Supposed to have a delivery December 26, never was delivered. Went to the post office and they can't find it, called UPS and they can't give me info bc of how Diff sent the package... and Diff says it's now a UPS issue. I'd like a refund.

I received my glasses and they had refunded me before I got them, told them to charge me and they didn't, so sweet of them.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses in a buy one get one free sale on 12/23/19. I received a shipping confirmation email on 12/28/19. It is now 1/16/2020, nearly three full weeks later, and my tracking number shows that UPS never received my parcel. I have sent numerous emails, Facebook messenger messages, and website contact form and have received zero response from Diff regarding this matter. I have shopped with them for a couple years now and have never had a problem like this. I'm disgusted and disappointed that they will not even RESPOND to customer complaints. Looking at these reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who is having problems with them. Buyer beware.

I waited to respond to this to see if my replacement glasses did show up. Well, they did! I really love the glasses. I appreciate Diff for taking care of the issue, as well as giving me a $25 account credit, but I wish I had gotten a response sooner instead of only after taking my complaints public. Thank you for making it right!

Horrible customer service. Requested a refund for the wrong pair of glasses and they won't respond. Do not buy from this company.

I find it funny your company only wants to respond once I have let the Revdex.com know of your bad "customer service" and yet again I am fed a lie. The complaint was made to your company on the 26th of December and I did not receive a response until the 28th of December asking me for images of the issue to which I never received a response since sending all the photos that were asked. We have already called Visa in regard to the issue and NO the correct glasses were not delivered or received. I find it funny that there was no label provided to return the wrong glasses to you. This problem has NOT been fixed by anyone at your company. Worst "customer service" I have ever received. And I love how you claim that you sent me a new pair when in fact MY MOTHER is the original customer so how would you even know who or where to send them too based of my review????

I ordered a product that took weeks to get to me. The wrong product came. They asked for pictures, I provided pictures. They have not responded since and it's been another couple weeks. So, one month later, I'm out the money they owe me and no product that I wanted. They haven't responded since I sent the pictures. Horrible customer service.

I ordered over a week ago the money was taken out of my account. I have still not received a confirmation, reached out multiple times no response.
I placed an order on Sunday 12/29/19. The money was immediately taken out of my account when I went to see if I received a confirmation regarding my order in my emails I had not. Waited for a couple days reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. Tried to call the company yesterday 1/3/2020 the voicemail said that they would be closed until 1/2/2020 it was the day after that I called. I am wanting to know where my order is and if it will still be fulfilled if so how long until I receive it. I have never had a problem with this company until now. Very worried since I have now seen through other platforms such as Facebook and Instagram that this is a problem for many people.

Received my order and pleased that someone finally reached out to me

I purchased glasses on December 11th and paid for 1-3 day shipping. Haven't recieved the package and no one is telling me where my glasses are.
I purchased a pair of blue light glasses on December 11th and paid extra for priority shipping which is typically 1-3 business days. I have not received my glasses nor is there any shipping update. I have tried contacting customer service so many times I have lost count. I received a voicemail 7 days after my purchase to confirm my address, which I confirmed that day. I was then emailed from diff that my package was shipped on priority shipping on the 18th and was sent a tracking number for USPS (the apologized for the inconvenience). I still have recieved no update on my glasses and shipping. I called USPS and they haven't even recieved the glasses to ship. USPS advised me to call diff customer service which I have tried for weeks. Still no update on my glasses.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for my priority shipping since I never got my glasses on time and paid extra. I would also like a new pair of the glasses I ordered shipped out on the fastest delivery option. I WANT MY GLASSES I PAID FOR. I would also like to be contacted by the business to discuss what happened and an apology with correct tracking numbers.

Told delivery time 12/9, contacted company 5+ times since 12/16. Never heard from company, called them and they have since disabled their service#.
Company emailed a ship date of 12/2 and delivery date by 12/9, which never came. I contacted DIFF to try and help locate package after 12/16, and continued to contact them through the preferred email help site, I also attempted to call them. No one has ever gotten back to me. I have tried to contact them 5+ times through the website help page and have not received one attempt to get back to me. There used to be a phone number (1-866-MY-DIFFS) and that has since been disabled so that there is no one available to help on the phone. I called the corporate office 2x, and again today. It is 12/30 and the Los Angeles number *** has a recording that says they are closed until 12/27.
I have called UPS to try and track and they said with "mail innovations" it is in the hands of the post office at this point, and to contact the shipper. I tried to contact the shipper (DIFF- again) and I called the post office and will make a claim since they say it "might be in transit".
I have no idea what to do at this point and I am trying to be patient. I don't want to do business with this company ever again. I hope someone can help me.

