Over two weeks with no indication that my order has shipped, and 5 days with no response from the support team.
On September 22nd I placed my order, and as of today I still have no indication my order was shipped. The tracking number provided in the email still says "USPS Currently Awaiting Package." I contacted the support department by email on December 2nd and still have not gotten a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like my product to be delivered and at least a partial refund.

The company reached out to me and told me my package was lost. They gave me a full refund, and sent me a new package.

Worst company ever they don't even deserve 1 star.. I've ordered 4 sunglasses from them 2 separate orders one was 11/21/19 which was 18 days ago the second order was 12/01/19!!! I got an email saying they shipped and then that's it tracking it shows they are ready but that's it. I've literally sent this company 10 freaking emails I've called multiple times every times says we have no customer service reps available please leave a message. They charged me both times already, And it was close to 300$!!! I can't believe these people are even in business. How can they have such horrible customer service and think it's ok to take peoples hard earned money and not even give them what they bought. It's such a scam and yet they try to say they are a charitable company. I'm reportin

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a pair of prescription glasses on 11/23/19 and it is now 12/5/19 with my order not even have being shipped yet. I've tried contacting them on 2 different numbers they have left online with the same outcome. Goes straight to voicemail. I've also tried contacting them on countless social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram) with no response. Was very excited to support what I thought seemed like a great company. I was very mistaken. Do not order from them.

Received the wrong order twice in a row. Attempted to contact for refund after second failure and have not heard back in over a week.
I placed my original order prior to 7/20. That is when I received the shipping email. It did not arrive to me until August 6th. When opening the package, the box was labeled correctly for the product, but it was the wrong sunglasses inside. I sent in a request, and it was answered within a little over 24 hours. I had to send back the incorrect sunglasses in order to receive the correct ones, which was ok, however upon receiving my new order on 8/22, they were still incorrect with the same exact issue of the correct box, but wrong sunglasses. I contacted support immediately on 8/22 following the delivery, and have not heard back. I also sent in another request on Wednesday 8/28, and have not heard from anyone. I would like a refund.

We identified an issue with the packaging being mislabeled by our manufacturer for that frame in particular. Unfortunately it was too late for the second pair we sent.

At this time I have refunded your order in full. Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days to see the funds returned to your account.

The CS team went radio silent on me after I request a return/refund and they haven't replied to multiple inquiries.
I have not heard back from CS since August 7th after their initial response that they would help me out. The *** and I purchased two pairs of sunglasses. It was not clear from their promotion that these were return ineligible!

Desired Outcome

I am requesting once again to get a return label to refund my product. I am more than happy to return the goods, but I am not even able to do so!!!

Wow - wasn't expecting to gift them! That was above and beyond the resolution I was expecting (was hoping for the expected refund and return). Very happy with their making right!

Shipping delays, incorrect information on website, Have been charged
Before placing my order I checked the shipping quote which said orders would ship within 48 Hours here we are 5 days later my order has not shipped no one is responding to my calls or my online messages my credit card has been charged Yelp reviews indicate that several consumers are having this issue I wish I would have checked you out before I place my order also their website lists incorrect business hours nor do you have the opportunity to speak with the life person

My initial reason for contact was to change my shipping to expedited shipping but at this point I just want to cancel my order and get a full refund

Placed order on July 26 and have not received order or a refund for the order. Customer Service gives the runaround.
I placed an order on July 26, the business has billed me and I never received the order. The order has been setting in the same spot since August 4 with no movement. I have repeatedly called and emailed. Every time I call, I am put on hold for over 20 min then get a recording to say no one is available and to call back. Once I finally reach someone, they tell me to give it another day for my order to arrive. I have emailed with a guy named Ryan who said he would reship the item but I declined and asked for a refund. He said I would receive one and would get a an email confirmation showing the same. This was on Friday, August 9 and as of today August 12,2019 I still have not received a refund. I feel this company is running a ponzi scheme and I would like to be credited back my money. I work for an attorneys office in Cookeville, Tennessee and if I do not receive my refund I will file a civil suit to retrieve my money plus compensatory damages so they don't scheme anyone else.

I want to assure you that we in no way would ever intend on taking money from our customers without shipping the items you've purchased. I've checked into your order personally and do see that there was about a week delay before it was received by DHL. We have been having some issues catching up after our most recent summer sale and are doing our best to ensure things leave our facility within a timely manner. Checking on the tracking now, it appears there has been some sort of issue with the handoff between DHL and USPS. I'm unsure why they may have experience that delay, but we will reprocess your order immediately for you so that you receive the products you purchased.

I also double checked and can assure you that a full refund was provided this morning. I know that it is an uneasy feeling to purchase something and not receive it for this amount of time. Again I apologize for the delays you've experienced and I assure you that we are working towards making sure things like this never happen again.

