They removed a very large portion out of my account, (greater than the contract!!!). Had to close my accounts. Please stop this "company".

This policy is not only terrible, but it is also cumbersome with multiple places and add ons that promise serviceswhen in fact there are few service providers in one particular zip code. In my experience, no service provider has even heard of the policy and the few that have heard of them have extremely high co-pays (especially for office visits). There is no insurance for medication so I still had to pay a lot of money for that and when I decided to cancel, they refused to refund my money for February and March, and I received the run around speaking to multiple departments and supervisors wanting to know why I chose to cancel. I feel like I was taken advantage of and the company took advantage of me.

This company is terrible. I made the mistake of signing up in like some other people have said they speed you through the process and don't let you see any of the information that they verbally promised you on the phone, which is all a lie. They told me that I had good insurance that was going to cover most of my health issues after I paid for it they sent me an email with all the information on the program and insurance and turned out to be junk 90% of the things they've promised me we're not covered, so I don't know how they can get away with verbally promising you all these things and then come to find out you just bought a bunch of trash. Should be illegal, no accountability, also these people say their license agent but when you try to figure out who your agent was to report them you get nothing. If you're reading this before you bought the insurance don't buy it you're going to be in trouble if you do.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. OR TALK TO THEM. THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DONT RETURN ANY MONEY. NEVER USED THIS SERVICE AND TOOK ALMOST 300 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. NOW DONT WANT TO REFUND IT.

This company has broken all rules on telecoms and should be shut down immediately coz the numerous phone calls are illegal and nuisance.

This company started calling within 5 minutes of me searching for health insurance. And now calls 20 times a day after I have asked them to stop
This company started calling within 5 minutes of me searching for health insurance. And now calls 20 times a day after I have asked them to stop. I have asked them numerous times to remove me from their call list and they just stop talking and sit on the line until I hang up.

Desired Outcome

Stop Calling me

Our agency has never placed any calls to the number provided. It is possible you have confused our agency with another. If you can provide us the phone number that has been reaching out to you, we will be more than happy to test it and determine where the calls originated from.

Stop calling me Forever, Take me off when told to, Stop pushing the sale and ignore my wishes on every call, Teach agents show Respect,OR Close it!
I have asked 3 weeks ago to have these calls stopped every time they call me I tell them, no they ignore me and try to push the sale, I was told I am off the list, no still call me, I was told not to call back or they will call me again puts me back in the list, LIES as last call was 3 weeks to them from me they called constantly for 3 weeks so I called 100 times and recorded these too for proof,
here is how it goes on all calls to be taken off a list!

I call they answer I ask to not be called, Lose my number, stop calling, Remove my number from all your ofices, does not matter how I ask,
I either then get hung up on!
I get I did take you off the list, LIES!
I get stop calling back or you will get more calls did and still LIES!
today on thanksgiving day of all days this office called me 30 times after I called the main number nearly 100 times and asked simply below:
do you record these calls, they ignore me and make that sale,
I got mostly rude people who just hang up?
lastly I got on all calls from them they tell me they took me off yet call again in 5 mins after my last call to them,
Clearly here is the deal tear the building down please this is the only thing they understand!
also today I proved for a fact it is them as I had a local number they called me from her name was chrissy, funny I called the main number back and wow got her again!
what else do I need to do to stop it other than above remove the problem from earth please?
I am tired of the daily harassment I am disabled due to a kidney transplant and had told them I have no money to pay for a plan as I am fully covered now they want to know all about it and ask repeatably what plans etc I have they just want my info to use against me is all clearly!
Good luck to ask for a supervisor they have none they can't even speak english most of them!

