Called to cancel free trial. Associate offer me his discount and gave me until 2/9/18 to think about it. They charged my card w/o authorization.
On 1/31/18 I called in to cancel the free tria (ordered 1/24/18). The employee offered his employee discount to make it more affordable ($60 for 2 month supply). He stated I had until 2/9/18 to take advantage of his discount and he was going to update my account. I received an email confirming my cancellation that stated " This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request."
My husband and I agreed we just don't have the funds to continue using the diet pills. I never called because I was NOT interested. On 2/10/18 at 12:12am I received a confirmation email stating my order had been processed. I immediately emailed customer service stating I did not place an order. They stated in their response that my "subscription" was canceled and that my trial was "extended". I also emailed the original guy (Jonathan) I spoke to on Saturday 2/10/18... no response.
I received the package today to my dismay and called immediately to get credited for a product I did not want. The employee spoke to the supervisor multiple times and he stated I agreed to the "extension". Beware of their wording as an employee offering his discount for a specific timeframe does NOT mean I wanted to accept or that I needed to call in a second time to cancel (nor did the email stating there would be no more charges on my account). NONE of this was explained. After a very long phone conversation they agreed to give me $30 refund of the $60 charged.

I paid the trial for diet spotlight and I paid only for the shipping. Now, I just got charged $100 without any email or anything
They offer th trial for only 3,95 for the shipping and then they charged my credit card $100 without any email or anything saying that they were going to charge $100. I called them to explain what happened and the guy was nice but he turned to be very rude because how come one company is going to charge you without any notice. I did not received anything from the first $3,95, and I still don't have anything from this company. Now, I will be disputing with my bank.
Terrible customer service!

At least my money back since I did not receive any other bottle of the product and I did not ask for that

Company poorly communicates opt-out process at point of sale - which forces future sales on those who purchase a product sample -and restricts returns
I purchased a sample of the company's product on January 1, 2018 - Order Confirmation #XXXXXX. Received an email confirmation of order, but no details on terms of offer. I received samples with no other communication other than the product. On Feb 5, I received a whole bottle of product that I did not order. Checked my credit card and was charged $124.94 on Jan 26 from this company. When I called to return/refund the product I was told I had opted in upon purchase of the sample to terms & conditions (which were not overt) that said I had to opt out within 15 days of receiving the sample. I would NOT have ordered the product if I had clearly been aware of the need to opt out as I know this is a scam. So I feel that their terms are not clearly communicated. Also I received a confirmation email from them with no reiteration of the terms. They claim to have sent a letter with the sample, but I did not receive it. All in all, I feel they did not communicate their auto-opt-in policy clearly. Also, it is not a fair practise to not be able to return unwanted product. They did cancel, but I want my $125 back as I did not authorize this transaction.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the product and have my credit card refunded. I would like to see legislation put in place to curb this unethical sales process.

I ordered a 15 day trial with the agreement to pay only shipping. They auto enrolled me as a member and charged my card.
I want them to reverse all charges and stop any future charges.

Cancel any future charges and reverse that which wad applied on Feb 1st, 2028.

The company confirmed via email that they will return the money charges to my card. If they fail to do so I will reopen this case.

I requested (and authorized) to pay just over $3 for a sample. I have now been charged for a supply.
I authorized to receive a sample. And now I am charged $95 and on a subscription. I feel duped. I only wanted a sample. I called to correct this and he refused to refund me because I called 3 days too late and a supply had already shipped. I never received an email about the order, only about my cancellation of subscription. I asked if I don't open it if I can send it back for a refun and he said no. He was highly unprofessional and saying how this is how they don't get "sued by millions" and can send me a screen shot of the agreement. I feel this is not an jk est business practice and just want my mo eh back. I never wanted an order. Just a sample and it caused this whole issue.

I would love my money back and willing to send back the bottle once I receive it.

I was charged 95.90 after signing up for a free trial. Customer service would not refund money.
I ordered a "free" trial which I was only charged for shipping. After receiving the product I was charged $95.90 for a subscription that I never signed up for. I called the customer service and they completely disregarded my complaints and request for a refund and offered to send me more products at a discounted rate. I did not want anything to do with a business that does not disclose that you are signing up for a subscription. The customer service rep repeatedly told me I could not get my money back even if I returned all the products to sender upon arrival. What a shady business tactic. Don't ever buy from them.

Poor customer service, unclear/no instructions, complete scam to take your money.
Purchased a 2 week trial of BurnHD. Company sent product and leas than 2 *** after returning it bill my debit card $95 with out any prior notice other than emails to take advantage of offers that I declined. When I called to complain and ask for a refund and return of product I was told I needed to cancel 2 *** ago. When I explained my financial situation of being a military widow of a 4 year old he cut me off and only offered to cancel future shipments. Their customer service is rude, in caring, compassionate. The absolute worst scam company I have ever dealt with.

