This company is really bad. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them in early March 2020. After getting a shipping confirmation and it not updating, I contacted the company around the end of March. I was then told what I purchased was out of stock. I went back and forth with customer service and was told I could receive a different pair of glasses. When I asked about the offer, I did not get a response for a long time. I reached out again to customer service and made a comment on IG on April 30th. A customer service rep responded to my email (the only way you can reach them) and said she would send out a pair of sunglasses for me (which is what I wanted all along... to try the sunglasses out!). I got another email from a totally different customer service rep, and received a PayPal credit. I responded and asked what was going on, since I was confused and thought I had resolved the issue. The second customer service person said that it was their mistake, so now I'd be getting the glasses as well as the refund. But alas, the sunglasses never arrived as the first customer service rep said they would. I tried contacting customer service again but no response. I didn't want a refund, I wanted sunglasses! This whole company is a mess. Why couldn't I get what I had originally paid for? While the persons who I communicated with via email were pleasant, no one followed through on their promises. Still very disappointed with how this worked out. I was very patient and respectful and waited months trying to resolve this. And yet here I sit, in the middle of August with no sunglasses. I would still like to review the pair that the customer service agent promised me.

DIFF Eyewear

I ordered prescription glasses from them on July 22nd. I never received an email with tracking. Then I got a notification on Aug 7th that it was in preshipment. Since then it has been in preshipment. Then they told me I would receive my glasses by August 12th. Aug 12th came & went and I did not receive them. I messaged them once again, and then they told me to wait until the beginning of the week of Aug 17th and there should be updates. 17th came & no updates. Then I contacted them again, they said my order was with a batch that UPS wasn't providing updates and to wait until Friday Aug 21. I still have questions about how long reshipment & the refund process would take, and I have sent the company countless emails, DM's on Instagram, Messages on FB. I have left comments on their Instagram that they continue to delete. They have now deleted my comments from their Facebook, blocked me from leaving comments on their FB page anymore, as well as blocked me from being able to DM them on FB. They do not have a phone #, so all communication must be done through email or DM. I understand issues with UPS is beyond their control & isn't their fault, but to now block me because I still have multiple questions about how long a reshipment would take, is beyond infuriating. Definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Because everyone's prescription is different, our RX lab is diligent in ensuring you receive your perfect glasses... This extra step does take time along with all of the new protocols put in place with our shipping companies due to COVID.

I finally did receive my glasses on the 24th. That does not take away from the fact that your company Diff deleted my comments from Facebook, blocked me on Facebook, deleted my comments from Instagram, and ignored my multiple messages on Instagram and emails. And according to the other complaints on the Revdex.com, seems like your company does this with a lot of its customers. The customer service for Diff is horrendous. If your company is having such issues with shipping, you shouldn't allow new sales until you settle that, or tell customers straight up that it will be 30+ days before receiving their order. I will never purchase from Diff again.

Item not shipped and no effort on their part to solve the error
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 22Jul2020 (order #***) and paid 40$ for express delivery. I got an email on the same day saying item was shipped however the status on the DHL website has never updated. I reached out to DHL a number of times and was told the never received my package from Diff., only an electronic record. I have reached out to Diff. multiples times on email and social media to resolve the issue only to be told to wait 24-48 hours for the shipping link to update. I have waited much longer than this and I am now being ignored. This company are running a scam as they have taken my money and are not provided any product.

Desired Outcome

I want my order refilled and shipped to me as soon as possible along with a refund of the $40 that I paid for express delivery, or I want a refund in full.

This issue has been resolved. I have been given full refund.

I placed an order 7/17/2020, was charged 7/20/2020 haven't received the glasses. Merchant Unresponsive to request for refund.
Placed order 7/17, was charged. Email for order indicated the items would ship within four business days. Items hadn't shipped so I contacted 7/24 asking the merchant for in update. Was informed me that I needed to realize they are experiencing delays because of the pandemic. Their website indicates they are actively shipping, their social media includes a message indicating that they had been providing poor service, and that they have recognized and fixed this issue which was posted 6/18. I had no indication to expect delays to the order. On the contrary, they indicate in their post consumers can shop with confidence. I pointed out the contradiction via Facebook between what was communicated in the email compared to all other forms of communication they are using, they removed my message.

