I've been receiving relentless unsolicited calls from Nationwide Health Advisers for weeks, if not months and I'm fed up! They call at nightmy husband has to get up very early, so we're in bed by 8pm and we get their automated calls. Just today (11-21-17), I got a call and I let my answering machine pick up. Their message was rather lengthy but I got their number and called to ask them once again to take us off their calling list. *** answered and when I told him I wanted to be taken off their list he tried to speak over me and then hung up. A few minutes later I called back, getting ***, and requested to speak to a manager. I was put on a dead line that just had music. No one came back within 20 minutes so I hung up. I really hate the aggressive calling day & night.

We take allegations of abuse pertaining to our calling practices very seriously, and as such have researched this claim fully. We have record of only one call being placed to this individual at 12:50pm in the afternoon where the potential customer asked not to be called. She was immediately placed on out internal DO NOT CALL list and database. The potential clients information was obtained by us as a SHARED lead purchased from a website where she asked for Health Insurance Quotes and gave express permission to be called. We regret that our call may have been inconvenient for her and as such , as previously stated, was placed on the DO NOT CALL database internally. Since her information was obtained as SHARED we believe that additional calls may have been placed to her from OTHER unrelated businesses. I have since send a message to the originating web source to disseminate a wide spread DO NOT CALL message to any other buyers. I hope this has helped to clarify, and if any additional info is needed we would be happy to share.

I was called multiple times from a local area code that I did not answer. They finally started leaving voicemails with Morgan Freeman's voice stating it was about health insurance. I was not completely happy with the insurance I was carrying so the next time, I picked up the line.

Here is what I was told would be included in my Health Insurance

Fixed rate at $220 would never be an increase affected by my age or health because I was locked in at this rate before Trump pushed his HealthCare legislation through.

ER $250 co-pay with Cash benefits at 70% for all services
Hospital Stay-no deductible covers $1000 a day then 70% for anything above

Also was told it Includes Dental Coverage Aetna PPO for Dental 60% coverage
Ameritus/Outlook for Vision 50% off glasses or contact once a year
Prescriptions 70% off generics

First thing that happened. Not a single doctor listed on Preferred Provider list recognized the insurance. So I called. Was told that I needed to refer to it as " The Multiplan" because they would not recognize Cardinal. They still did not recognize the insurance but one provider decided to take me but it was several weeks out and I was running out of my prescription for anxiety. I called back again and explained my issue. They told me I could go back to my old doctor (who also did not want to accept me at this point due to unknown insurance) but they agreed to see me to refill my prescription.
I called back again to explain the struggle and was told I could see an out of network provider and it would be covered but not completely free as promised. During all of this, I tried to cancel but was assured it was fine. Just had to state the name as "multi-plan" next time I tried to call or get in or "I am not sure why they are saying that". I was sent to an automated system to punch in my doctors name and it came back as verified so I thought I could still see him and have coverage.

At this point, I asked why I did not receive dental and vision coverage and was advised that was not on my plan. "Sorry. Not sure why you were told that but you aren't being charged for it either"

So I go back to my old doctor through my old insurance plan (out of network) for my annual which included the standard panel of bloodwork. I just received the EOB declining the claim and the bill from LabCorp for $213

I have paid this broker $813 to date. I was told that I would be reimbursed a month by my old insurance company automatically when I cancelled. That never happened either. At this point, I have contacted my personal attorney and The Attorney Generals office

Although we were not able to offer a plan that suites your needs, we strongly suggest you visit healthcare.gov to take advantage of Open Enrollment and explore major medical options for the new year.

They just keep calling after I politely informed them to stop they won't listen and they hang up. They use mutable numbers on auto recall and need to be stopped. I will file a complaint.

This is a scam!! A guy named Nick called me nice enough guy talked to me about a short term plan and when I asked that he send me something in writing, he said he could not, but would let me talk to some guy in their benefits dept. This guy was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Said I had to apply first and give my credit card info before he could send me anything Said is was illegal to send me anything before I signed up. Really??? I am not stupid. When I told him I needed something to review in writing, he said then just get Obamacare He was an ***. Obviously a scam because there is no way if this was a legitimate company they would require my credit card info and not have anything to send to me so I could look at the Plan. Stay away from these people!!

I have received over 27 calls in 6 hours from this "company". Multiple numbers used, multiple voicemails left. I have and continue to block calls coming in. This is unsolicited health insurance telemarketers asking for "***" who is not me.

We apologize for having the wrong phone number for someone named ***. The person who applied may have put the wrong phone number on their request for a health insurance quote. Please provide us with the number and we will immediately remove it from our call list and notify our lead vendors as well.