Desired Outcome

Please do one of the following 1st don't tell me they are out of business total lie, and 2nd call both numbers the main number for them and this local one they called me many times from today instead of taking me off al ist they sold my info too I found out to a student loan place that is now calling me! d/b/a Atlantic Health has researched this consumer's claims. It has no record whatsoever of placing any telephone calls to them or directing any others to place any telephone calls to them. We believe this consumer was under the mistaken impression that they were contacted by our company when in fact they were not. As the (Revdex.com) knows, we are no longer using the d/b/a of Nationwide Health Advisors because of mistaken identity claims such as this complaint.
In order to assist the Revdex.com we have spent time researching this consumer's claims. The following are our findings: Our company, operating under any d/b/a is has used in the past or is currently using, has never called this individual even once. Rather the consumer dialed directly into our company 6 times and in doing so indicated that the Revdex.com gave them our telephone number to call in order for them to request to be placed on our Do Not Call list. Even though we had never called this consumer, we abided by their request and placed her telephone number on our internal Do Not Call list.
Further we called the other numbers the consumer claims to have been called by. None of the caller ID numbers are associated with our company in any way. The caller ID's the consumer alleges to have been called by are as follows: XXX-XXX-XXXX: Student Loan Forgiveness; XXX-XXX-XXXX: Out of Service; XXX-XXX-XXXX: Won't Connect, Busy Signal; XXX-XXX-XXXX: Health Center as registered on Sunbiz; XXX-XXX-XXXX: Health Center as registered on Sunbiz.
We are confused as to why the Revdex.com would have given the consumer our registered customer service phone numbers to contact because they was never contacted by us and the consumer is not a client of our company.
Given these circumstances we request that the Revdex.com remove this complaint from our company's Revdex.com file and redirect it to the culpable company or companies.
Of course if you have any further requests please feel free to reach out to us.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I will hope that this person can explain that They/He was indeed involved in Jan of 2018 with this same problem of making it possible for over 800 companies to call people like me with no way to fully stop these sort of calls and I did find out that the person they call for is never told to me as they auto dial the numbers like mine daily?

Whoever is truly calling me started somehow and I wish to thank all involved for at least trying to find the source of it for me and I greatly hope that this company will read the attached file to prove that *** Jax above tried to state he was NEVER involved with any such claim of lots of calls from a website or connected to this un-welcomed problem of calls as the web sites below I provided today clearly prove otherwise!

As I took some time to help and make some PDF files that I attached clearly showed it did happen in Jan 2018

and the Revdex.com on another claim did indeed tell this to me is why and how I called to ask to be having the calls stopped, so far I still get at least one call a day on my suppose to be blocked cell phone number ending in 7125?

Just for a recap of how it has been the calls went from nearly 10+ a day down to a low 1 or two so clearly somehow it has been made better, so if not this company, I thank whoever did help me here to stop this mass calling problem and Hope the "Agents" will do better at "Honor all future requests to stop calling people when they are told to do so asap not ignore and hang up on us like it has been in the past?

May I ask both you and the Revdex.com why it still states on this company's profile that the excessive calling is still a issue now in Jan 2019?

This is the company that was calling me and this is now making a return call to you somehow so this is how I got this method to and was told to follow this problem up with your company so I hope this clears up how I got this contact info and am doing what I am told here?

Nationwide Health Advisors
XXX-XXX-XXXX
This was the number I was called from last month
and the name that was used is above?
2900 gateway drive Fort Lauderdale Fl was the address I was given when I asked who they were and they asked me if "I wanted a individual or a Family plan"
I clearly said NO and explained I had never asked for the callsalso always I ask please remove my number and stop calling, and it Finally did stop as of Dec 18th 2018!

But now I get ones selling same plans with the new name of American financial or some Etna Health plan recorded messages?

Clearly a ongoing issue I guess to be later checked out,

Thanks very much for your time and I hope to get answers later as I still show here I had NEVER given any of my numbers out for this purpose of any sales calls for any Health care or Student Loan stuff, and Had no reason to still now?

Please take this update and include it when or If this is sent to any other place like the above stated 800 places that may call me if it is real at all, as I feel in a way most people try to use other peoples company names to Hide behind and I do hope that maybe this last place that still harasses me is doing just this?

Below is some more web sites that clearly show at one time or another this was a problem?
and all of it is related to un wanted Phone calls and or improper advertisement, if not limited to mostly auto-dialer use and random calls to cell and house phones without any submission of our numbers and still some with submission of our info collected via as shown in the below attached web sites who then sell it to over 800 other places?