I requested a refund, I sent this request both by email and Facebook private message as the package has still not been sent out and I've been given zero indication of when it would potentially be sent out. Based on My experience and so many other consumer complaints I feel that they misleading customers, taking payments and failing entirely to provide the products. As my order hasn't been processed, and I zero faith in the consumer I want a full refund. I do not want the order.

I eventually received my refund after going to social media to complain. Interestingly they continue to remove people's complaints/comments from social media, downplay the problems which are long-standing, and/or blame everyone from the postal service to UPS, despite the fact that they often never ship out the items, at all.

They appear to be actively engaging in fraud, misleading consumers, and providing horrendous customer service, IF you can get a response.

Have reached out to company numerous times via email, no phone number listed for company. They keep telling me package is out for delivery but they keep giving me different carriers

I ordered sunglasses 2 weeks ago. Still don't have them.
I ordered sunglasses. Received an email a day later stating my order had shipped. Wait a few days to give the system time to update the tracking information and when I finally check it says waiting on item to be received. Send an email they responded stating issues with carrier and that UPS had mistakenly abandoned the shipment but that they corrected the mistake and that my sunglasses were on the way. Checked Friday and it said my sunglasses would be delivered Saturday. It's Monday, no sunglasses and now when I try to track it says "in transit" Don't order from here!

I just want my money back at this point because it seems I'll never get my sunglasses. They also need to shut down their website if they're having shipping issues because this is ridiculous.

Finally received my sunglasses. But the fact I had to actually file a complaint is ridiculous. All other packages I've received from UPS have gotten here with no problem. Perhaps DIFF should choose a different carrier if they're having so many problems. But this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident per all the other complaints.

Ordered my package on July 3. It never had any movement but said it was dropped at ups, I have been back and fourth with the customer service (they don't have a phone number which is totally ridiculous so you have to email) and they kept telling me to wait 48 hours and that the package was lost and then it was found and then it had tracking and was guaranteed by today and still have not received! I don't know how this company is in business!! It's awful!

Placed order, never received items. Credit card charged.
Purchased sunglasses June 23rd. Received tracking information, item never delivered. Contacted company and they said item was lost and would reship. Received tracking item number but ups website says waiting for item but label was created. Called credit card company to dispute transaction. Contacted company again but haven't heard back. This company has had many complaints regarding same issues per their Facebook and instagram posts

I placed an order with them on June 26. I received the email notification saying it shipped that same day and still have not received the merchandise. I emailed customer service and they gave me the run around. I had USPS investigate and they say that they never received the package from the company, only a notification that they would which allowed them to create a tracking number. There has been no movement on the item. I reached out via email and phone to request a refund and have not been successful.

I had the post office do 2 investigations and they determined that the never received the package. Pasted are the comments from the post office.

I want my money back for this purchase. Your company has multiple complaints about this very same issue on your FB and Instagram page and now you are trying to blame USPS.

Never received glasses.
Ordered the glasses June 16th. Money was taken out of my account immediately. It is impossible to get any sort of information from anyone nor is there any contact information besides email. The unreliability of packages seems to be a reoccurring issue. First time ordering with them and throughly dissatisfied.

Desired Outcome

I would like an update. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with a company to understand what is going on with the product you paid for. If they have no update I want a refund.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses on June 14th 2020. Items were supposedly shipped June 16. Still have not received my items.
I purchased two pairs of sunglasses on June 14th 2020. I received a subsequent email on June 16th stating my items were shipped via UPS mail innovations and that they would be delivered June 23rd. June 23rd came and went with no delivery. Checked the tracking number on UPS and they claim to have transferred my items to the local Postal office. I emailed Diff customer service and they informed me that they utilize UPS mail innovations which will transfer items to a local postal office for delivery. Checking the tracking number on the USPS website it states awaiting pre shipment and has remained the same for over five days. I contacted UPS they claimed to have transferred it to the USPS. USPS is investigating the tracking number to determine if they are even in possession of the items. I've emailed Diff eyewear on several
Occasions asking for an explanation of where my items are and I keep getting automated responses and a complete run around as to where exactly my items are. I utilized the afterpay option and have already made two payments towards my balance and have no product to show for it.

I want the money I've paid through afterpay refunded. I want Diff to Cancel my Agreement with them through afterpay.

