Review: When order their coupon special was for 5.99 for 1 topping pizza. I paid an for an additional 2 toppings to equal 7.99. The pizza for the additional toppings contained 3 pieces (not slices) and 5 pieces of mushroom for a medium pizza. The additional price paid for the toppings it was so minor in what was received.I call the store and spoke with the person who made the pizza and she only kept trying to talk above me to tell me she made the pizza and made it correctly. She refuse to listen to the minor amount of ingredients on the pizza and indicated if I wanted "extra" I would have to pay for it. I already had paid for the toppings which were not consistent in previous orders. I asked for her name and the corporate office and she refused to provide those to me. I was only able to find her name from the receipt and the corporate office number from the website. I will also be filing a complaint when their corporate offices open tomorrow.Desired Settlement: I would like to see an explanation, an apologize and a refund for the toppings that were paid for but not received in a reasonable guantity.



Just wanted to write back and resolve this complaint we received at our dominos pizza. We did contact the customer and refunded his whole order. Review: I would like to file a complaint against the dominos at 2143 N Tustin St, Orange, CA 92865. I called to order a large philly cheesestake pizza, 2 boned chicken wings, one BBQ the other plain and a chopped chicken bacon, bbq. I clearly stated the order to the clerk, although his English was broken at best, and he repeated the order to me. They delivered the order minus the one plain chicken wings. I proceeded to call the store, asked for the manager, who was VERY rude, and sarcastic, trying to blame us for messing up the order, I gave the phone to my friend whereas the MANAGER proceeded to hang up on me. Then I called back and the manager had the audacity to accuse me of "NOT BEING NICE" Of course I am not "nice" the store completely screwed up my order. To add insult to injury, she refused to send the driver back with the chicken wings. We spend a LOT of money in this store and we should be treated a little better than this.I want this "manager" fired for being disrespectful to me!Desired Settlement: Money back and an apology

Review: On May 14, 2014 on/about 2030 hours, I accessed my [redacted] Business Account to check the balance. There was $61.37 as an available balance. At 2050 hours, I had I called the Airway Heights location. I placed an order for 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas. They gave a total of $16.24. I gave the person my debit card number to pay. After I hung up, I logged onto my [redacted] business Account, where it was purchased from, via business debit card, to verify charges. I find TWO charges for same amount, about 13 seconds apart. Both tansactions have two separate transaction ID's and therefore are two separate transactions. The transaction ID's are: The first ID is [redacted]. The second ID is [redacted]. I can provide proof of said transactions, via print out from [redacted] account activity screen.Desired Settlement: To have my [redacted] Business Account credited for the amount of $16.24 immediately. They can deduct funds immediately, so they can put it back on immediately. If they are not able to refund to my [redacted] Business Account, then I will accept 100% cash refund in the amount of $32.48.

Review: I placed a order online. When I received my food, the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. I called them to tell them that the pizza was stuck to the top of the box and I wanted a new pizza. I was told several different things. First, I was told I could only get a credit for a order of breadsticks. I told the woman I didn't want a credit for breadsticks, I wanted a new pizza. I was then told well we only have one driver it's going to take 2-3 hours to deliver a new one. I said why will it take 2-3 hours when I live 5 minutes. She proceeded to tell me you can come pick it up yourself then. I said I'm not coming to pick it up, I paid for delivery and it doesn't take 2-3 hours to deliver a pizza. I was hung up on. I called back and told them forget about the pizza and that I just wanted my refund. I said I didn't trust even eating from there anymore. The woman said well the pizza is already on its way. I waited 30 minutes and there was no pizza. I called back and asked what was taking so long. She tells me she told the driver to come back. I tell her all I want is my refund for the pizza. She tells me I can give you a credit for a new pizza.Desired Settlement: I do not want a credit for a new pizza. I'm never ordering from this location again. I want my money back for my entire order. I'm disgusted with this entire order and the service I received today.

Review: I ordered at 11:30 from Salisbury, NC Dominos. 12:10 they arrived late shorted me food and money and lied after I had gave them 15% tip. I ordered 4 main items got 2 for $25. I was supposed to get pizza, stuffed cheezybread, 6 sauces, breadsticks with marinara and 16 pc parm bread bites. 1st time got pizza that tasted like rolled in dirt horrible, sauces, and breadsticks. Put on online order have pls have change for $40. I gave them almost $43 for tip and asked for 15 back. Still they handed me back 13 ones but said it was 14 but all they had. Called GM [redacted]. right away he acted like it was my fault and I would be put to back of list and not be delivered rest of money and food until 1 or later. I got irate and told him if he didn't fix it and do it sooner so I could go to bed I was contacting HQ. He said he would give me my money back and bring food right away. Almost 1 driver finally shows up doesn't give any money back and got 2 items but 1 was dup of 1st round - breadsticks & 16 pc parm bites and missing $6 item still. Since store now closed couldn't call. Contacted HQ thru email.Desired Settlement: I want my $30 back is $43 I paid - $13 drive gave back in ones. Food was cold and disgusting so not hot and fresh as promised right after order. Plus I think HQ should take corrective action on [redacted] the mgr and the driver.

Contacted [redacted] the day after her experience as she sent also a corporate complaint. Spoke to her for well over 30 minutes and apologized for her experience with our company. As soon as I hung up the phone with her, I sent to her home by way of driver a full refund in cash for her purchase, as well as gave her a $30 credit in our system to use towards her next order. I also terminated the driver that went out to her home, as well as wrote up with last warning, my assistant that she spoke with on the phone. She was very pleased with my concern and quick response to her and said that she would continue to use us as her pizza choice. She has since ordered from us twice, once at no charge and once online by way of credit card, with only praise since then. Please close this case and contact me if needed.