Offered no refund/return of unopened product but will cancel future shipments. I am sure it will happen again.This company is terrible and their product made me sick.

I ordered a free sample. The order arrived 2 1/2 weeks later stating they were signing me up for auto ship. They had taken money already.
I ordered a free trial of these diet pills paying $3.95 for shipping. The diet pills came 2 1/2 weeks later with a letter saying they would be charging me 15 days after the order of the diet pills cam. This was too late. I haven't even tried the pills. I called them to cancel all orders and requested a refund. The person I spoke to said he can't cancel an order if it has shipped. He didn't even look. I said how do you know it shipped he said oh, let me look. What do you know they are schedule for delivery on Friday (Its was billed on Tuesday). What a scam, you can't get the trial to me timely. It's a SCAM they're hoping every sample shipment comes late I'm sure. I don't believe the item has shipped. Sad thing is if it worked (after I could try it), I may have purchased more. Now I don't even want to try this.

I want my money fully refunded for the auto ship - $95.90. Unfair practices like this should be shut down. If you have a good product folks will buy it.

This company is very misleading. When you order a tricky "free trial" and pay for shipping $3.95; they automatically sign you up for a $90 monthly sub

Didn't know about having a subscription til after money was illegally taken out of my bank account without knowledge. No emails.
When I ordered a free trial on Jan. 4th, 2018 and paid $3.95 for shipping. I didn't expect them to automatically enroll me in a subscription in a couple of weeks of getting my trial version to taking out on Jan. 20th. 2018 $95.90 out of my bank account. They didn't give a person a chance to see if they worked in that amount of time. It was a hurry up scheme to get money from me and I am sure they are not stopping with me, but they have scammed others too. I did not receive any papers with the trial version letting me know that I was enrolled in a subscription automatically. Did not receive an email stating as such. They committed fraud and I would like to get my money fully refunded. I did call them on Jan 22nd,2017 they said that they cannot refund my money because it had already shipped. How could it ship over the weekend when they were closed. Since then I closed out my debit card and will be getting a new one because of fraud. I want people to know that this company is after their money and the fact that they have this logo on their site saying 100% guaranteed or money back is a hoax. I told them I did not want their product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. They will have to contact me by email or send me a check for full refund.

They have diligently have did what I requested and that is the full refund.

I signed up online to receive to 2 week free trial of this diet pill. Suddenly I'm enrolled in a $96 autobilled program and they won't give a refund.
I signed up to receive a free two week trial of this diet pill on January 2nd, 2018. It appears the pills came during that second week in January. We were out of town and so I didn't open the package until around the 20th. I glanced at it and then set it on my desk. On January 23rd I received a full bottle of pills and then was confused. I hadn't ordered them? I went online to check my bank account and it showed that they had charged me $95.90!! I didn't concent to this! I called the company and requested a refund and told them I'd mail the pills back. They said they couldn't take them back and that I wasn't able to get a refund! That's BS and unethical to just automatically enroll someone in a program and then charge their account without notification. I'd like my money back and will continue to share my negative experience until I see a refund in my account.

Send unopened product back in same shipping bag to receive full refund which was rejected by the company and sent back to me. Seeking refund.
I received two packages both unopened and still in the original shipping bag from the company. I called to send them both back and was told I could only send one back for a refund. I wrote "return to sender" on the bag gave to mailman for return to which it was rejected by the company and sent back to me again, still in the same shipping bag. I want a refund for this.
I am also seeking a refund for the 1st shipment as I was told they would not take it back. I opened it and tried it and found it ineffective. Their website provides a 120 day money back on their product which I want to use.

I am seeking a refund of two shipments of product. One is currently unopened and in the original shipping bag and am ready to "return to sender" AGAIN which is what the customer service rep directed me to do with it for a refund. The other was opened, both shipping bag and product. I am seeking a refund based on their 120 day money back guarantee as stated on their website. I never intended to sign up for monthly shipments, was only interested in their "free" 14 day trial size. I received no email stating I was enrolled in monthly shipments. Apparently it appears as a 3-font when you enter your credit card number to pay for shipping on this "free" trial size product.

What a scam this company is. Very unprofessional.
Ordered my trial for $3.95 and after 14 days they auto bill me $95. Not even 14 days after I got it, but 14 days after I ordered it, they auto filled the order. NO RETURNS he said and the customer service man yelled at me for asking for my refund and I would return the bottle. He wouldn't listen to me he just kept yelling about how they would get sued if they didn't get permission first before autobilling. He said I also got a piece of paper in the trial size that had the number to call to cancel. There was no paper in my trial. He also said the only way out of this was to pay him an additional $160 and he would send me 2 more bottle and then I could cancel. seriously? I have never been yelled at like this before. Very unprofessional! He wouldn't answer my questions and kept yelling that I had to look at the website. I also asked why I never got an email confirming the order and he said they don't do emails....and yet he did email me my cancellation notice (NOT including my 95$ refund!) . Don't order anything from them!