I just wanted to make this clear it is a Proven issue there Sir?
You almost acted like you had never done any of this and sadly you did lie on that part?

Sorry but proof is attached here?

I also tried to find the named Sunbiz?

Also please make a note you have two offices in case I did not state this before?

6245 Powerline Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL XXXXX

Also was there a charge from New York of the below accusing?
June 21, 2018

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/XXXXXXX/missry-v-***-jax-inc/

as shown to the best of my ability the question will remain if there is still any ties to these calls I know I never gave my info out, so I will accept the claim you did truly intend on stopping the calls from Any and All ways you can PLEASE?

Also I ask now again, DO NOT allow my phone or my other info out, I do want to request now that it is never sold nor given to anyone else, and it shall NOT be stored on any server or any other means please, by anyone else from here on out!

I will close this claim unless further proof is made available to me on new calls etc?
Be either of the below means?
Local phone company's due to new calls proven to be yours?

Revdex.com updates from other claims that point back here as told to do again from the Phone Co or Revdex.com?

Or if a class action suit shows up later with full proof, as I saved/showen here is called against you, as I am sure you, any agent acting on your behalf, or the company overall will fully take responsibility for the actions as shown here, I hope to again if asked to remove my info and I hope it is not needed from today on please?

Please as closing I want to clarify I can NOT find the Proof you claimed below so please send me/Revdex.com Proof asap of this listing on the site below?
as I do now have a local lawyer working on this case with me and we both need this info please?

Health Center as registered on Sunbiz; XXX-XXX-XXXX: Health Center as registered on Sunbiz?

This is only for proof of my claim against you for the facts of phone and proven web site used to setup 800+ companies were allowed with a single web site click submit a persons info for health quotes in Jan 2018 and it resulted in class action suits proof attached below here:

I do thank you for your time taken, to I hope fully express the problems here, and I do hope the intent is here to clear this up asap please.
As it does finally look like I hope it is mostly over now?

Repeated solicitor calls after one inquiry online. Now receiving so many calls at all different times of day and
Night.
I'm not happy with the repeated solicitor's calls. I work from night from 11pm to 6am and don't like to be awoken at 8am! I've just fallen asleep after a long night of working. and this lady is waking me up about health insurance!?
Really?? I then ask for my phone number to be taken off the calls list because I'm tied of getting these calls at all times of day and night, what does she do, hand hangs up on me!! Reminder, I've just went to sleep and have had to work 7 hours last night! I call the number back and do get a real person to speak with, I again ask politely take my name off calling list, got hung up on again! By this time I'm wide awake and decide to ask who do I call to complain about the calls, guess what? Got hung up on again! This is not funny! I hope Revdex.com can get to the bottom of this it Nationwide advisory is not going to be selling any insurance, I wouldn't trust them anyhow, by the way the Reps have no consideration. And they're actually human! Wow! Very low and ride! Not very good ethics!

Desired Outcome

For the company to honor the requests of people asking for their phone number to be taken off their call list.

Donisi Jax Response • Nov 14, 2018

We deeply apologize for the unwanted calls and that our staff did not handle your request promptly and professionally. We have placed your number on our internal do not call list and have notified our lead vendors of your request as well.

This company calls 50 times per day every day. This is a scam, I am currently hosting investigations with the FCC, Federal Government, local police and will be filing a class action with over 500 other victims.

This company won't stop calling. In the past three days I have gotten in excess of 40 calls! I answered a few times telling them to stop calling - no luck!

In addition, they have left foul messages on my voice mail.

I would leave negative stars if possible

Donisi Jax Response • Nov 12, 2018

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 31, 2018

We apologize for the inconvenience and have immediately placed you number on our internal do not call list. Additionally, we have notified our lead vendors of the same in case the lead was shared with other buyers.

