Rain soft took my money installed a system that didn't and wouldn't fit my needs and then left me stranded with buy a whole system just fix half probl 12/I had rain soft come into my home and test my water and told they could fix all my problemsAfter th install everything was great until I noticed my water was still coming out yellow so I call d them back they came and put more resin in the tank in the garage, after that is when I noticed the scale in my dish washer and sink I thought it was the soap they gave me so I switched brands and watched it it wasn't the soap so I called them out the guy said it saltwater intrusion he didn't run a test he just looked at the sink so I asked what can they do cause we just got this system not even a month ago can we just add the few pieces of the RO that he recommended I was told I can buy a whole new RO system for the whole house which is another 10k and we just spent 8k cash or I can settle for a under the sink system that cost but

The price of the item plus out of pocket expenses annually are higher than what I was originally told I purchased the system mths ago for approx4K which I found out after is significantly overpriced I was told that I had a one year warranty on parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on parts The labor charge after the one year would be $per half hourMy only other out of pocket cost would be the salt for the system on top of my monthly finance amount which is per month Within the first year a part had to be replaced I then found out that there is an annual repair they do to the system that is out of pocket I take care of replacing the salt but I find that every year the system starts to put out hard water and I have to pay out of pocket to have a tech come diagnose because the system although it is electric does not have a diagnostic feature I again feel the water very hard and I was never given the years worth of test strips which are listed in the ma

Jaeson had a tricky install project to deal with, given he had to work around 1950's plumbing and a makeshift patio, but he came up with a plan for the installation and did an excellent job. He also did a good job cleaning up after the work was finished and was very appreciative of the bit of help I gave during the planning and setup. I highly recommend FEWA based upon the three people who came to our property (Jack who did the initial sale, and two installers including Jaeson), they were all extremely professional and came across as just really nice people. All three are a credit to their company, if all of the staff are this good the company should go far.

I have been very satisfied with FEWA I have a water softner with them and they stand behind their product and their service I have been a customer for years and would highly recommend them Thank you for standing behind your product.....DianeMS

We just had our RainSoft water purification system installed todaySo far I am loving the taste and quality of our water! Living in Florida, we have pretty low quality tap water, so this system really makes a differenceThe representative who introduced us to RainSoft gave a very thorough demonstration, and was very polite and knowledgeableHe answered all questions we had, and was very professionalOur installer, Tony (and assistant installer), was also very knowledgeable, professional, thoroughly explained how the system worked, and answered all of our questions with easeSo far we are very pleased with the entire process, no complaints here

Paid for repairs to my water softener system still not working properly They were like oh well giggling and said next apt would be 10/31/ They came out on 10/23/2017, which they were supposed to come out the Friday previous 10/20/ For which I didn't complain even though I took off work to be home The tech made repairs supposedly on the 23rd with used parts as stated in his invoice, unacceptable The tech left parts off of my equipment, when I contacted him he stated the parts weren't necessary and could keep them if I wanted, unacceptable(this is all in his texting by the way.) Advised him of still having hard water days after repairs, he said to give it time, unacceptable again Texted him the next day which he replied to contact the company for a water test To which I did on the 25th They gave me a date to test the water of 10/ Unacceptable again Horrible company now and I really don't understand what happened because I've used them before and not

Faulty equipment and bad customer serviceMonths of issues with system and no reimbursement for me missing work and incurring cost On November 15th, I purchased a Lennox air conditioner from FEWAIt took several attempts before it was properly installed on 11/30/Then they had to come back and finish strapping it down on 12/8/and my air filter was not delivered until 1/15/The unit worked ok for a little while then on 6/23/it stopped workingThey sent out a worker to look at it and all he did was pour vinegar down the pipe and then said it was going to be $185.00, I told him that it was under warranty and he said that he could take $I paid him because I thought that this was how it was but later found out that it was not and was reimbursed by the companyOn 6/30/the machine stopped working again and I called and they sent someone outthey said that it was the thermostat and would have to come back to replace it and that still is yet to happen

I have my Rainsoft system for over years and we can't live without itThe service we have experienced over these years have been prompt and the service men are knowledgeable and friendly By the way we plan to keep our system for lifePlease call me if you need re-assurance Bishop k [redacted]

Sean W completed the annual service on my unit. He was polite, called when he was on his way as requested and even tested my water before leaving, which I know they are supposed to, but last guy didn't so I'm glad I got Sean this year!
