Additional comments from customer: In September 2017 I ordered a dominos sandwich and cinnamon twists , the driver finally gets to my house he tells me he doesnt have change to give me the rest of my money and he will be back I said okay. I called the business every time they kept telling me he was on his way lying on the phone and beingg rude . At the end of the night its 12 am he never showed back up. I spoke too a person who handles these kind of issues with all the dominos stores named [redacted]. She said she would refund my money and send me a gift card to resolve the issue weeks go by I still have yet to recieve anything. This driver and business basically took my money . They are unprofessional and the reason why im not ordering anything else online or eating dominos ever again ! They need to be shut down .

Per phone conversation: I personally spoke with the consumer on June 16th to apologize about the matter and added two free sandwiches to the consumer's account which is attached to his phone number. The consumer redeemed his two free sandwiches that day and was satisfied. Sincerely,[redacted]...

I never received a call from the customer, nor can I find any documentation of where the customer called in to corporate about a concern.  The payment was reversed that same night and the pending charge has fallen off the customer's account.  The customer was given a discount off a future...

I am rejecting this response because: I believe they have the wrong customer, there was no pending charge due to the fact I was paying cash. Secondly, I spoke to the manager or the person pretending to be the manager named [redacted] that night it happened.  On March 8, 2018 at 9:39 am I called [redacted] and was told that the District Manager name for the store on W Florissant, name was [redacted] an she took my name and number and said he would call within 24 hours.I just received a call today, at 5:37 pm from the supervisor who says that I have 50% off my next order...and that this was relayed to me...this was the first I talked to someone concerning this matter and there was no credit to my account so they may have their customer complaints mixed up. But the 50% off next order will be ok as long as they have it in for the correct customer.

I am rejecting this response because: They can take however long they want? and then Revdex.com just reopen the case? The complaint was closed and they did not reply in time. I did speak to them today and they are making me drive all the way down there now to get refund. He wont do it to the card I used. So now I have to spend $5 in gas to get $6. This complaint should be closed and marked that way as they did not reply back in time. Because that is what happened. Also the refund should be done to the card I used but they won't do that. I am forced to drive all the way down there for the refund cause they are making me but in no way is this issue closed with me being satisfied. Again they made me wait months and now are making me drive to get it. I should not have had to wait this long and I should not have to drive there for it.

I am disputing the amount that I already paid $3,110 and the amount billed $3,051.60 for a total of $6161.60. I am seeking to be refunded the $3,110 and to not pay the difference of $3,051.60 charge.

I have been working with Ms. [redacted].  she was advised that since the order was 10.98 and the driver gave her $2.00 change then she would be getting a refund check in the amount of $18.00.  Since she wants a refund for the order; she was advised she would not be getting both--a refund OR a gift certificate.   I am checking on the status of the refund check at this time.

I ordered from here twice and I waited 2 hours and still never received my pizza. The first time I had to wait 2 hours and then they called and told me something happened to the store and they would refund my money and still never did. Then today my and my spouse were calling the store several times and no one answered ; we were on the line for 30 minutes. Their employees are rude and so is the manager!

Filling our order this evening, failed miserably. When I received my ready to pick up prompt, I drove over. Only pizza was ready. I waited for wings. Wings came out with no hot sauce and no ranch (nor the extra we paid for). I opened the pizza and it was also incorrect. KJ provided great customer service, so I was not as upset anymore. I arrived home and the pizza was still wrong. First, the pizza had the garlic crust (we had ordered with no garlic). Second, we realized that instead of making a fresh pizza the cook decided to throw cold green peppers (which they had forgotten) and served as such. Needless to say our dinner was ruined. I have never experienced such a lack of concern for providing customer good service. Tonight this store failed to prove that Domino's is a company of exceptional people and definitely NOT the best pizza delivery company in the world. The disregard shown today is a health code violation in the making.
