Rude Customer Service
Warning your free trial will cost you! When you order your "free trial" and pay for shipping $3.95; they automatically sign you up for a $90 monthly subscription. There is no notification. When I called to cancel and receive a refund, the representative was very very rude. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor or someone else and was never transferred. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money without you knowing!

I ordered this sample product on August 4, 2017 I never received it. Credit card has been charged 2x since with no product received

Sent email on September 4 stating that I did not receive product but there was a charge of $95.90 on my credit card statement
Received email on September 6 stating that my account would be cancelled
Sent another email on October 26 after discovering that there was another charge on my credit card for $95.90 still not product
Phoned customer service October 30 and was advised that they would only be willing to refund me the October charge once I send the product back!! How can I do this if I never received it???

I ordered the product once, they sent it three times. I sent a letter telling them to stop. They did not.
I ordered one product. They sent me the same product a month later charging for a second one. I sent them a letter telling them I do not want to continue and that if I was sent another product I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Then I was sent another order. The only number I have is under a bar code on the paper in the bag. It is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I would like to be refunded for the last 2 charges of $100 each, sense i did not order these products, and requested the company to stop sending them.

Unethical practice of tricking people into a subscription plan when signing up for a free trial and giving card info to pay for shipping.
On September 22nd I signed up for what I thought was a free trial like many other have complained about and was charged $3.95 for shipping. Less than a month later I receive another bottle in the mail with no receipt saying I paid for this, but I check my account anyways and sure enough they charged my $95.90. Their phone number does not work and they have not responded to my emails. This company is a huge scam. Nowhere did I see where it said that I was signing up for a subscription service. So angry that companies have to stoop so low to steal my money instead of just providing a quality product.

The only resolution I will accept is a full refund.

I appreciate the refund. I do still suggest that the the company should do a better job at telling people that they are signing up for a subscription. Just putting it in fine print under the terms is not enough. People will often miss that and I can't see many people have already complained about this. You will not gain customers by deceiving them. But again, I do appreciate you correcting the situation with a refund and I hope you change this moving forward. I have also mailed back the supplements.

This company sent me a sample then billed me $95. I never received the product and they refused to refund. Horrible service, so rude.
I received sample diet pills from this company, and then was billed $95 before even sampling the product. Their customer service department was very rude and told me I was not going to be refunded. When I told them I hadn't received the product I suggested I could refuse the package since they claimed it had already been shipped. They refused and told me once they ship it, there is no refund. I never received anything and filed a claim with my bank. Ultimately the company stated that it was my problem, they weren't refunding me, and that I should take it up with the postal service. The people that work for this company are rude and every customer service representative I spoke to claimed to be the supervisor. The last person I spoke with went by "Kevin," which was probably not his real name. He said he had no last name and get me a number of 0009 as his ID. They are thieves and took my money. I am very upset with this company for the scam that they run. Ultimately they stated that it was delivered, no one signed for it, he claims it was dropped off at the house and that I need to take it up with UPS. I have never dealt with a company like this. I've had other companies refund me before when I package was lost or offer to send me the product again to make things right. Not this company, however, all they wanted was my money and all else was my problem, not theirs.

I would like my money back for a product not received. I can't believe the customer service representatives essentially told me that I would pay for the product regardless and that it was my problem. I want a refund for what they billed me.

This company states on its website there is a 120 day money back guarantee & they won't let me return the product for a refund due to dissatisfaction
I was billed on 10/05/2017 for $95.90 to DietSpotlight. I have contacted the company and they have canceled my subscription that I wasn't even aware that I signed up for. The representative was very rude and told me that there was nothing he could do as far as a refund was concerned. I pointed out to him that their website states at the very top that there is a 120 day money back guarantee policy. So if the bill was for the first 30 day shipment I should be able to return the product for a full refund. I do not want the product. After trying the free trial I got severe health issues and just want to return it for a refund. I have been in contact through emails and complaints on their website with no positive reaction. I also have filed a dispute with my bank to get the money refunded and the company still declines to give me a refund to my debit card.

Dietspotlight took $95.00 out of my bank account unauthorized. I cancelled my order 7 days after I received the trail so that I would not be charged
I paid $3.95 for a trail bottle of dietspotlight pills and according to the companies website you have to cancel your order within 15 days or ordering the product or your card will be charged, I cancelled 7 days after I ordered the pills after reading the reviews bad on the product.

I was told that I had to call and cancel which I did but my account was charged any way.

Signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge and would not refund money once I realized that they had charged my credit card.

They cancelled the subscription but would not refund my money. They are crooks.

Website states product can be returned and refunded, but the company will not abide by that guarantee.
I signed up for a free sample and shortly after was charged $75.90 to my credit card. I planned to return the product and get a refund, but when I called the company to get a RMA number, as their website stated, the rep said I could return the product, but I would not get a refund. That I could only return the product and get a refund if I signed up for the 90 or 120 day supply. Their website does not say this. Their website clearly says that they have a guarantee and if I return the product unopened within 120 days of the purchase, then I will be refunded.

I was charged $75.90 for March, April, *** and June. I am expecting a full refund for those months, totalling $303.60, and to not be charged any future months.

I ordered an advertised pronabolin sample. After reading more about it, I decided not to use it. I returned the sample unopened and included a note to cancel my subscription. On *** 15, 2017 I received a cancellation email for Order Number: XXXXXX saying "Thank you for using Pronabolin Recurring. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team."