I would like to be contacted by the company and I would also like a refund for the products. I ordered them in good faith that they would be here by Christmas time and gave them plenty of time to get back to me before the holiday, but no one has contacted me at all and December is almost over.

I purchased an item and am trying to return, business will not respond to my inquiries or accept return
Order # XXXXXX, purchased on 12/3/19. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses that are supposed to aid with looking at a computer screen all day/ filter out harmful light from the computer screen. After trying said glasses for 2 days I started to experience severe headaches and am trying to return. Business ignored my first request for return. After following up several times business is saying I cannot return because they were purchased on sale. Glasses were actually purchased as part of a promotion not a clearance sale and at no time during point of sale was I told I would not be able to return the glasses. Business has been ignoring my request to resolve the issue since 12/23/19, I have sent multiple emails following up on this request.

Do NOT order from Diff. I had some friends who purchased blue light glasses from Diff and talked super highly about them, so I decided to do the same. I placed my order on 12/23 and did the basic free shipping, because I wasn't in a rush to get them before the holiday. However, on 12/28, they sent me an email to confirm my package was shipped. According to the UPS website, they received the label on 12/26 but have yet to receive the package (on 1/2/20). I've reached out to Diff via email, facebook messenger, and phone call (which always goes to voicemail). Now I'm waiting for someone to reach back out to me, and to hopefully get some information on my glasses. I highly recommend that other people do not waste their money or time on DIFF.

I placed an order on December 21, 2019 before 11:00 (eastern time). I selected UPS Next Day Air 24-48 hour shipping to insure it would arrive by Christmas. My three children asked for a pair of DIFF glasses because they see so many influencers promote and collab with them. My order total was almost $200.00. Shipping alone was $26.00. That same day DIFF, LLC guaranteed delivery by December 24th for orders placed that day. Guaranteed being the key word. My children wake up on Christmas morning only to find nothing under the tree from DIFF! I get an email that day December 25th saying my order has shipped but only 1 part of my order. I start emailing, messaging, calling and hear nothing in return. I have emailed this company 2 times, I have messaged through Amazon Pay twice, I have messaged through Instagram & I have messaged through Facebook 4 times. I have called numerous times only to hear a recording that says "Our office is closed until Thursday the 27th". There is no Thursday the 27th!
When I try to track my package it says it hasn't even left the warehouse only the shipping label has been printed.
Today is December 30, 2019 and I have never had an experience like this! I feel like I have been robbed. No one from DIFF LLC will let me know where my order is and why my order has not been shipped. Why I paid so much for Next Day Air shipping and it not be shipped. I have a single family income & three children so this was a big purchase for me.

I did actually receive my order, but it was completely wrong.
I have emailed and tried to contact on social media countless times. No response. I even noticed they deleted my comments and turned comments off on their Instagram.

I would like for them to send me the sunglasses i ordered.

I placed an order on December 12th, and paid $10 for priority shipping. Here it is the 27th, and still no glasses. They were a Christmas gift my niece wanted. I thought giving it 12 days to get there would be plenty especially since I paid extra for priority shipping. I understand it's the holidays but that's kinda ridiculous! Especially since when I look up my tracking number it just says awaiting shipment label created, USPS is awaiting item, and it has said that since the say I ordered. No estimated date of delivery or nothing! I emailed DIFF over a week ago, and still have heard nothing! Please all I want is my product!!! Is that so much to ask! Please respond back to me by email. Well, after reading the reviews below, I see I am not the only one reporting this terrible business! I sure wish I had read the reviews before ordering and giving them my hard earned money! I too feel I have been taken advantage of. I placed an order (2 pair of sunglasses for my girls' christmas gifts) on 12/11/19. Email confirmation saying I ordered came right after. On 12/12/19, email stating my order had shipped came. Checked tracking which was with UPS and it stated they would arrive by end of day on 12/23.....nothing! Checked tracking again and it says they have been transferred to a local post office about 20 minutes from my home. I have called, tracked, checked e-mail, e-mailed numerous times and called again! The response I got from my e-mail says they are no longer liable once items have left the warehouse and they are truly sorry but they cannot track my order. Karen (person responding to my e-mail) says it's now the problem of the carrier. Checked tracking again both at USPS and UPS. UPS STILL says delivery by end of day 12/23, they must use a different calendar than I do. USPS says they have been notified of a pre shipment....whatever that means. I own a business and ship product all the time and it takes 3 days AT MOST!! I also ordered from another company on 12/23/19 and received my goods on 12/26......you can't tell me these sunglasses can't be shipped AND delivered in a more timely manner! When I checked the shipping history of my package, it's been through 4 different facilities and now it apparently is not even where the tracking states that it is. Unreal! I will never do business with this company again. How many bad reviews does it take to the Revdex.com before action is taken???