I appreciate my financial return. However your customer service employee was still rude.

This company will not give me a refund. They stated that I could cancel the vitamin supplement if I called back by the 15th day.
I didn't receive the supplements until 1/7 and they have charge me $95.96 on my card for future shipments. I called to cancel on 1/18 and they told me they will not refund me and have already shipped a month's supply. They yelled and argued with me over the phone to intimidate me. This business has unfair business practices and should be investigated.

Misleading advertisement not clearly noting automatic subscription unless cancelled within a certain period.
December 27, 2017 submitted request for free trail sample of diet product. Did not see anything on web page indicating automatic subscription for monthly supply. Received the trail sample but did not open package right away; only opened it after finding a pending debit on my bank card of $95.90.Inside the package was the sample and a thank you card for purchasing. There was nothing about this being an ongoing commitment nor was there anything stating how to cancel or time periods for doing so. I emailed customer support. Received an email back asking if it was too much and offering reduced "packages" and stated if cancellation was desired I would have to call directly. The rep I spoke with was less than helpful and if anything was accusatory basically telling me it was my fault for not cancelling in the time period advised. He would not hear that I had no such information sent to me. He also advised that the product had shipped and there was no way for me to get a refund. This is clearly false advertising. I am now stuck with a nearly 100.00 product that I have to try and have yet to receive as far as the alleged shipment. Based on this being false advertising I want a full refund of the 95.90.

online solicitation of services with hidden and/or unknown requirements; product did not meet expectations
In September 2017, I received an advertisement solicitation for the purchase of a trial or sample size of this vendor's product for $5.00. Upon purchase, I was automatically placed on an automated monthly shipment of the product and incurred charges to my credit card in excess of $160.00 to date. The product received does not contain an order number nor does the packaging insert contain any information about how to contact this vendor either by phone or in writing (other than a warehouse address which I understand is not the actual business address). After obtaining this information online, I called to cancel the product as I did not ever intend to receive an automated shipment. I was told I could not return the product and would not be reimbursed any of the amounts charged.

This method of solicitation is highly suspicious to consumers and an unfair business practice in that consumers are not provided with the proper information in order to make an informed consent to continued charges of the auto delivery system. Further, products sent in shipping packages did not contain sufficient information to identify the vendor's place of busines and/or make contact. I was only able to obtain information about this vendor online after performing independent research. It was not my decision to continue with an automated delivery upon purchase of a trial sample and I was given little or no information about how to contact the vendor to cancel any future orders (that were not placed by me).

Further, when I tried the sample product I originally received, I became violently ill.
The product itself is not as advertised and does not meet expectations.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a full refund of the products I was charged for.

Relentless selling & pushy when trying to cancel subscriptions
I signed up for a free trial of the product. I called to cancel the subscription in November before I was to be charged. The gentleman over the phone would not take no for an answer and basically forced me into another "trial" that ends 12/28. I just called again to cancel to avoid further charges & Josh would not agree to cancel. He was continually ignoring my requests to cancel. He repeatedly questioned why, how, etc which is really none of his business. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. He was so relentless so that I wouldn't cancel. I was so upset & pleaded to just cancel my account that I want nothing to do with this company and threatened to report. It wasn't until that time he said he cancelled & hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

Honestly I'd like to see them shut down as I feel it's a scam but overall I'd like no further contact from them and warn others about this experience.

DietSpotlight refused to refund my money even though they have a 120 day money back guarantee.
I paid $3.95 for a free trial of their diet product on 11/19/2017, to cover the cost of shipping. In less than a month I received additional pills for a cost of $95.90, unaware that they automatically subscribed me to receive monthly pills. I called the company to cancel because the pills gave me hives when trying them on the free trial period, and that I could not afford such costly pills, but the company representative refused to give me a refund. If you go to the company official website it very clearly say "Money back 120 day guarantee". there are no 120 days between 11/19/2017 and 12/8/2017 or when I called to cancel on 12/19/2017. Do the math. Wow! Their own guarantee means nothing to them. I also informed the representative that I never opened the very costly bottle of $95.90, but he didn't care. This is a fraudulent company. I will never do business with this company or its affiliates. Consumers beware.

I ordered a diet sample kit for $5. Several weeks later there is a charge on my account for $90 and some change from thr dame company. I NEVER authorized anything beyond the sample kit. Unable to get ahold of the business