Customer Response • Nov 11, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My rights have been violated per the rules & regulations outlined by the FCC & Telephone Consumer Protection Act, TCPA. This company also ignored my request to Opt out of the calls & continued calling with what seems to automatic dailing, which is also outlined in the TCPA. I am requesting addtional remedy in the matter. My original request stands as what is expected as a resolution.

Donisi Jax Response • Nov 14, 2018

We would like to make clear at this time that our agency has not operated under the name 'Nationwide Health' for over a year. We take consumer complaints EXTREMELY seriously, and time to research every one. In regards to the claims about your calls we have found the following: Our agency was sent your TCPA compliant Opt-In request to be contacted in regards to health insurance quotes on October 23 2018. we called the consumer twice that day, and placed her on our internal DO NOT CALL list when she requested this of us on the 2nd call. She has received NO additional calls from our agency or affiliates on our behalf since that time. We additionally researched all the caller ID's she claims to have received additional marketing solicitations from and NONE are owned or used by our agency or affiliates other than the 2 used to call her the day she made the request *** XXX-XXX-XXXX). ANY AND ALL other claims are in NO WAY related to our agency in any way. We apologize for this consumers experience, but have done our due diligence in respect to the 2 calls we placed to her. We request at this time the consumer to peruse the outside parties responsible for the additional calls who ever that may be, and invite this consumer to contact our legal representative if they wish to request a copy of the Opt-In form they submitted permitting us to call her on the 23rd or October. We encourage this consumer to please understand that when they submitted their information on the internet for insurance related quotes, the capturer of this information may have distributed it to MANY agencies other than ours. This could be the root cause of her receiving more than the desired amount of contacts.

Customer Response • Dec 04, 2018

I am not satisfied with the response. All the calls I received was from the same call center, not just the 2 numbers mentioned by the company. My resolve still stands as my expected outcome.

I was forwarded to them via Health Insurance Innovations (now called MyBenefitsKeeper) because they were to explain to me the terms of canceling my "insurance". A man named *** took my call, asked me why I wanted to cancel. When I told him my reason, he told me that everywhere on the health insurance marketplace was selling the same plans. His attitude went from professional to SALTY in a matter of seconds. He then mumbled something about me getting an email confirming my cancellation and before getting off the line, says "***, these people crazy." Talk about ATTITUDE. How about you end the call first before insulting customers, genius?

Very unprofessional "company" who don't even have a website. Lesson learned on my part..

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 23, 2018

We deeply apologize for any unprofessional comments our customer service staff made when handling your cancellation request. We can assure you that this matter is being addressed with our staff and we have followed up with HII to confirm your policy has been canceled as per your request. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, we truly believe in customer satisfaction and are disappointed in the outcome of your conversation with one of our team members.

Company will not stop calling/soliciting, despite requests to stop. Call upwards of 5 times a day, even on weekends.
Endless calls from X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, all day every day. Will not stop. Did not opt in and not able to opt out.

Desired Outcome

Stop calling me.

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 16, 2018

We have immediately added your number to our internal do not call list and have notified our lead vendors of the same. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Business calls my cell phone 24 hrs a day almost every hour to sell health insurance. I have indicated that I am not interested several times.
I got a new phone number 9/20 and since that time I have received over 100 calls at all times of day/night from a multitude of numbers stating they are from Nationwide Health Advisors. I have indicated on several occasions that I am not interested and asked to have my number taken out of their database. They seem to be using IVR so you are not talking to an actual person most of the time. My cell phone is a business phone so I am required to answer it. I have tried blocking the calls but they just switch the number they are calling from. This number is on the Do Not Call List (for all the good that does these days).

Desired Outcome

Cease and desist all contact with me immediately.

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 16, 2018

We will gladly add you to our internal do not call list, however we ae unable to find you in our database. Can you please provide us with the phone number you have been receiving the unwanted calls as well as examples of the phone numbers that have been reaching out to you.

This company called me and I spoke with a rep to find a private health insurance plan outside of the open enrollment period.
I asked if I could see some kind of breakdown of the insurance policy before submitting payment,. He said thats not their policy. There is nothing they can send. When I told him that I could not pay before seeing what I am paying for he raised his voice saying that he has spent over an hour on this 'situation' and that my money is 'liquid' and I can cancel whenever I want later on. When I pressed again he hung up on me.

