Ordered glasses under their BOGO offer. Received 1 pair. Contacted them and was told I could get a refund. They have since gone radio silent.No refund
I received one pair of glasses. I was told I could get a refund or pick another pair of glasses. There are no other glasses available so I stated I wanted a refund. I have since not heard back from anyone. I have sent several emails and nothing. Give me my money back. I will gladly return the one pair that actually shipped. This seems to be a common practice with this company. I should have read the reviews online. Lesson learned. I just want either (a) EVERYTHING I paid for or (b) my money back.

I want my money back or every item that I ordered.

They finally refunded my money on June 20, 2020. That is after going back and forth with them and receiving several different answers on the refund.

Placed and 5/2 and paid for expedited shipment. The order has been sitting in KY with label created only since 5/8. I have emailed, called, and messaged Customer Service. Received a response on 5/18 that one paid of glasses was out of stock but they were shipping the other pair priority. They sent another tracking number and it shows that same - Label created only on 5/18/20 - package never turned over to carrier. I have tried to call and email about this and have again received no response.

Desired Outcome

The glasses that they have in stock. Expedited shipping charges actually refunded. A credit for 1/2 of the total order since the sale was Buy one, Get one free.

DIFF resolved by shipping one pair of glasses.
They did refund the difference and the expedited freight charges.
DIFF even followed up to make sure that I was happy with the outcome.

Customer service is unresponsive and my order status hasn't changed in over two weeks. I tried cancelling my entire order and I can't even do that.

Hello, I originally placed an order on May 1st. I was contacted the next day (a Saturday) and told the prescription glasses I paid for were oversold. So I picked another pair and she told me those were out of stock. So she gave me a code to purchase another pair for free. I did and ended up having to pay for shipping so then I had to reach out again to get the shipping refunded. During this time I was in contact with a sales person every day. The response time was super quick and my issues were resolved. Then I emailed asking if I could change the pair of prescription glasses I ordered. That was 6 days ago and I never received a response. I ordered my original pair of sunglasses on May 1st and have never received an update. The status is still "ordered placed". I'm so fed up with trying to deal with this company. I get that companies are a little behind because of Covid but your company was quick to respond (within 24hrs) while trying to fix my order the first time and now I haven't heard a single word in 5 days after 3 emails. I tried cancelling my entire order but I have to wait for a response for that. So I paid *** and have no update or status on my products. Nobody is responding to me. There is no phone number to call. It's been over two weeks since my original order and nobody can even tell me what's going on. They just took my money and disappeared.

I want a full refund to my account.

placed order April 28th. I received a message saying it has shipped May 1. Now it hasn't moved since May 1st. No one from DIFF can tell me where it is

No movement since May 1st.
Contacted DIFF customer support SEVERAL times by phone and email. The only emails I received back all said "track it here". I can track it, but it's still not moving. Replace my order with expedited shipping or give me my money back.

Desired Outcome

If they cannot replace my order IMMEDIATELY then they should refund my $286 so I can order my materials from somewhere else.

It took extremely long to receive my items. Every time I spoke to customer service they just bounced me around from person to person. They offered me a $25 gift card on a future purchse. What about the $286 I spent and waited months for? I had to purchase new prescription glasses because of their negligent behavior and misrepresentation.

April 11, 2020:

Credit card charged: $92.99

April 22, 2020:

Order #*** was delivered and incorrect. It had two Ryder Clear Crystal + Blue Light Technology glasses instead of one Ryder and one Sawyer
I received two emails at the same time of 11:54 am EST. One informing me that my order had arrived, the other informing me that my order had shipped. Both referring to #***.

I emailed DIFF alerting you that my order was incorrect and asking if I could exchange the Ryder because I did not like it. Request #***.

April 26, 2020:

Email from ***, Customer Support. *** provided a return label and asked which pairs I would like to exchange for. *** noted that they knew I already wanted the Sawyer Clear Blue Light as I had originally ordered.