Haven't received product and they won't respond.
I ordered on May 23rd and money had been taken from my account. I got a confirmation stating it to ship within 4 days. They will not respond to e mail or facebook messages. I have tried reaching out 3 times. They do not provide a phone number either. When I check my order status it just says "ordered".

This has been resolved. The company refunded my card.

Withdrew money from my account but did not deliver glasses. Customer service basically nonexistent.
In early May, I purchased two pairs of DIFF sunglasses during the BOGO event online. DIFF immediately withdrew money from my account but I never received shipping confirmation. I emailed them countless times due to no phone number being provided on their Facebook or website. I kept getting a generic email back. It wasn't until my girlfriend commented on all their most recent Facebook posts warning people not to buy these that we finally got a message back. We finally after more than a month received an email saying that they had oversold both pairs of sunglasses we had ordered and were finally issued a refund. Their customer service is nonexistent and they are quick to take your money but no glasses were received due to "overselling" which could have been explained to us a month earlier.

I placed an order on5/16/20 and the item was never shipped. I tried contacting the company but no response.
I used my chase debit card to pay $27.99 for the sunglasses that was taken from my bank acct on 5/18. My order number from diff eyewear is ***. The item never shipped and I have not gotten a response from customer service.

On 5/4/20 I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I still have not received order. I have emailed 6 times with no reply with status update.

The price of the order was immediately withdrawn from my account totaling $102.99

On 5/7/20 I received an email that they were supposed to ship. The tracking number associated with the order is ***. When entered into the USPS website it states they have not received the package as of 6/8/20.
I emailed the company per their instruction for any issues on 5/19, 5/20, 5/24, 5/30, 6/2, and 6/8 asking for an order update, either ship items, or issue a refund and have not received a response to any email.
I would like my items shipped overnight or issue an immediate refund. At this point with no response and no order I feel as if they have stolen from me.

If they do not intend on sending my order overnight I would like a full refund.

I ordered on 5/9/2020. The confirmation email I got said that my order should ship in 48 hrs. I contacted the company multiple times with no response.
I ordered a product on 5/9/2020. The confirmation email I received indicated that I my order should ship in 48 hours. The company did not express any shipping delays on the website, confirmation email or social media. I have reached out through email to resolve the issue 5 times as of 6/8/2020 and still did not receive a response. I had to go to the company's Instagram page in order to find a phone number for them but when I called ( during the specified business hours advertised on their automated system) and still wasn't able to speak to anyone. I have also messaged them on Instagram and commented on their posts on Instagram in hopes of getting help from the company and still have not received any word. After looking through their comments of the verified Instagram page I saw that multiple customers have been receiving the same neglect and disrespect for this company.

I would like a full refund from the company.

Requesting refund of items never received, order placed April 28.
I placed order *** on April 28 but have never received the order. The website states it was fulfilled April 30 and going to DHL but the tracking number has never reflected DHL receipt or movement. I emailed customer service May 14 (via online contact form) and May 20 (direct email) but have not received a response. I also sent messages via Facebook trying to get attention for assistance on May 19 and May 27. Both times the reply was sorry, someone will get to you soon. I have tried calling the company at the only number available of *** but cannot get an actual person on the phone. Just two automated messages giving business hours. It's been 6 weeks now and I just want a refund for the order and to be done with the matter all together.

Order placed 5.27.20, no indication of shipment or response to inquiries
Re order #XXXXXXX, placed 5.27.20. Company indicated shipment would occur within 2-4 days and receipt of product within 4-7 days. Two weeks later, no indication of shipment and inquiries to company have not been answered other than canned response stating customer service would respond within 2-4 days. First query sent 6.2.20 and no response yet. Payment was deducted from my checking account on 5.28.20.

Desired Outcome

I want my product shipped immediately via next day shipping without additional cost to me. I want to receive the tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

I placed an order on 5/4. The tracking information now says shipment cancelled. We have tried to contact DIFF but fail to receive a response.
This is concerning order number ***. The order was placed on 5/4 using my debit card and totaled $153.00. The tracking status as of today is "shipment cancelled". This was for Mother's Day so my wife filled out the contact form and never received a response. I have received no refund or explanation as to why it was cancelled. I submitted the contact form again today but won't hold my breath on a call back.

Desired Outcome

I would like the products i ordered and/or a refund. An explanation as to why it was cancelled and we were never contacted would also be appreciated.