Two days later I got another call from a different agent. I asked him to please take me off their call list. He said he doesn't have a call list. I said please stop calling you're a scam you don't offer real insurance. He INSISTED he did and said that he could send me an email of the insurance breakdown. I said okay send it to Ill wait on the phone, he said it would be sent in 2 minutes. 5 hours later it still had not come through so I called back. He began trying to sell me on a cheaper policy - I said I don't care how much it costs just show it to me in black and white. He said okay he'll send it to me, I said I wanted to wait on the phone with him until it was done, he said okay and then hung up on me. I called back right away and the receptionist said he needs to call me back later. I called again 20 minutes later and he was on another call. This is such a scam. Don't do this to people who really need help, who are at their wits end hoping to find a shred of compassion and help in trying times. And for the love of god take me off any call list.

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 15, 2018

We apologize if any previous requests to be taken off of our calling list were not handled immediately. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure you to do not receive any further calls from our organization and apologize for the inconvenience.

Do Not Use this company
I was lied to and defrauded by the person just trying to sell a policy I specifically asked was I covered for mammograms and he assured me that I was come to find out I didn't have the main coverage I inquired about. I did a mammogram that cost less than $200 without insurance only to get a bill for $261 and $913 and no answers how this could be and nothing but the run around when asking questions. All they kept saying is you're not covered and send me to call another number all these different numbers with no results. Come to find out *** who sold me the plan no longer works for the company so I am just here with $1100 mammogram bill no coverage and been paying for these fraudulent charges since January of 2018. I want all of my money back for being lied to just to sell a plan. This is a awful way to take advantage of people hard earned money.
Although I had my complaints escalated I have been in contact with a gentleman by the name of Darren who have been very understanding but he works in the billing department it isn't the place where the people that sell you the plan is. My complaint is with them and want a full refund. A mammogram don't cost that much what a Rip-Off
Product_Or_Service: Health Insurance or so I thought
Account_Number: HCPXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund Full Refund no one should endure this type of non sense and then every number they give you no one can help AT ALL.

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 11, 2018

We are sorry to hear Ms. was dissatisfied with her health insurance policy and that it did not meet her needs. The health plan our agent, *** assisted the members with is a limited medical plan called HealthChoice+ through American Financial Security Life Insurance Co. When explaining how the plans work our agents always clarify that this type of insurance is considered first dollar coverage, therefore the customer would not have any set out of pocket costs and instead would be responsible for the remaining balance after the indemnity benefits are applied to the bill. At that time, he also went over all the benefits and exclusions of the plan, including the fact that this plan is not considered minimum essential coverage and does not cover pre-existing conditions or preventative services. According to our records, Ms. did sign an electronic application dated 12/30/17 that outlined those specific limitations and exclusions before completing the enrollment process. Additionally, we also urge members to stay in network with the MutliPlan Limited Benefit Network in order to reduce out of pocket expenses and to take advantage of the various savings available through their NCE Membership, such as the Imaging Savings Program that provides an average savings of 60%. That discount is available towards mammograms as Mr. Williams explained. As a sales agency we do not have access to claims, but we suggest you get in contact with them regarding those applicable discounts.
Our agency always strives to ensure the customers fully understands their insurance before enrolling and provide all our customers with our in-house customer service phone number. However, a full refund is only available during the initial 30-day free look period and unfortunately, we do not see where you called in January to cancel. Because we truly believe in customer satisfaction we are working with Health Insurance Innovations to approve a refund of $209.62 based on your initial request to cancel in August. Should you have any questions regarding the refund please feel free to reach out to HII directly.

We apologize for any inconvenience and have immediately added your number to our internal DNC list.

I receive multiple calls per day even after asking at least 8 times to be removed from call list.
I receive multiple calls per day from different phone numbers asking if I want to save on my health insurance costs. Each time I receive a call I advise I do not need help and request to be taken off their call list. This never happens. My phone number is on the national do not call registry. I just want the constant calling to stop. When I ask them to stop calling they hang up on me.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to be contacted by this business any more.