April 27, 2020:

I responded to *** and requested the Sawyer Amber Tortoise Blue Light in addition to the Sawyer Clear Blue Light.

I received an email from *** confirming this and an email from Andie Rodriguez informing me that they processed my corrected order and it should leave the warehouse in 2 - 3 business days. It was upgraded to Priority Mail shipping.

April 30, 2020:

I emailed ***, as requested, and informed them that the two Ryders were in the mail.

May 5, 2020:

I received an email that my order *** had shipped. The order only included the Amber Tortoise Blue Light, but no Sawyer Clear Blue Light.
I received the Amber Tortoise Blue Light glasses, but no Sawyer Clear Blue Light.

May 7, 2020:

I emailed ***, informing them that on May 5th I received the Sawyer Amber Tortoise, but no Sawyer Clear Blue Light.

May 8, 2020:

I received an email confirming the Amber Tortoise Blue Light had been delivered.

May 11, 2020:

I emailed DIFF and submitted and new customer message outlining the above. No response.

May 15, 2020:

I received an email from DIFF asking how my recent email with "***" was. I never received an email from ***. I filled out the survey to note that I was never emailed by ***.

May 16, 2020:

Left voicemail with DIFF requesting a call back.

May 18, 2020:

Still no response.

Desired Outcome

I request a refund in the amount of $92.99. DIFF did not fulfill their guarantee of a BOGO deal, and because of this I do not wish to work with them any further.

Have not received paid order from Diff Eyewear
Ordered two pairs of sunglasses 05-04-2020. Package tracking has said in transit 05-07-2020 to present and details indicate the package has been stationary without change. Paid by credit card. Contacted the company via email twice with no response. No phone numbers available for this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my order and if that is not possible, a refund.

Terrible... do not order from them. I ordered May 5th and received a notice May 8th that they shipped, tracking number provided shows nothing... called and emailed numerous times and just got the run around, contacted my credit card and disputed the charges. Not paying for something I never got

Hard to get in contact with and did not receive full order.
Placed an order with Diff April 2nd, expected delay to current conditions. Upon several attempts to reach out after a month waiting on the product I received an email with tracking information. Received a package today that contained only one of the items ordered. Have requested a full refund but again have heard nothing in return. I'm so disappointed in their customer service, lack of communication, and inability to fulfill an order in a timely manner. I am still missing multiple parts of my order that after a month of waiting have purchased a similar item elsewhere. I ordered blue light blocking glasses for myself and my son in my original April 2nd order and neither one have arrived. At this time I'd like a refund of all the items and am happy to send back the glasses we did receive.

Since requesting a refund for an order they state they lost they have stopped communicating with me.
Order placed 4.17 which stated it was being shipped on 4.20. Shipment was lost before it made it out of their warehouse apparently. When asking about the order status I was able to get a response within the same day. Once I asked for a refund they stopped communicating. I have made several attempts this week to request my refund and have yet to get a response or my money back. I just want my money back for products they never sent me and now are currently out of.

I placed an order for *** 4 pairs of glasses. I received 2/4 pairs. Emailed multiple times with no response and allowed time for pandemic.
On 4/11/2020 I purchased 4 pairs of glasses with Diff. The customer service appeared to be great by obtaining my PD for my prescription and giving me a time line. That said, I did not receive my glasses until 5/8/2020 and only received 2 of the 4 pairs of glasses. One pair of the prescription glasses received are completely incorrect to the size specifications given on the website, to be more specific, 20 millimeters too short, as well as an entirely wrong prescription. Additionally, my order was marked "fulfilled" however the other 2 pairs of NON-prescription glasses were never shipped and have not been received. I then proceeded to email Diff on two separate occasions to have them rectify this and allowed for the sufficient amount of time to pass according to the website for processing and to handle the pandemic. To no avail, I never received a response, only a "review" for someone named "***" whom I never spoke to or had correspondence with. I thoroughly read their return/exchange/prescription policies and versed myself quickly on what could be done yet more than 8 days have passed *** I still have not received a response or rectification to my incorrect AND missing glasses.