Today, I received a new shipment. When I called them to find out why (since my subscription had been cancelled), they said that I failed to send them back the sample within the 15 days allowed so they went ahead and charged me for the above new shipment $65. I told them that I will send back the new shipment but they responded that now my account is sealed so they cannot give me any information, nor access the billing info, and thus cannot refund me even if I sent the product back. They said that they "cannot access any info on me and will not refund me".

Unauthorized Charge, did not offer return policy information.
In March I ordered a free 15 day trial of their Diet pills, Leptigen, received the pills only to have read several reviews after the fact that they make you jittery and people did not like they way they felt. I decided to not try them as I did not want to feel this way. On April 1, I noticed a pending charge on my bank account for 95.90. I called the company who stated that I authorized the charge and that once I did the 15 day trial and if not cancelled in the time before the 15 days I would be enrolled in their continued subscription and be charged 89.95. No where when doing the trial did I see this, did I see where you needed to call. I let the representative know that I did see several rude and obnoxious wordings after the process of just trying to get the free trial shipped. Like, they would make you go to to a next step asking if you want to try another one of their products and when you choose no, they have a phrase that pops up.."okay stay fat forever". I told him I saw all that but did not see anywhere that I would be enrolled to be sent more of their prescriptions. I told him I would return everything and as well return the package that I get. When I called in the charge was pending on my bank but the product had not been delivered yet. He stated that they do not accept returns as its a pharmaceutical product. I was not happy, I asked him to cancel my account, to delete my bank information from their system. I asked for a supervisor, at this time he offered to refund me $45.00, I stated if this the best you can do process the refund but let him know their business was not okay with me. I received the cancelled email, but never received the $45.00 refund. I contacted my bank after three business days of not receiving the $45.00 refund. I disputed with my bank the entire charge of $95.90. On *** 27, I received a letter with documents from my Bank, where the merchant provided information to my bank regarding the disputed charges. When reviewing the documents the Merchant, Leptigen sent to my bank I noticed the Return, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy. Once this was read I called the merchant and let them know that I did not when disputing the charges on my card back in April receive this information that the product could have been returned for a FULL REFUND even if the bottle was empty. I asked at this time for an RMA number so I can return the product to them as it has never been used, the trial and the second unauthorized shipment as well. This company acted falsify and malicious to me. They provided my bank with information that was NEVER provided to me to settle the disputed charges. I would have returned the product if known prior and not have had to contact my Bank for help resolving the disputed charges. My bank reviewed the documents received and agreed only to have now been given a secondary letter of dispute from entailing that the information received was inaccurate from the Merchant.

In order to release the full refund, we will need confirmation from your bank because otherwise our system will not allow us to process a refund. Furthermore, a screenshot of the page where you signed up for the trial will be included, along with the message given by our system when we try to process the refund.

Stealing money, you sign up for sample and you are automatically on auto debit. Changing cards doesn't work, they'll find your new card assoc. w/acct
I ordered a sample then read all the reviews after I processed the order of Leptigen.The sample arrived but I cancelled my card to avoid unauthorized future transactions. Somehow with some sophisticated software (according to Wells Fargo), they were illegally able to obtain my new card information associated with my account. I absolutely want to cancel and I am worried they will always have account access.Terrible, unethical business practice.

Didn't receive ordered trial, was charged for a new shipment
On 4/24/17 I paid $3.95 to receive a trial of the Leptigen product.
On 5/9/17 I was charged $95.90 because I didn't cancel the trial that I never received. I was also charged $175 in bank fees because the $95.90 bounced my account.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $95.90 Leptigen charge refunded, as I never received the trial, let alone began using the product. I would also like the $175 in bank fees refunded, as the bounce was caused by the unauthorized charge.

My back has mailed me a letter regarding the $210 worth of fees. Once I receive that, it'll be sent to the company.

They charged my account and did not close the account when I asked that it be closed. They lied and advised me my account was not set up to be charged
I called on 4/13/17 to make sure my account would not be charged that it was cancelled. I spoke with Jose or *** I was advised that my account was not set up to be charged that I was only given an offer to get the product for a discount if I wished. I advised that at this time I did not want the product but how long was the offer available and I *** call back if I am interested. I was told by the rep that he would extend the offer to today and if I were interested I could call back in and place my order. I checked my bank account on 4/21/17 and was charged by this company on 4/20/17 for their product that I did not order. I called and spoke with someone who claimed they were a supervisor and who advised me that per my recorded call I agreed. I requested to hear the call of myself agreeing to something I know I did not agree too, at which time I was advised that I could not hear the call and that it was not refundable for something I did not order.

I've received the refund I'm very happy this was immediately taken care of by the company.

They charged my account $95 that I didn't authorize. I only bought a free trial.
On March 28, 2017 I ordered a free trial of Leptigen weight loss pills. I only had to pay $3.95 for shipping. On April 17, 2017 I noticed my bank account had been charged $95 from the company. I did not want any more product from this company. I did not ask for auto shipment.

As of today we've released the $95.90 back to your account. Please allow 3-10 business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank. A free trial for 3.95 shipping turned into $95 credit card charges and unwanted product per month. Emailed to cancel, stated a phone call was required. Product not allowed to be shipped back and unwillingness to refund. Currently disputing charges with my credit card company. Ridiculous business practices.
