My experience with Dolphin Carpet was excellent starting with Wes the sales person. The installation guys were also excellent they moved furniture and placed it back in place. They were very professional and hard workers. I would recomment Dolphin to my friends since my experience was so great. Sometimes you get workers that are lazy and don't seem to care about your personal items and that was not the case.

Amazing work... These guys were able to put an estimate together and install brand new carpeting in our rented apartment in less than a week. I must give a big thumbs up to DC&T and to their Aventura store manager "[redacted] whom was a pleasure working with. The installation crew was super professional and made it all look very easy. They help move all of the furniture around and installed these carpets so incredibly great that you will not be able to see at all where they cut. I now love the old TV jingle which I used to detest. DC&T...Get it right!
Based on their reputation, I purchased carpeting for the stairs and hallway from their store at [redacted]. The carpet installers arrived to complete the job and it took approximately 4 hours to complete the installation. During that time, 2 personal checks were stolen from my checkbook and subsequently cashed. I notified my banking institution and their fraud department closed our account. They are currently investigating this criminal activity. The police department was also notified about this criminal activity. I personally advised the manager at the local store of this incident too. The manager seemed very unconcerned and said he was âsorryâ. He stated he would look into this matter and get back to me. He never got back to me; not until I wrote a letter to the President of Dolphin carpet and tile did I receive follow up. This has been the level of customer service I received. I am very upset and terribly disappointed with how this situation was handled. I will never do business with this company again. I have notified my family and friends to stay away from obtaining any services from this company. I just want to ensure other potential customers are aware of this serious problem.

A key differentiator for me was the fact they have their own installers and therefore are responsible for the work, Everything was done in record time and they did a great job. Great service and follow up. I am very pleased with the work and their service. Would totally recommend t anyone who needs floors done.
The selection of flooring at the store was excellent. [redacted] provided exceptional service and was always polite and courteous. The installation crew were organized, courteous, and diligently quick. I highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile for flooring needs.
