Bought my new AC from Florida Energy Water and Air and was very happy with my experience
Prices were competitive, installers very clean and cleaned up behind themselves
I have recommended Florida Energy Water and Air to friends and they were very happy with their Solar energy purchases as well
Will do business with them again in the future

We purchased a brand new water treatment system from themIt was installed wrong, then collapsed and damaged our house, cameras and electric supply
We purchased a complete rainsoft system from this company around $
The guy whole sold us the system Josh said his brother would install
We later discovered that Joshs brother had just finished training and it was his first unsupervised install
After the installation we noticed the main tank was way too far away from the wall (approximate feet)
The company sent someone back to move it closer, they failed to put adequate support under the tank and it has been leaning ever since
A few of weeks ago we called them out for a service, we asked if they could straighten the tank as it had been leaning for over a year,
The engineer said he had packed something under the tank but he did not have the materials to fix properly so someone would be in touch soon to finish the repair

Too many hidden fees for a system that broke
We spent over $on a brand new Rainsoft TC water filtration system in June We have also spent the additional (but not well disclosed to customers) $service fee every months to have someone "service" our brand new systemWe also buy the salt to refill our system, which is $or so bucks every year, which is also not provided to us or really mentioned that we would have to pay forThe last time someone was by to "service" our system was in January 2017, just over months agoSunday morning, July 16, 2017, we noticed a sound coming from the outside the houseWe went outside to find our rainsoft system spewing water all over our sidewalkWe called the emergency weekend number, left our name and number and explained that we had turned off the water because the system was obviously broken, and it had been leaking water probably all nightNo one called us backThis morning, July 18, we followed up since no one ever called

I paid for a service call from 2015, see receipt The company is just now trying to double charge me for the service in

Paid for repairs to my water softener system still not working properly They were like oh well giggling and said next apt would be 10/31/
They came out on 10/23/2017, which they were supposed to come out the Friday previous 10/20/ For which I didn't complain even though I took off work to be home The tech made repairs supposedly on the 23rd with used parts as stated in his invoice, unacceptable The tech left parts off of my equipment, when I contacted him he stated the parts weren't necessary and could keep them if I wanted, unacceptable(this is all in his texting by the way.) Advised him of still having hard water days after repairs, he said to give it time, unacceptable again Texted him the next day which he replied to contact the company for a water test To which I did on the 25th They gave me a date to test the water of 10/ Unacceptable again Horrible company now and I really don't understand what happened because I've used them before and not

What a wishful service! We had the water system and air systems installedIt was done quickly and professionallyEverything was explained to us and I would definitely recommend this to other people

The technician, steve, was quick about his work and very nice to talk withEverything went well

Had solar water heater installed for $ 10,and salesmen said we would get percent back in tax rebate but does not apply to us
Purchased a solar water heater package on 9-27-for $9,970.00.Sales reps name was Rusty and he stated that we would get 30% back in taxesTax time came and because we didn't owe any taxes we were not eligebleWould never have purchased this if we had known because it is way overpriced and is not saving us what we told in electric bills.Also, after they installed the solar panel in the same spot as the old one and used the same plumbing, they told me I would have to have trees trimed in order for it to work rightIt only took them about hours to do everythingThe payment method was no payment for months and then financed through aqua financeSince we found out we would not get the 30% off, I finally contacted Jason after countless times(he would never call me back)and he told me he would look into it and get back to me.He never didKept calling
