I have not recieved my order made in May. It's now June.
I've sent several emails to diffeyewear asking about my order and only get a generic reply. When I pull up my order number it states that nothing has shipped even though it's supposed to ship in 2 business days as stated on their website. I have copies of the emails but this complaint only allows me to put one file so I'm putting the order from May.I'm also filing this complaint because after all my attempts I notices that they deleted comments on thier socials medias where people had stated the company refused to get back to them.

Desired Outcome

Firstly I've like to get my order asap! I've already wait for it and glasses I order were necessary for me so that I could work better at home. I've been experience severe headaches and eye strain from the added computer work I've had to do and was recommended by my eye Dr to get blue light glasses. Secondly, I'd like a refund for the blue light glasses portion of my order since they're the ones I really need and didn't get. thanks

I placed an order with diff eyewear on April 27. It is now may 29 and I have no product in hand.
I have reached out to the company and they have been slow to respond. When I finally heard back 3 weeks into having no product, I was told the order was being sent to me via priority mail and id have it in no time. 8 days later and still no product and now I am not hearing back from customer service. I want a full refund and to have nothing to do with this company ever again

Diff has No customer service I've been charged for merchandise that I never got I've sent numerous of emails I get the same response.NOTHING
I order 3 pair of Glasses from diff , May 19 2020 , They the website says you get your order within 3 to 4 business days I got a tracking# that's invalid I have been emailing diff everyday since May 25th , I get the same response every single time which is nothing

It was an honest mistake , And I really just wanted my diff Glasses ... When the company apologize for there delays and sent me a 50 percent off a pair of diff Glasses I was over the moon ... So diff is alright with me.

Where is the customer service?! And where is my order!?
I placed an order May 18 and have yet to receive a tracking number and of course have not received my order. I understand this is during Covid however, it says a tracking number would be sent 24-48 orders. All my items were in stock. I almost paid extra for rush because my order was a gift- I'm glad I didn't pay extra for shipping. I've wrote your customer service email several times, I've filled out the form on your website several more times. And today I called a left a voice message with no return call.

You've already charged my card. Where is my order?!

I ordered with Diff on May 15. Online it says they will ship w/in 1-2 days. It is now may 29, I have no product or shipping info.
I ordered on May 15. Order #***
Says they will send a shipping email within 24-48 hours. I still have no shipping info, on their tracking page is says order placed May 15 8:43am and nothing else. I paid 116 on my Visa, and they did take payment already. I have emailed them 3 times and have gotten nothing but an automated response. The response said they're very busy and respond times are 3-4 days. I waited and still never received an email so I sent another one and never got a return email.

Desired Outcome

I want my order, and I don't want to have to pay for shipping as well. I also feel as if they should give me a discount for everything that happened as well.

I had my credit card company dispute the charge. Diff emailed me back finally after the dispute saying sorry we over sold the items you ordered.

Holy ***. I should have looked here first. Its been a horrific experience from the beginning.

Placed my order May 11th. They took my money instantly. Cool.

They email me MAY 19th NEEDING MORE INFO. annoying.

Ok. So it should be good to go. I receive and email stating I will get tracking info as soon as its sent out, and I should get my items by JUNE 10th, and to let them know otherwise.

I was constantly checking emails to see when they would show up. Finally got a tracking number and I was on it. It showed it was out for delivery on June 11th, and scanned out as delivered, and nothing has showed up. I reached out to my mail carrier and they dont know anything about it. ALL of my other packages were outside that day and in my mail box.

I reached out to DIF and they said the mail carrier can scan in things as delviered 1-2 days before actually delivering. wtf? that makes no sense.

Then, when you email their team, thats even in their automated response. Like what kind of cop out is that????? Its now the 16th and I still have nothing.

Get it together.

This company is not trustworthy! Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on 5/28. Per their website, orders ship within 24-48 hrs. I received an email on 6/2 with a tracking#, advising it had been shipped. However, upon checking the tracking# daily, it was obvious that it had NOT been shipped, but they had merely created a UPS label on 6/2! Supposedly, when I email their so-called customer service department, a very dismissive representative advised me that my order is 'in transit' and to contact them back if not received within 5 days. As I didn't receive my order within 5 days of the email, I again attempted to reach out to their customer service dept. The email reply I received was nothing more than a repeat of this bogus tracking#! Two subsequent emails went unanswered by the company. I would like my money refunded asap.