Donisi Jax Response • Oct 11, 2018

When researching your phone number, we were unable to find any previous call history or matching lead profile on file with our agency. It is possible another Nationwide Health has been reaching out to you. Can you please provide us with examples of the phone numbers that have been reaching out to you so that we can look into this further?

We have received MANY phone calls during business hours trying to quote affordable insurance to our Admin, ***, who has insurance already.
Starting yesterday, September 11, 2018, at least 6 phone calls came in to our company's business phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX from Nationwide Insurance attempting to quote our Administrative Assistant, *** affordable health insurance. *** has health insurance that she is happy with. When trying to explain to them this fact and to tell them to stop calling as they are calling a business, the caller's would hang up on her. This morning the calls started again, *** was able to ask them what company was calling to be able to identify Nationwide Health as the culprit so that we could report the calls to the National Do Not Call Registry, of which our company phone number is registered. We reported them 4 times yesterday and two times this morning. The Do Not Call Registry will hopefully fine them, as they have been know to do. We simply want the calls to stop. These calls are not only disrupting our Administrative Assistant's day, but our business as *** has a multitude of tasks to complete for over 25 real estate agents in our office. Please inform them to cease and desist.

Desired Outcome

Cease and desist all phone calls to our company phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX, and any harassment to our Administrative Assistant, *** or any other person or agent in our employ. *** will make her own secondary personal complaint should they attempt to further harass her via phone, email, or mail.

We are sorry to hear you are receiving so many unwanted calls and are happy to help in any way that we can. When we researched the phone number that has been receiving the calls we were not able to find any call history on our end. It does not look like our agency has ever had any contact with this number. There are various companies with the name Nationwide Health. If you could provide us with examples of the numbers that are reaching out to you, we will be able to pin point where the calls originated from.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Since placing the complaint with the Revdex.com, the phone calls have stopped. So perhaps the complaint resolved the issue? We also filed a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry six times, so there's also the possibility that this helped as well. All of the numbers were routed through various local phone numbers (a new phone scam that's happening a lot lately). When the number looks like it's coming from the vicinity or nearby towns, the person receiving the call usually picks up... which then sets off a trigger of multiple calls coming in. We did not keep track of all 6 numbers, but did save one XXX-XXX-XXXX the call from this number was received 9/12/2018 at 12:13pm PST. Your company will most likely have difficulty tracking the number, as the numbers are randomly picked like a robocall. In any case, thank you for ceasing the calls... if they should resume, we will have no choice but to make another complaint.

Incessent calling from sales representatives, but now that I need to get ahold of someone I just sit on hold for 30-45mins until I give up.
For weeks I received a minimum of 15 calls a day from sales representatives. Once I finally purchased an insurance plan I did not get the follow on email with details of the plan as promised. I repeatedly tried to get ahold of my "insurance agent" ***, but couldn't get past hold music to talk to anyone. I'm so beyond dissatisfied that I want to cancel the plan because I'm still within the 30 day window he told me about, but of course, I can't get ahold of anyone to do that either. I feel as though I've been scammed.

Desired Outcome

I would like someone to contact me to help me cancel the plan.

We are so sorry to hear you had such a negative experience when purchasing a plan through our company. Our agency only reaches out to individuals who have requested to be contacted online for health insurance quotes and when you opted in various agencies may also have been responding to that request along with ours. Therefore, we have placed your number on our internal do not call list and have notified our lead vendors do disperse a do not call request as well. According to our records you were enrolled in the SmartHealthPass+ through Awis and an enrollment confirmation email was sent to ***@gmail.com 9/06/18 at 9:40am CST. We apologize if for any reason that email did not reach you successfully. Again, we take all our customer interactions very seriously and apologize you were not able to reach our customer service department to cancel your plan. We have submitted a request directly to Awis requesting a full refund of the total premium you paid. If you would like to follow up on the status of your refund, please feel free to contact them directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX Option 2.
