Robert F* did a great job installing our water system Polite, punctual, tidy Went over the units with us and how to use Thanks Robert

While they indicated $initial price over the phone, technician on the job never gave estimate before starting work and gave $bill at the end
I had them come out and give an estimate and perform installation of 3rd party softener and filterWhile they indicated $initial price for installation their technician did not give estimate after arriving and taking a look but rather proceeded with work and simply gave us bill over $
Worst yet was that technician never installed filter because he felt that interchangeable media inside did not have carbonHe also spent hours going to *** for parts and billed for that timeInstead of using PEX pipe like the rest of the house he used PVC
Incomplete job, no estimate up front, price more than double than quoted over the phone, and although they are installer of this equipment you would think they carry parts on their trucks that is not the case

We have a rain soft water system from Florida Water Energy and Air and we are extremely happy with it The installation went well and our quality & taste of water has greatly improved

The company is charging me for a service in which the did not inform me of the fee prior to the work being completed
This company contacted me in December regarding a regular service for my water treatment/softener deviceThere was no mention of a fee for the service, and previous services have been free and covered by warrantyI had to cancel the appointment and reschedule, still no mention of a fee by the companyOn the day of the actual rescheduled service (1/3/18) I was at work and my partner was at the house where the device is locatedIn the morning, the service technician called me to tell me he would be at the house between 1pm and 3pm, still no mention of a feeI received a text message from my partner around 2:08pm and saw it at 2:30ish pm (as I was at work) that asked if I had left a check or some form of payment for the serviceI called the company and complained about the request for money as I had not been informed of any feeThey asked me to call the technician

The technician Durand A*** was very polite and explained everything in detailHe came at the time he said he would

Service was great from start to finish Courteous, and knowledgeable

Sean came today for an annual cheon our soft water system He was extremely professional, and explained what he was going to do and what he did We love the system and would recommend it highly The company was very accommodating to a scheduling request that we made Thanks all of you for great customer service

Rain Soft fixing equipment and send a maintenance person and charged after the job
On 2/24/the Florida Energy Water & Air, INCcame and fixed the Rain Soft equipmentA month later the Company call me for a maintenance related to the equipmentOn 3/22/the employee conducted a maintenance and after it completed it was attempt to charge me $I was confused because the company just did a month ago a repair on the equipment

I Sincerely Need To Share That Scotty Does What Hes Supposed To Do With Respect For Himself and Other Which Is Greatly Appreciated In Real Service That Shows He Scotty Enjoys His Work And Does Very Well Tell Scotty Thank You For Being RealLord Bless You All Sincerely Brian S***

The technician, steve, was quick about his work and very nice to talk withEverything went well

They had a salesman come to our house and give us a demonstration of a Rain Soft water treatment systemThe demo made our well smell and taste greatWe went for the lifetime warranty on the product for about $8600, were told we would never have to pay for service of the productWe signed up for itWith months the system did not work, the sulfur smell was back, we had a service tech come out, with a Rain Soft rep, they said we needed a chlorinating tank, which they installedThey told us to use Clorox bleach in it and if that didn't work, we would have to switch to chlorine, it didn't and we had to switchThen it stopped working after about weeks, of course we have to call them again for service, that is when we got the instructions for the chlorinating tank, we have to keep it fullThen we have had to keep calling them every month or two sinceWe received a call at the year mark, to schedule annual maintenance, I asked if there was a charge for this, they said yesApparently, after one year, we have to pay the labor on the system, the parts are no chargeNot exactly what we are told from the startDefinitely would not recommend these people to anyoneI think they scammed us

This company sold us a new Air Conditioning unit but, when they installed this AC unit, they failed to let us know that we no longer had any heatSince we had several mild winters, this was not realized until when we has some incredibly cold days/nightsI have called on several occasions but anyone of any importance was to busy to talk and although I was promised a call back - there have been no call backsBefore doing business with this company - call someone elseOur Ac was not properly installed - i.ewires were crossed in the thermostat installation, there were bare exposed wires left in the air handler closet, we are without out any heat and have been told that the cost would be around $7,to correct this situationPLEASE NOTE* This is a marketing company - they make money selling their crap to peopleThey are NOT a service company and do not care about any post sales issuesAlso, after year we wee left with no AC in August and although under warranty their service people failed fix the problemWe soon called *** to fix the Ac problem and it was***'s that diagnosed the lack of heat problemThese people are crooks!!!

Service Technician failed for four weeks to provide written estimate including deficiencies and recommendations for my home HVAC system
In March, we decided to go with Florida Energy Water and Air for our seasonal climate control system maintenance in our home And we signed up for semi-annual system maintenance During our March system check your technician named S*** checked the ton system in one of the zones in our home and verbally provided a rundown of system deficiencies He promised that he would provide a written result of the deficiencies and recommendations within hours
We called our insurance agent who sent an adjuster and he also basically confirmed the findings of your technician Our insurance company, ***, told us that coverage would be pending MrS***'s written report My wife and I have called, messaged, and emailed MrS*** to please provide this report which each time he promised within the next day This never happened for weeks My