Submitted an order 5/5/2020 card was charged and said was fulfilled 5/8/2020. No shipping email, no valid tracking number and no response to my emails
There has been no shipping email regarding my order #*** from May 5, 2020. My card was already charged $110. When I go on my account, the tracking number is not valid, yet it says fulfilled. It has been almost a month. I have repeatedly tried to contact them. I understand that during this time there may be delays, but this is unacceptable because they do not respond to the numerous emails I have sent regarding the whereabouts of my order.

Company did cancel my order, and I received a refund.

Order and paid for items have not shipped yet and it's been two weeks.
I placed an order on 5/12/20, my card has been charged. Items are to ship within 48 hours but when I track my order through their website using my order # it says they have not shipped yet. I've left three voicemails with them and have emailed their customer support line. Someone did get back to me once and said they'll look into it. However, I have not heard back and I've asked them multiple times for an update. I need my items as I will soon not be located at this address. They should've already been shipped.

I need my items shipped overnight so I can get them asap! I will no longer be at this address soon. Please ship them overnight.

They've responded and told me two pair were on back order. They gave me an option of a refund of the back ordered glasses and they express shipped the other two pair. You may close this file. Thank you very much.

Placed my order on Saturday May 9th and have yet (May 26th) to receive any shipping or tracking information or items in which the funds have been paid
I submitted an order online for 2 pairs of sunglasses, a sunglasses cleaning kit and a sunglasses case (order# ***) on Saturday May 9th! Paid at the time order was placed and funds have already cleared my bank! The order confirmation email states that orders typically ship within 48 hours and as of today, May 26th I have not received my items or any tracking/shipping information pertaining to my order. On Thursday May 21st, I replied to my confirmation email as it indicates can be done to reach customer support and have also yet not yet gotten a reply.

I do understand with the COVID-19 pandemic packing and shipping delays have occurred however nothing has been indicated on their website they are delayed or that shipping is delayed. I have tried to give ample time to receive and update and have yet to do here we are.

I would still like the items I ordered however at this point I would settle for my refund and to never purchase from this company again.

Desired Outcome

I would like the exact items I ordered shipped and received by weeks end (Saturday May 30) or a full refund of the purchase price.

Ordered beginning of the month. Still have not received my order.
I ordered on 5/6/2020. Received an email shortly after saying I would get a shipping email within two days. Didn't get it. Still didn't get it. I have sent three emails. Only to receive an automated email saying that I would hear back within three to four days. Didn't get it. Still haven't gotten it. Called three times. Left one voice mail. No one picks up nor do they return phone calls. I get everything that is going on right now but they should be fulfilling promises that they can't keep. On top of me not receiving my order they have already charged my account. They should be allowed to charge my account until they are actually shipping. My order number is ***.

I'd like them to do what they said they were going to and ship the glasses. At this point thought I doubt they are even worth the money. Credit my account and send the glasses.

I accept the response only because I have been refunded. But their response is a load of crap. They are only trying to be nice because the complaint was brought to the attention of someone else. Maybe you should have explain your move and such earlier in the process. People are more understanding when they are kept in the loop instead of being ignored.

I placed an order with this company on 5/2. The order allegedly shipped on 5/6 but no shipping updates and I haven't received my order.
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses (Weston Smoke Crystal blue light glasses and Bella Matte black & gray polarized sunglasses) along with a case (white croc 2 piece vanity case) on 5/2. I received an email saying my order had shipped on 5/6. The last shipping update says "enroute to DHL ecommerce" from May 6. I know shipping has been taking some extra time due to the current situation - it is not the WAITING for my products that is bothering me. It is the lack of communication from the company. I have placed 3 requests with customer service for someone to contact me about my order and no one has. I even received an email from Diff asking me to "rate my recent conversation with ------- (customer service rep)" however no such conversation ever took place. I am a little frustrated that it's been almost a month and I haven't received my products but I'm even more frustrated at the lack of communication from the company. I feel as though if there were a delay with my purchase or shipping, they should be reaching out to me, not the other way around.

Desired Outcome

I just want to receive my merchandise. Preferably soon - I ordered the blue light glasses because I am a teacher and I have to work exclusively through my computer right now. I suffer from migraine headaches and I was really Hoping to have the glasses sooner rather than later as the school year ends in 2.5 weeks.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses 11 days ago; checked tracking today and they haven't even been shipped (despite being "in stock"). Very, very disorganized company and it is almost impossible to get through to a live person to ask a question/follow-up. So sad, given that one of their main objectives is to provide glasses to those in need. I'm trying to get my money back now.

