This company Install a Solar Water Heater with out Volusia County Permit, Damage our new metal roof, Installation done incorrectly , respond to our calls; answer machine, give a message, never any response, promises to correct issue, never doneRoof company can't warranty the roof due to the damage done by Florida Energy Water & Air, that is an impediment to have our Electrical Bill reduce and the possibility of claim our credit to the IRS for the clean environmental product use on both the roof and the solar water Heater

The installation was not complete, the company failed to complete the installation until once they said they had a new team that can do a better job They apologized, took responsibility and said they will fix the incomplete installation
In May of 2016, we had major malfunctioning of the unit where it hasn't been working From then until now, they have failed to repair the AC They sent over different people who admitted, they did not know what was wrong with the unit and failed to fix it
They came approximately once per week even though the problem existed for over months They would make appointments to come by and almost never show up when they said they were coming If they did show up, they would be late
We called numerous times to the office, specifically the service manager who began ignoring our phone calls even

Dereliction of duty
I hired this company to remove and reinstall my solar panels, because I replaced my roof
The reinstall was so awful it was almost laughableIt looks like they tossed them up there and walked offThe panels are loose and crooked and it is leaking a tremendous amount of water all over my new roofGallons and gallons of water per minuteThe panels are pipes are sliding down off my roofI have never seen any job done more unprofessionalI have had to bypass the panels rendering them useless
They are evasive on the phone and wont return callsThey are not taking responsibility for the work or lack of work rather

I would like to commend the tech that came out to our house in Winter Garden and conducted a service and repairs on our water filtration systemHis name is Brian and he did a great jobHe kept us in the loop and explained fully what had gone wrong with our system and what needed to be repairedHe was very honest and provided us with great serviceI would also like to say that MrP*** , our customer service representative , was also very attentive and worked with us and his manager to offer us solutionsHe is always happy and pleasant to speak with

Sales rep came to our home and misled us and lied to us as to what his product would do for us
On 10/29/a sales rep by the name of paul B*** came to our home representing Florida Energy Water and AirHe scared us into thinking our water was not safe to drink and shamed us for letting our dog drink itHe claimed if we purchased a water system from this company our water would be as pure as bottled water, we would use much less soap in our washer and would feel much cleaner coming out of the shower as the water would be much purerHe preformed a test to show us how bad our water was, a test that took about 10-minutesAfter showing us how terrible our water was, he put a filter on our kitchen faucet and did same test and showed us how great our water could be if we just bought his system
So he made us a deal that we had to sign right then in order to get this great deal! About 2-weeks later we called the company after this was installed at our home claiming our water sti
