Dishonest salesman resulted in unexpected fees
I purchased a RainSoft AMT75CV water filtration/softener system for my home on 10/1/The sales representative was Creston H*** The customer representative was Brian B*** The sales representative, Creston, specifically told me that the filtration system did not require serviceHe also said that if I needed to move the filter, that *** would move the system for meI was not at home when they installed the systemWhen they installed the system, they installed it directly in front of my house, in public viewI expected them to install it somewhere out of sight - on the side or back of the houseI called four times over the course of a month to ask to have it movedEvery time I called, I was told that I would receive a follcall from the service centerThat never happenedWhen I finally was able to get a hold of someone who could help me, after a month of making phone calls, I was told it would cost

Purchased a solar water heater package on 9-27-for $9,970.00.Sales reps name was Rusty and he stated that we would get 30% back in taxesTax time came and because we didn't owe any taxes we were not eligebleWould never have purchased this if we had known because it is way overpriced and is not saving us what we told in electric bills.Also, after they installed the solar panel in the same spot as the old one and used the same plumbing, they told me I would have to have trees trimed in order for it to work rightIt only took them about hours to do everythingThe payment method was no payment for months and then financed through aqua financeSince we found out we would not get the 30% off, I finally contacted Jason after countless times(he would never call me back)and he told me he would look into it and get back to me.He never didKept calling

Quoted cost of service over phone was firm and promised with free salt delivery Bill was much higher and no salt delivered
Received unsolicited phone call from salesperson (Jawanna)on Octor promising a fixed fee of $for servicing my year old water softener with a water test, circuit check and replacement of seals or parts needed for maintenance No other charges would incur Also, she promised "boxes" of salt for the unit at no charge
On Nov1, the technician, Bryan N***, arrived and tested the water I left for a moment and returned to find he replaced the main circuit board citing signs of moisture which may be causing the system to perform its routine flushing during day and not as programmed for night I did not approve the part replacement About ounces of blue liquid was added to the salt and I was informed it was safe and intended to enhance performance of the system The total time was about minutes The technician presents a bill for