On January 9, 2020, I received a personal phone call and an e-mail apologizing for the issue with my order (good customer service) Heidi was very courteous and friendly. She wanted to ensure that I had indeed received my order (they finally arrived on the 29th of December). I did get both pair of sunglasses and they were VERY good quality and the girls LOVE them. Sounds as if the issue is with the shipping company and hopefully DIFF is working to solve this issue. I know Christmas is an extremely busy time for all businesses but as a customer I was counting on the delivery of my goods especially since I was notified that they would be here for Christmas. My sincerest apologies to DIFF. I was compensated fairly for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate this.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses almost two weeks ago. I've made several attempts to call the customer service number provided however no one ever answers. I have left at least three voicemails and no one has attempted to contact me to explain what's going on with my order. Today I emailed them at 8 o'clock this morning and still nothing. You would think that even if they were behind for the holidays they would if nothing else reach out and explain that they are just behind and reassure me that my order would be out soon. Something is just eroded about it it's like scamming behavior if you ask me!!

I would like to receive the glasses along with some compensation just for the mere fact being ignored for so long with no answers and having to go to the lengths I've had to to get this resolved

Ordered a pair a glasses on 12/10/19 paid extra for priority shipping. I got a shipping confirmation 12/13/19.. it is now 12/18/19 and the tracking is still saying package awaiting shipment. I have called customer service several times only to get voicemail. I have messaged Facebook and sent emails. Very dissatisfied. I would like some answers, where are my glasses or just give me a refund.

Shipping information not given and customer service is non-responsive.
I ordered/purchased sunglasses from Diff on December 16th, 2019 (order #***). I paid the expedited shipping cost of $10 in hopes to have these delivered before the holidays. Total cost was $45 paid with my MasterCard Credit Card. Expedited shipping noted that the item would be delivered within 2-4 business days. As of today, 12/19/2019, I have not received a tracking number. I have sent an email requesting a tracking number but the "team" has not responded. I called 4 times on 12/19/2019 to try to reach customer service but it goes straight to voicemail. I have left a voicemail and email on 12/19/2019 requesting refund, no response. I have tracked my order on their website (diffeyewear.com) as of 12/19/2019 and no further information has been added, it still says item ordered 12/16/2019. There are multiple reviews on Yelp and different sites stating that Customer Service does not respond and tracking details are not provided to customers

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $45 for the product that I purchased. I do not want the product anymore. I would like the amount above refunded to my MasterCard.

This company will not respond. Sent bogus shipping information as "sent" to get paid through PayPal and the shipment was never prepared for pickup. The product we ordered has not shipped. It appears this company is a total scam and how they have an A+ rating through the Revdex.com is a total misrepresentation of the customers they provide "no service". They claim to be a charitable company with donations from every purchase. If they never deliver the product, do they ever make a donation?

My mother in law and I Placed 2 separate orders with Diff eyewear Saturday 12/8/19. Received confirmation and that my order would ship within 48 hours same with her. Both got emails Tuesday 12/10/19 it has shipped and expect tracking to update soon. By the end of last week tracking had yet to update and I checked their web tracking on their website and it showed the order was still at the facility but had not been picked up by the carrier. I emailed them Saturday and expected to get a reply today during normal business hours however I still have not gotten an email ( I emailed 2x) also I called today 3x and left 3 messages with no call back. Again today I check tracking on both UPS/USPS and their website and it still says awaiting shipment and has not updated since 12/10/19 still. In this day and age how can something still be awaiting shipment after 6 days. DIFF is much smaller company in comparison to let's say bath and body works whom I ordered from 12/8 on their busiest sale day of the year and yet they consistently updated me via email on every step of the way of my order from confirming & receiving to processing to about to ship to it shipped. What poor customer service that you can't call a customer back or email them back. I went on their Facebook and noticed so many others that experienced the same issue I am having. I wish I read reviews and comments prior to ordering!!!! f I will never order from this company again and will inform all bloggers how scammy this company is so they can stop promoting them. Please cancel my order #XXXXXX I don't want your company to have my money.
