I just wanted to thank Anne Marie Hanna and all of her staff at Anne Marie Hanma, CPA.
They are extremely professional and courteous. I had been dreading this year's taxes due to a property transaction that was a necessity. They answered all my questions and were so kind.
If you need a CPA, please go see them. They are awesome!!

not aware of that situation, I did not speak or hang up on anyone. We were short handed and I was stuck making pizzas and my assistant was handling phone calls and I'm the only male manager at this store. I will figure out who was posing as a manager and causing that problem. As for the driver I will get that straightened out, they are not supposed to ask for tips or assume any change is their tip. I also can't fix any problems that I am notaware of but we need to hear the negative feedback as well as the positive so that we can continue to get better. Thank You

I placed an order for ONE of the oven baked sandwiches. I placed my order at 11PM and did not receive it until TWO HOURS LATER at 1AM. When Calling the store after an hour wait time to see what the hold up was I was told several times "10 more minutes" after nearly two hours I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. When complaining to the so called manager at that location ([redacted]) I was hung up on mid speech and when I called back to see about a refund and how long would it take for the funds to go back to the card, I was hung up on several more times. The employees there lack customer service skills, need to be replaced on retrained and I'll NEVER purchase from Domino's again. By the time I got the sandwich it was cold, and overall mediocre.

We have spoken before about the case number [redacted] and like I promised to get in touch with the customer again. I did and apologized and the problem been solved. I offered a $10 refund and she did not accept it, I gave her $10 credit for future orders.

I was trying to gather more information about this case yesterday since I was out of town when it originally came to my email from Domino's customer care late Wednesday. I have emailed the customer and my message to her is pasted below:

I received you message from our Customer Care center regarding your experience with our store in Lenoir. I apologize about the way this matter was handled. I prefer to mail a gift card in situations like yours to avoid that type of confusion upon redemption of the compensation promised. Again that's our fault. I want to make it right. Please confirm your mailing address in a reply to this email and I will get out a gift card to you by mail on Monday.

I am rejecting this response because: contract specifically states Deming Design guarantees plans will pass plan check.  This would need to be accomplished prior to pre-engineering.  Plan check approval has not been accomplished to proceed; therefore, requesting refund to get plan check approval through a different source than Deming Design.
