I had a new A.Cunit install in September by this companyIt is now November and I have had to call them for service for timesJust got off the phone with them again in factIssues have not been resolved even though it is a brand new unitThe call center is rudeScheduling is terrible and their after hours emergency service does not exist, they make you wait until mid next dayThat is why I just got off the phone with them forThe A.Cthey installed is great.....when it works

They were quick doing their job very knowledgeable and they explained everything that they did and things that they recommended I would highly recommend them again

Promised refund and confirmation of cancellation of contract not received Telephone calls not returned
Original product installed Septnever functioned according to promises Decthe equipment was removed after numerous service calls At that time I was told a refund check would be cut on 12-31-and a confirmation of cancellation letter would be issued As of 3-5-neither has been received I have called on several occasions None of the calls have been returned

The whole experience was positive Devontay D*** arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work It was an installation of the entire Rain Soft system, so it involved locating the main water line, digging it up, connecting the filter, and restoring all to its former condition In addition to his expertise, MrD*** is extremely polite and courteous

Dangerous water softener installation
My water softener was installed incorrectly and not up to code It was not protected from water causing the system to short outThis caused the electrical cords to melt and could've caused this more serious issueI have called at least four times asking for someone to come out, first time they told me To leave a voicemail for the installation manager and it will be taken care No one called me back no one left a message nothingI called back and they said they were sending a service tech out on last ThursdayThen they called and said there was an emergency in the service tech could not come I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me that the supervisor would not be able to handle list that I need to speak to the installation manager she assured me she would talk to the installation manager in the morning and someone would call me Turn of this has happened no one has called me no one has tried to fix this I am very upset I cannot use

This company has done an excellent job from start to finish, including the tag team duo that came to do the installationI was a little hesitant at first but Sean was very professional and courteousAnd He knew what he was doing! Thank you for doing a fine job! I am looking forward to my wondefully clean soft water!

Installation of our new water softener went so quick and works greatThe installers were friendly and explained everything we needed to knowGreat company, great service!

While they indicated $initial price over the phone, technician on the job never gave estimate before starting work and gave $bill at the end
I had them come out and give an estimate and perform installation of 3rd party softener and filterWhile they indicated $initial price for installation their technician did not give estimate after arriving and taking a look but rather proceeded with work and simply gave us bill over $
Worst yet was that technician never installed filter because he felt that interchangeable media inside did not have carbonHe also spent hours going to *** for parts and billed for that timeInstead of using PEX pipe like the rest of the house he used PVC
Incomplete job, no estimate up front, price more than double than quoted over the phone, and although they are installer of this equipment you would think they carry parts on their trucks that is not the case

Rain soft water softener was installedThey used cpvc piping which the company stated I requested which I did notI had asked several times to run it in pvcMade company pull permitFirst inspection failed due to improper strapping and cpvc pipe was not protected properly Tech came back out and insulated pipe with armor flex and black duct tapeInstall was hideous Inspector passed inspectionI let Josh and Nils know that I was unhappy with the "adjustment"Josh still reschulded inspection so it could pass knowing I wanted the pipe changed out This was back in late April early may I had spoken with josh on this matter a few times and he said he wanted to correct itHis solution was to take off the insulation and collect PaymentBy taking the insulation off the pipe will be unprotected againTherefore the inspection would not pass if

I sent in the water sample at *** and got sucked inI have a Rain Soft Water System$+ interest that compound DAILYSystem works great but found out I could have had a cheaper system if I bought it at ***
The worst part of this company is they will not stop calling you from Orlando call centerI got calls a month and sometimes calls a weekThe lady on the phone would say thing that we got a report that your system is brokenI NEVER EVER CALLED THEMI asked over and over DID MY Rain Soft System SEND YOU AN EMAIL? She would just laugh and say no it is not capable of that So I marked the phone numbers as SPAM on my Cell PhoneWell they could not reach me THEY CALLED MY WORK PHONE NUMBER AND SAID THAT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY THAT THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO MEI told them to NEVER call my place of employment again
My system needs only yearly serviceI have not needed to call them ever and I have had this system for over years
The technician came over 01/and I gave him my credit card and I waited for months for it to show upThen a few weeks ago I get a bill that the card was declinedI called the *** and they said no one submitted the bill and they did not decline any purchasesOnly good thing that came out of this is they have not called since FebruaryOh and the free soap that they sent with the systems is not worth using, just trash it or refuse to take it
