I've owned a Rain Soft water softeners from Florida Energy Water since The company services the product very wellTheir technicians are very professional and knowledgeableThe only complain that that since installing the drain hose into the ground, it never worked correctlyThe technician said that I needed to pay extra to have it reroutedI remember that I was still under warranty in this unit (I own two.) when the house came out by itselfNow the water back flows to the groundI think that Rain Soft should've corrected it as a courtesy or with a discount since the unit is barely years old and it had the problem since installationFor this reason I am only giving Rain Soft only stars instead of The worker nonetheless was professional and punctual, called before arrival, and was very thorough and careful as he worked with the unit

I had a good experience with FL Energy, Water, and Air Their install tech, Joel M [redacted] , showed up on time, was very professional, pleasant, and respectful of our home The equipment is working well and we are happy with the purchase
This company was recommended to us via [redacted] They installed our whole house AC unit in late he AC unit was installed in The installation was not complete, the company failed to complete the installation until once they said they had a new team that can do a better job They apologized, took responsibility and said they will fix the incomplete installation In May of 2016, we had major malfunctioning of the unit where it hasn't been working From then until now, they have failed to repair the AC They sent over different people who admitted, they did not know what was wrong with the unit and failed to fix it They came approximately once per week even though the problem existed for over months They would make appointments to come by and almost never show up when they said they were coming If they did show up, they would be late We called numerous times to the office, specifically the service manager who began ignoring our phone calls even
I had a very positive experience with this companyTheir tech Robinson knew what he was doingHe even went to [redacted] for new supply lines because my old water heater was smaller and the old copper would not workHe was courteous, competent, and cleaned up well after himselfThe system though new is living up to expectations so farI know there are a lot of fraudulent water treatment companies out there but this company is not one of themYou get what you pay for

George was very courteous and kind and did a great job tuning up my Rainsoft water softener I highly recommend him as a service technician