Thank you for this response. At first, I did inform these unsolicited callers that I was not *** and I did not need insurance. Some were helpful; some were not. Most told me I would be removed from their list, but that did not affect multiple other lists. Now, five days later, there are significantly less calls.

This company persistently call regarding health insurance even after being told that I am not interested in their service or product.
I visited the affordable healthcare website about four months ago just to obtain information about the affordable health care act and options. Big mistake!I thought that information would just be sent but instead different companies began calling and this has not stopped. Most of the companies have stopped calling except this one. This company in particular "Nationwide Health Advisors" calls and calls and calls. I have REPEATEDLY told them that I am no longer interested in any health insurance information. If I answer the call, typically they simply abruptly disconnect the call when I begin asking questions. If you call the phone number that they leave they either apologize and say that they are removing your phone number or abruptly hang up. Either way, the calls keep coming. Today I received four calls and voice messages between 3:52pm and 7:08pm. On my phone I have calls logged at 3:52p, 5:18p, 7:04p, & 7:08pm! I called back at 8:45pm and spoke with "***" who said that there were tree entries for me and he would delete all three. I asked how there were three and he indicated that one of the Nationwide staff must have created them!!! Also this is in spite of the fact that I have a voice message on my phone that indicates that if the call is regarding health insurance information that I am not interested. That message has been repeatedly ignored. Also, I have blocked their numbers which works for a while then the calls start back up. When the call is coming in it looks like a local number which is deceptive. This has continued for four months!! This company should be investigated for harassment and scam business practices! Their company policy of repeated calling even after being told not to call is despicable! The company must pay their staff by the number of calls that they make. The beginning of the call uses the voice of an actor, *** I wonder if he is away that this company is harassing American citizens with his verbal endorsement?!

After reviewing the history based on the phone number you provided, it does seem that our agency has reached out to you regarding your request for health insurance a couple of times in the recent weeks. Based on the number of calls you are experiencing it does seem that other agencies are reaching out to you in addition to ours because the times listed in your complaint do not seem to match our records. Out agent successfully placed your number on our do not call list 11/06 and our agency has stopped from reaching out to this number accordingly. We have also notified our lead sources to ensure they are aware as well.

The response from this company is simply untrue which is evident by the number of other people who have complained about the same problem with this company. The recording on my voicemail is the same as is the call back number. This company did not stop calling until I advised them that their calls were being recorded at which time they immediately hung up. What is listed in my complaint is more consistent with the complaints of others than not.

Poor customer service and lack of information.
I signed up for this supposed multiplan or discount plan yet right after they got there money for the plan they have not been reachable. I have called multiple times a day for five days straight and this is after *** told me to call her first thing Monday morning. I am a very low income individual so to come up with the money just to start this was hard. I am at the point I just want my money back and I will just make payments to my doctor this company has not been very forthcoming.

The constant phone calls from RUDE people! If you ask a question, they get angry and tell you to calm down & hang up only to call later.
I filled out a form online to do research on health insurance options. I did not know that filling out that form meant that I would get so many phone calls from rude people who do not answer questions.

They should train their people to be able to answer questions politely! They should revise their website advertising to let consumers know they're going to get hundreds of unsolicited calls from rude people. Once a consumer tells them to stop calling they should respect that request.

How do they even know what my number was? And there were multiple rude employees, so which one did they fire? And what company fires someone one their first offense? I gurantee they did motbfire anyone this business is a total scam, the owner has like 5 business that are all shady. I have already filled complaints with flor8da state and they seemed very interested in taking the case. Also they sent me to a second but due specifically for insurance fraud, so I think Revdex.com complaints are going to be the last thing they worry about. Peace should have never called me.

They told that I was on their do not call list. They hung up on me. They yelled at me. One representative even went as far as to tell me that they would continue calling me no matter what I say. I issued a cease and desist letter this morning. I sent it via fax and regular mail.

Our agency has immediately taken action to cease from contacting the phone number listed in this complaint upon receiving your email 10/27/17. According to our records our agency reached out to this number on two occasions prior to receiving your request. Therefore, we have placed the number on our internal do not call list and advised our lead vendors to remove it from their systems to ensure the lead is not provided to any other party.

The calls stopped for about a week, but I have begun receiving more calls from this company. A quick google showed me that I am not the only one experiencing this. I blocked one phone number and they have no started calling from a new number.

Attached is a screen shot showing only 5 calls were made from our call center and that the number was removed and placed on our internal DNC database.We apologize for the inconvenience of the continued calls but we assure you they are NOT originating from our business or any related business. I can tell you that your lead was purchased as 'shared', meaning multiple other agencies would have also simultaneously received your information. We have taken further action to notify the original lead vendor of your request to disperse a wide spread DO NOT CALL request to all other outside buyers. Hopefully this ends the calling from them.

they call everyday and do not stop
I called to get a quote and after listening I refused their plans. we then hung up. 1 minute later they called me back. day one I got 20 calls from 3 different numbers. I have asked them to stop calling. 12 days later im at 126 phone calls with no stop in sight. they are now on my blocked caller list but I can see they call 3 to 4 times a day sometimes more. as im writing this I get a call from a 4th number n they say nothing. this has to stop.