Scam like behavior, buying time with excuses to avoid informing customer of a business error.
I purchased from this company a month ago with a BOGO promotion. The website says ordered are fulfilled, not processed, in 10-14 days. Payment was drafted from my account two days after purchase and I still don't have my glasses. I have called customer service and never have been able to reach a person. I am on hold for 20 min then directed to leave a message. Someone did call me back 3 days later asking that I return the call. I did and the same thing happened. No answer, 20 min hold and message service. I have contacted via email multiple times and have received multiple excuses. I was even told my order was complete and entourage to the fulfillment center. That was 2 weeks ago. Another email said they are behind bc of the promotion. However they continue to advertise new promotions and out of stock brands when they can't fulfill the orders from the original promotion. Next email says "unforeseen delays with shipment" and cannot give me an approximate arrival time. This is an unacceptable response.

Desired Outcome

Send the order, inform customers if you made an error or refund payment.

I appreciate the response and hope this helps the business to be proactive and honest with customers should future challenges arise.

I ordered sunlgasses from the company, they came scratched. I have reached out for a refund with no resoponse.
On July 11th I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the company, I recieved the sunglasses July 15th and they were scratched. I paid 188.00 for the order, I reached out to the company July 18th expressing my concern and asking for a refund or if they would send me a box to ship them back, I spoke with *** request number *** who asked me to send a picture of the glasses, I did so. The last time I spoke with *** from DIFF was July 19th at 1:58 PM, where he told me to send the glasses back, ignoring my question of if I will get a refund or if they will send me a box. In the meantime I have sent 4 emails to them July 20th, July 23rd, August 6th and August 7th, I also reviewed my purchase and experience publicly on the website and someone deleted it off shortly after. The email on August 7th I told them if they did not answer my and give me a refund I would be contacting Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

At this point I am looking for a refund for the hassle and stress this has caused me. I am out 188 dollars at this point. I asked for a refund on the glasses that were 95 dollars and they can't even do that. The time I have had to take out of my days to chase this company is ridiculous.

Cannot review because my order has NOT been delivered! Placed order on 7/26/2019 and now it's 8/7/2019 after being promised twice by rep that they would arrive on Friday of last week and then apparently today!!! I attempted to follow up today by the calling the number for support, however, it's going straight to voicemail!!! :/ Truly, I am disappointed with their so call customer support! Still have not received the product in which I paid for!!!

I placed order to one pair of prescription sunglasses, and one pair of prescription eyeglasses on July 13, 2019. I paid for expedited shipping, after the promised 7-10 days of processing. I was told I would receive an email when glasses shipped which was due to ship. I have called multiple times, and after placed on hold for 15-20 minutes a recording will come on stating that all reps are busy and the call is disconnected. The was able to get through 3 times, once on Tuesday, 7.23/19 I was told my glasses were ready and they would be shipped and with in 48 hours, and I would receive a tracking email. I wanted almost a week, and called back on 7/29/19 repeatedly before getting a live person. I was then told oh, yes your glasses are ready and they will ship and I will have them this week, because I paid for rush shipping , look out for tracking email. No tracking email order still says unfulfilled on their website. I called back on 7/31/19, and after numerous attempts I was able to speak to a rep and she said prescription glasses take longer. I told her I was told on the 23rd my glasses were ready to be shipped. She said oh, well they will be shipping out to you immediately. Guess what? My order says unfulfilled, as of today Friday, 8/2/2019. I have called 4 times so far today, and hold for about 20 minutes listening to this ridiculous music, I am currently on hold now and have been for 16 minutes so far. I am so angry to be treated this way after they have received my money, and the person who was so nice about emailing and contacting me in the process of my order now does not replay to my emails.

I can't give a full 5 stars until I receive my order. But the attention, alacrity and thoughtfulness given to my complaint goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in regards to customer service. I submit a review today, 8/2/2019 at roughly 12:20pm. I expressed what I thought of Diff, LLC. I was beyond disappointed. It is now less than 6 hours later and I have been contacted several times by Mr. Felando the Global Fulfillment Manager. He apologized profusely, but they were not just empty words. I now have a tracking number!!!! My order has shippped already and he also issued me a full refund!!! I am really overwhelmed by his kindness and in the email he made it clear that Customer Satisfaction is a priority. Based on his reaction and the email apology I received from ***, Co-founder. I believe this is a company that cares. At this point I am more than pleased with action and attention given to "lil ole me", I think it speaks Volumes about the integrity of Diff, LLC. Thank you so much, Andrew Felando and ***. I will return once I have receive my glasses for a full review!

I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company.
I have called 3 times and left 3 messages and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company. I have emailed and I have not heard back. I need to return sunglasses and now by the time they get in contact with me it will be outside of their return window.