Desired Outcome

The company responded and refunded me for half of the order and gave me a coupon for new glasses.

I ordered sunglasses in April and was charged but never received any glasses. I emailed numerous times without any response. I was also originally sent an invalid tracking number. This company is very unprofessional with zero customer service. I would not recommend buying any products from them, they will just steal your money!

I ordered my glasses on 05/07/20 and still haven't received any information from Diff. I've called twice and emailed three times, and no communication. I completely understand that things are difficult right now for everyone, but a little bit of communication would go a long way. It blows my mind that they are still sending promotional emails and publishing instagram ads when they aren't fulfilling orders. Clearly, this has been a problem now for a few months based on the comments below. Such a bummer. I'm calling my CC company to stop payment.

I love their glasses but they are the worst with shipping. Be prepared to wait 15-20 business days to get your shipment. I asked 2 times the second time ordering from them only to be told it was waiting shipment. 5 days later from that email inquiry...still not shipped!

I ordered glasses almost 2 months ago and have never received my 2 pair I ordered, I paid almost $300
Only email I got was a couple weeks ago and was told they'd be here soon but order still shows unfulfilled, now I just want a refund and cancel the order, was supposed to get them in 14 days not 2 months

Got them finally and very nice

Never received my order that was placed on 4/17.
Placed my order on 4/17, marked as shipped on 4/20 but the product not been transmitted to the carrier and there has been no movement since. After reaching out to DIFF customer service on 4/27, I was told that standard practice was to wait 10 days before they would research a shipping issue, and I was told that if I had not received my product by 5/11 to contact them again. Credit card was charged on 4/17 after placement of order, and to this day the product is marked as shipped but has never been received by the carrier.

Desired Outcome

Full refund to my original payment method. I do not wish to receive a replacement.

Paid *** on April 17th, last update was 4/20. No shipping or tracking info available. Customer service giving me run around.
No product after 3 wks. No tracking or shipping updates. Said they would send me another shipment and an email would follow, Nothing.

Absolutely the worst company to order with. Placed order in March, have yet to receive it. Have reached out SEVERAL times to DIFF support email requesting information, only to get the same reply... given tracking number that isn't even valid. Contacted carrier that DIFF claims will be delivering, only to be informed DIFF never shipped out. Can't find a telephone number to speak with anyone from DIFF.

I wish I could rate the product, but I can't since it never arrived. Over 3 weeks for standard blue light glasses- reached out to customer service on multiple platforms and have only received an automated message with my tracking #. Well that tracking # does not exist with ANY mail carrier. On their website it states IN TRANSIT, and it has stated that for over 2 weeks. I wish I would have read the other reviews- no way a business like this can stay in business with their awful model and service!

I ordered on May the 7th 2020 and still haven't received a tracking # I emailed numerous times and never got a response. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. After reading reviews I decided to call my bank and report this issue because I felt like it was a SCAM!!!

I am so frustrated, I made an order April 27 for two pairs of sunglasses I was sent a receipt with an order number and a tracking number my package seems to be stuck in Kentucky since May 6 I emailed Diff customer service half a dozen times to no response I then call DHL to inquire about my package they informed me that diff eye wear did not prepare the information on the labels correctly therefore my package cannot be sent out???
I do not trust this company there's no phone number to be found anywhere nobody responds to any email inquiries. I wish I'd known better after reading all the other similar reviews this company obviously has a very bad reputation. I'm a reasonable person I can understand that things can go wrong but to not respond or follow up with customers issues I'm a reasonable person I can understand that things can go wrong but to not respond or follow up with customers issues After taking hundreds of their dollars is absolutely wrong!!! I'm extremely disappointed I will never order from this Company ever again!!!
