Purchases a Rainsoft water softener in Oct of and have had to call for service SEVERAL times since
We purchased our water softener in Oct of 2014, and I can't even count how many times we've had to call for service This most recent time, we were told it was our control valveWe have a warranty, but we were still billed for the 'service call' and labor to installNow, less than weeks later, the softener is having the SAME problem
We called again, they were going to send someone outHe called to let us know he would be coming between and today, June 6; however, no one has shown upWe have no voicemails from anyone at this company telling us they would need to reschedule or ANYTHING
I was promised water that wouldn't smellIt smellsI was promised a top of the line water softener, but instead have three tanks sitting in my yard that are about as useless as lawn ornamentsWe spent over $6,on this equipment and are entitled to getting what we were promi

My family and I were introduced to this company through some type of gift card promotion The salesperson, Terrence, told us how long his presentation would take and once complete, we would be provided with our gift certificate The presentation was professional and interesting Grandma happened to be visiting and the kids participated too It was a no-brainer for our family to have the water filtration system installed since several of us have sensitive skin (eczema, dry skin, etc..) and the pending arrival of a new baby to our home! Terrence scheduled the installation the following week and the install was quick and easy The installer was extremely professional and told us all about our new system The CLEAN water has had an amazing affect on my family's skin and the cleanliness of our tubs and showers The water spots have disappeared from the shower doors, as well as the dishes, after being cleaned in the dishwasher Once you do your own research after taking part in the presentation, you will see that this system is a must have for all families!

I would like to commend the tech that came out to our house in Winter Garden and conducted a service and repairs on our water filtration systemHis name is Brian and he did a great jobHe kept us in the loop and explained fully what had gone wrong with our system and what needed to be repairedHe was very honest and provided us with great serviceI would also like to say that MrP*** , our customer service representative , was also very attentive and worked with us and his manager to offer us solutionsHe is always happy and pleasant to speak with

Original product installed Septnever functioned according to promises Decthe equipment was removed after numerous service calls At that time I was told a refund check would be cut on 12-31-and a confirmation of cancellation letter would be issued As of 3-5-neither has been received I have called on several occasions None of the calls have been returned

I purchased a RainSoft AMT75CV water filtration/softener system for my home on 10/1/The sales representative was Creston H*** The customer representative was Brian B*** The sales representative, Creston, specifically told me that the filtration system did not require serviceHe also said that if I needed to move the filter, that *** would move the system for meI was not at home when they installed the systemWhen they installed the system, they installed it directly in front of my house, in public viewI expected them to install it somewhere out of sight - on the side or back of the houseI called four times over the course of a month to ask to have it movedEvery time I called, I was told that I would receive a follcall from the service centerThat never happenedWhen I finally was able to get a hold of someone who could help me, after a month of making phone calls, I was told it would cost

It's been months since I bought my water systemAnd I'm very well pleased with this systemThis is some works just as they said it would the water is very soft and it's very present to drink tastes very goodI will recommend this system to anybodyIts worth the investmentI've called in for my first maintenance check, and they sent me a young man by the name of DuranDuran was a very good service tech he was very thorough with the job that he was doing to make sure that my system is still working properlyEverything that he was doing he was explaining it to me that I may understand how the system work and what exactly he was doing very nice young manI would recommend this company and this service tech to anyone once again I am very well pleased with this water system

Service Technician failed for four weeks to provide written estimate including deficiencies and recommendations for my home HVAC system
In March, we decided to go with Florida Energy Water and Air for our seasonal climate control system maintenance in our home And we signed up for semi-annual system maintenance During our March system check your technician named S*** checked the ton system in one of the zones in our home and verbally provided a rundown of system deficiencies He promised that he would provide a written result of the deficiencies and recommendations within hours
We called our insurance agent who sent an adjuster and he also basically confirmed the findings of your technician Our insurance company, ***, told us that coverage would be pending MrS***'s written report My wife and I have called, messaged, and emailed MrS*** to please provide this report which each time he promised within the next day This never happened for weeks My

The technician, steve, was quick about his work and very nice to talk withEverything went well