USPS still says awaiting package after 3 weeks and I've emailed them several times without a response back
I ordered at the beginning of may and never received a shipping notice so I emailed them 5 days later and they sent an email back with a tracking number and said my package was on its way. When you click on the tracking number is says USPS is still awaiting package. I have emailed them 4 times since and have not received anything back at all. I saw they were posting about their BOGO sale on Instagram so I looked on their latest post and saw several people complaining of the same thing that happened to me. They won't answer anyone's calls or return any emails or messages. They already charged me for the glasses too and it's almost been a month since I ordered with no glasses or response. I ordered on may 1st and it was $102. My first email was may 8th and they responded back to that one but haven't responded to any emails since then. My order number is 988790. I paid with my credit card and the person who wrote me back the one time was named Julia

At this point I would just like a full refund on my glasses.

Company claims my order has been shipped. Tracking info they provided says otherwise.
I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses through a buy one, get one offer on their website (***). I have contacted the seller through their social media. They have responded, saying that my order has shipped, however, the tracking info that I was given says otherwise. On their website it says it takes 48 hours for merchandise to ship. It has been over a week and a half. On their Instagram page, many people have complained about similar issues. They recently turned off commenting on their pictures to avoid more negative comments.

I want proof that my order has been shipped, and if it hasn't been I want a refund.

Resolved with refund

Order never received. Customer Service is a joke.
Order places 4/28/2020. Sent tracking information for shipped order 5/1/2020. Emailed SEVERAL times to inquire about my order. As of today 5/20/2020, it shows my item is still in KY has not moved since it was supposedly shipped on 5/1/2020. I ordered 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses and 2 pairs of prescription glasses. I call and leave voicemails, no response. I email, some emails were never responded to, one person said "Good news it's shipped!" (cool.....no it hasn't), and one person said "if you don't receive your item by 5/15/2020 reach back out and we will file an investigation. I emailed 5/14, 5/15, 5/18, 5/19 and NO RESPONSE!

Desired Outcome

Respond to my emails, REFUND MY ORDER, and give me my items. This is insane. I've never had such a bad experience with someone's customer service.

Order never received, sent out and can not get ANY response from the company.
I ordered glasses well over a week ago through Diff. Order #XXXXXX. They state all purchases go out within 48 hours. I gave them the benefit of the Doubt because of CoVid, although all other companies state if there is a delay. I have sent numerous emails, left two voicemails with still NO response. All I care about is getting communication when they have already taken my money. At this point, I am trying to just cancel my order, but still can't even get a response about cancelling and refunding my order. Any help would be appreciated.

Just cancel my order and refund me. At this point, I'm no longer interested in them sending out my glasses. Had to order another pair from a different company, couldn't wait longer.

Ordered items with confirmation page after ordering. Did not send confirmation email or order #. Charged card for order. Did not send products.
Ordered items from Diff Eyewear on May 9th 2020. Ordering was completed as order confirmation screen popped up which I have attached. My Wells Fargo debit card was charged May 11th for the amount of $147.83. There has been no confirmation email with my order number, receipt or shipping info. I have not received my order and as far as I know they have not shipped my order. They do not respond to emails, direct messages or calls.

I want my order or I want my money back.

I still have not received my order or a refund or even a receipt. You did not receive any information under a different email I do not have more than 1. Your agent did not want to make sure I was referring to what? She said she couldn't find any info, claimed she wasn't sure I even made a purchase until I screenshot ted a picture of my money being taken by diff eyewear and then said she would escalate the issue. I did not hear back from her. Tracking info was not disclosed so I don't know when it could have been delivered. I reached out to you and got no response until now.

I ordered glasses on May 7th. No delivery or refund despite multiple emails. I see many complaints online of company taking $ and not delivering.
This company is taking money and not delivering goods. There are multiple complaints online and my goods have not been delivered despite my emails asking about status. I also asked for a refund of my monies but have not received any response from them. I put a dispute in with my American Express card to try to get my $107 back from DIFF for the products that are not being delivered.

Desired Outcome

I either want the goods I ordered immediately or a full refund.
