A short time after selecting a carpet we received a phone call arranging for installation. On the installation day, [redacted] and his team arrived. They were very professional, friendly efficient and polite. They were very carful with our furniture and other items that needed to be moved. The team went out of its way to accommodate our wishes and make any adjustments to furniture we thought necessary. They did an excellent job of installing the carpet and cleaning up when the job was completed. Finally the price was very reasonable for the quality of the product received and its installation. The entire experience was a pleasure. We would recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile to anyone wishing to purchase carpet for their home, office, etc.

Jeff did not pressure me into purchasing one material or the other, he only shared his vast knowledge of the products and stood by his position that if the product I was looking at was substandard...they would not have it in their store!
When my family and I selected what we wanted, Jeff really did a bang up job getting us a great deal for materials and labor to complete the task at hand. The end result was the Dolphin crew showing up at my home to remove tile, install all new flooring and baseboards throughout the entire house. The crew which was led by Carlos and Juan were extremely polite, professional and very good at what they do. The lead carpenter of the crew was so precise with his cuts that in most instance you have to get on your hands and knees to determine whether the floor was installed around solid structures or underneath...top quality work without a doubt!
In closing, typically I do not participate in reviews but in this instance, I am very proud I used Dolphin Carpet and tile and this in my book was the epitome of money well spent...they showed my home and my family nothing but respect. They worked hard for my family and I from beginning to end and my house look's well....like a brand new house...Thanks a million Jeff and thanks a million Mr. [redacted].

He tool good care of my property, answered all my questions kindly, and did I a terrific job. The entire experience was positive. I look forward to working with Dolfin Tile again.

The two-man installation team managed to figure out how to move a queenside bed with a headboard and an 8-drawer dresser and got the job done in the time promised. A tip of the hat to DC&T
I just had Cor Tech vinyl wood look flooring installed in two bedrooms and a bath. The product is beautiful and has an authentic wood look and feel to it. The job was completed in one day and the istallers were very professional in every way.
My rooms have taken on a fresh, clean beachy look.

My husband and I recently purchased carpet for two bedrooms and our family room. We are completely satisfied with not only the carpet but the sales personnel at Dolphin carpet and tile.
The sales representative was pleasant and very knowledgeable and understanding of our particular needs.
So we needed to find tile etc to redo a bathroom. We didnt want to spend hours or days in the process. We walked into Dolphin Carpet & Tile and were promptly greeted and welcomed. We had some queations as always, even though we've done this befote. They were thoroughly answered by the Rep who obviously knew his business and product. I have used Dolphin and Carpet twice for laminate flooring in my condo, the first interaction was with the Davie location and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Three months after the install, my place flooded and I headed over to the Pembroke Pines location for some assistance with replacing my floor. Rob was extremely helpful, he matched my laminate and baseboards and scheduled the install date quickly. The service is top notch and Dolphin and Carpet stands behind their products and services. The skill of the tile installer and the carpet installer was the best, and there was no shortcuts, and they were very polite also cleaned up when the job was done.
My wife and I had great assistance from the salesman in the showroom (giving plenty of information and options), the company estimator for the job (who inspected and measured the house), and finally the actual carpet installers. All were conscientious in their responsibilities and very cooperative. I got a better appreciation for their various jobs and responsibilities. Great job...great experience.

We decided to check Dolphin Carpet and Tile in Davie, in the Tower Shoppes. We met a very pleasant sales person, [redacted], who was very patient with me picking out a color. He laid out the samples on the floor and made it so much easier. [redacted] really took the time to point things out and get us an install date. The install crew arrived on time, ready to work. They moved the furniture around, no extra cost, then cleaned up everything. There was one seam with a small problem, [redacted] came out to our house to check it. He even laid on the floor to check it from every angle. I hope a lot of people go in to meet [redacted] and do business with Dolphin Carpet. You won't be sorry and all you pay for is carpet and padding.
