consumers up to FRAUD! He was very unhelpful and now I have to re order a card, just to be sure that no more unauthorized transactions from this company goes through and be charged an additional fee for that. The rep says they closed the account, but it shouldn't have been opened in the first place. They assured me they did not get my information from a third party vendor, which is highly unlikely.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $95.90 refunded to me.

Scammed after being told account was cancelled
I tried the free trial of this product. I didn't like it so I called a few days later to cancel it completely. They said they would cancel it but wanted to send me a free trial of a different production them. FAILED to mention that it would create a new account for me but for that product!!! Thus I was billed $90!!!! I'm literally about to file for bankruptcy because of medical bills that I can't pay and they have the audacity to charge me for something that I SPECIFICALLY CALLED AND CANCELLED. upon calling back, they said they could refund half of the amount but not in full. I TOLD THEM I WAS DONE YET THEY TRANSFERED MY INFO, including credit card info, TO A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND CHARGED ME!
They tricked me and this is unacceptable!

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of my money ($90) not this partial refund!

Money was refunded

I was charged for something that I did not order.
I what are the free sample for only shipping cost of $3.95. Well making the order, the site asked if I wanted to do an auto order I said No to all props concerning automatic orders. The product alive nearly two weeks later. The money was charged a couple of days after that. I reiterate I never asked for an automatic order refill. I would not have done sell for product I've never tried before. When I called to complain, the sales rep tried to sell me a different plan. This company is a fraud.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded. I would also like this company to change its business practices. They use unethical means to bill customers out of money.