These people are playing games now. Since the time I was contacted by the Revdex.com all calls have stopped. So that just tells me that ur company was infact the company who was calling me. But take responsibility for the actions of ur company don't put it off someone else.

As a result, we have had mass retraining and disciplinary action has been taken on several agents as well as layoffs. We always strive for excellence and take our don call requests vry seriously to ensure we do not violate any regulations. Therefore, your number has been placed on our do not call list and our lead vendor shave been notified to remove your number as well.

Repetition in calls after being asked to be taken off of their marketing call list.
I have been called by this company 15 times (twice today and in the last 20 days) after asking them repeatedly to take me off of their call list. I am on the do not call registry and have even tried to block their number. The call is coming from a local Oregon number. I called them back today from this local number and when I asked for the full name of the sales representative he hung up on me. Today they told me they are calling from Nationwide Health out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. They continue to claim that they are calling me due to my interest in affordable health care. When I ask "when I showed interest", they also hang up. I am unsure how and where they have received my number, but I have not looked for affordable health care. This company is a scam and undertaking illegal and unethical sales/marketing calls. When I ask to not be called back, that should happen. Instead they just start calling from another number.

I am on the national do not call list and have been since 2014. They have called me five times identifying themselves as Nationwide Health Advisors. I told them to remove me from their calling list and they hung up then turned around and called me another four times telemarketing health insurance. They call from XXX-XXX-XXXX which is a not a working number, they are taking part in illegal callerID spoofing.

Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, this is worth $500 dollars per violation, payable to you, the violated consumer, and you can sue in your local small claims court. I am in the habit of taking action against telemarketers acting unlawfully, and have to date made $3550 from four companies including 2 judgements (and naturally they didn't show up in court) and 2 settlements.

Unless this company contacts me at ***@gmail.com (their contact information on this page is no longer valid) I will be suing for $2500 for the five unlawful phone calls.

If they wish to settle out of court for a lesser amount they can contact me on the listed email and we can arrange to speak by phone. Otherwise, I file for the full $2500 on monday October second, 2017.

They call me all day. I have told them to put me on the do not call list at least 70 times!
I have insurance and would NEVER buy insurance from them. I have been verbally harassed. They called EVER HOUR ON THE HOUR FOR 3 4 DAYS. When I transfer the call to voice mail they call another 2-3 times in a row. I man actually said "*** wait and see how many calls you get now!" This company is harassing me so much I intend to seek an attorney

Our agency only reaches out to individuals who have requested to be contacted online for health insurance quotes. Anytime a customer asks not to be contacted again we promptly place them on our internal DNC list. After reviewing our call history we only made contact with the member on two occasions on August 29 and 30th where we successfully added Ms. Fakhouny's number to our internal do no call list and have not called her since. Because she placed her inquiry online it looks as though various agencies are contacting her as well.

This is a lie. I have my cell phone call log to prove the date, time and number of times I was called by this business. I was harassed by this company's employees. Let me know what telephone number you have as only calling me 2 times. I will be happy to submit my cell phone call log to prove how many harassing phone calls I have received.

We apologize for the unwanted calls. However, our agency has taken the necessary steps to ensure this number has been placed on our do not call list. It seems as though you are receiving unwanted calls from another company as well. Because the inquiry was placed online, various companies may be sharing the same lead data. Her lead was purchased as an OPT-IN TCPA compliant lead after an online quote request was filled out and submitted. Attached is an internal screen shot of our CRM showing the date the lead posted to our system, and that it was called only 2 times, with a DNC result after second call as well as the audio recording.

Enclosed is a copy of our internal do not call list for the number filed in this complaint. As requested, we have removed Mr. phone number from our call list successfully 9/20/17 along with our response. We have also reported the issue to our lead vendors to ensure he is not contacted from our agency again as previously stated. If you are alleging the phone calls have not ceased, another company may be responsible for those calls and we request this complaint be removed accordingly.

Following is the same answer given to every person giving a negative review or a complaint.
Most are because they will not stop calling multiple times a day.

I have done everything I can to get the calls stopped. Nothing works. They have called me 28 times over the last four weeks. Sometimes four or five time a day I only wish I had the personal phone numbers of the company leaders, ***, *** and *** I have reported them to the Tennessee Attorney General's office. The company is incorporated in FL.
It should be shut down for harassment.
