Desired Outcome

just have them stop calling me when I ask to be removed from the list.

Unfortunately, there are many companies named Nationwide. Ours however, is called Nationwide Health Advisors in Pompano Beach, FL. We have never purchased a lead nor have any call history based on the phone you provided. It is possible you have mistaken our agency with another similar in name. We would be more than happy to research the party responsible for these unwanted calls if you could please provide the number they have been reaching you from.

I keep getting calls from this company despite repeated request to be removed from their call registry. They are rude and pushy.

I just got a call from this place and the girl that called was rude! I told her thank you when she answered a questions for me and before I could say anything else she yelled at me, told me I was wasting her time and hung up.

Over the past two weeks I have received no fewer than 25 unsolicited calls from this company.
Generally 2-3 times per day I receive a call from this company offering "affordable health insurance". They continue asking for someone named *** I have informed them at least 10 times that I am not "Tara" and that I am not interested. In the most recent exchange, they used a number that appeared to be based in Western New York to contact me. When I told the caller that I did not reside in Florida, he abruptly hung up.

Desired Outcome

I would like the business to cease contacting me immediately. I request an investigation by the FCC of the local attorney general into illegal sales practices / customer contact.

We will ensure that our lead vendors disperse a wide spread do not call request to all buyers. However, we are not able to find any call history based on your phone number. It is possible that another company is responsible for those calls. The company has been calling my phone starting at 7 am using different phone #'s. I asked to stop calling my house, but the calls have not stopped
The following nimbers are used:
XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX.
The sales rep's are rude and obnoctious.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing so many unwanted calls. However, you may have our company mistaken for another similar in name. We have never purchased a lead based on your phone number, email address, etc and have no call history either. When we tested some of the phone numbers you provided we did not get an answer. Perhaps you have another phone number that the lead may have generated from, could you please provide the phone number that is being used to reach you that way we can place you on our do not call list?

Similar to others, this company has called more than 15 times with different numbers and will not stop harassing me. It is using up my phone cell minutes. I have asked every time to be put on the do not call list but nothing changes and they hang up. This is illegal. I have filed formal complaint to FCC also.

Relentless and harassing calls
I asked to be removed from the list. They would not listen and kept saying they" can save me money". I told them I am happy with my provider and asked again if I can be removed. They hung up on me. When I called they started the whole act again. I called 5 times to ask them to please stop calling me and they never once considered to stop harassing me

Thank you for your response. While it is unfortunate that you are a victim here, there seems to be a lot of negative reviews on this same subject. If it was my company, I would do anything to stop them from representing my company. I have attached screen shot from my phone with the numbers they keep calling from. I suggest hunting them down if it is truly not you. Unit I have further proof that I have the wrong company, I will not remove this review. I apologize and I hope you can understand my position. They just called me again while typing this.

Thank you for providing additional information regarding the calls you have been receiving. However, there are various businesses legally registered with variations of the name Nationwide Health. We are diligently trying to investigate each complaint as they come in and identify the original lead vendor to get to the root of the problem. We have each tested the numbers provided from your call history and each lead to a company that answers the phone as "Health Group." Unfortunately, we were not able to get much information from this company and received similar treatment when we asked for additional information.

Very annoying and pushy company. Would not take let me think about it for an answer kept trying to push me into saying yes. Also I never even said yes and they kept trying to get my credit card info from me to be moved onto underwriting. Sorry I don't give my credit card info out over the phone to a complete stranger. Also found it very odd that they say they are from back east but of the 30 annoying phone calls I got in an hours time it kept showing a Las Vegas 702 area code phone number.

I receive multiple calls daily from different number in consecutive numbers. Sometimes minutes apart. Have asked to be removed from list. Doesn't work
I receive multiple calls in a row from these people. All from local consecutive phone numbers. When I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor I am told they will call back or ignored completely. They keep asking if I have insurance. I tell them I am already insured and to remove my number from their database. This happens daily for the last few weeks.

Desired Outcome

Take my number out of your database. Don't contact me in any way other than an email telling me the matter has been handled. Do not sell or transfer my information to anyone period.

We have removed your number from our database internally. We will be happy to notify your original lead vendor in hopes they will disseminate a widespread do not call list order to all buyers.

Repeat calls even after asking to be removed. Aggressive reps who hang up and refuse to acknowledge my request. Push for personal information.
Receive calls every day and have asked to be removed from the list. When I request to be removed, they do not take note and continue to ask questions regarding my insurance and are very aggressive. If I continue to refuse to answer their questions and ask to remove my number, they hang up. Very rude, trying to get personal information and continually repeat my requests to have my number removed.

I would like them to remove me from their call list and not contact me any more!

harassing phone calls.
Nationwide Health Advisor, keeps calling my phone, when I ask for them to remove my number, they hang up and then call back within 30 minutes an it keeps going on and on. They are filling up my answering machine and refuse to remove my number, for the last 3 days I received 36 calls from them on my answering machine.

Desired Outcome

I want them to remove my number from their robo calling system.

I asked to be removed from the call list, company continues to call from a different number each time so blocking does not work. I answer and tell the rep to remove me from the list every time, I tell them I want to speak to a manager and they hang up. I called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX , the number on file with the Revdex.com, and asked to be removed from the call list as of today. We'll see if it works.

This is a total scam! This company should not be allowed to exist! The brokers are extremely aggressive and misleading! Buyer beware!

Company will not add my number to the do not call list.
o far today I have received 10 phone calls from these scammers. Each time I tell them to remove me from their call list. If I continue to get calls next week, I will sue under the Telephone Consumer Protection act. Under this law, I can be awarded as much as $3,000 PER CALL.
I called simply to have my # removed. Each time I was yelled over and when they realized they could not bully me into submission, I was hung up on.EVERY SINGLE TIME

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop calling mine and my husband's number. It is causing an issue with his employer a d needs to be rectified immediately

They keep calling me and asking for someone not in my household, and then try to sell me insurance. I repeatedly ask them to stop and they hang up
For the last 10 days, they have called me from various phone numbers asking for ***, and then asking me for my health insurance information. I block their calls....I ask to speak with a manager, and I ask to be removed from their list. In every event, they just hang up on me and try again later. They also call me at 6:30 am since I now live on the west coast. I don't know where they got my number from but they need to stop placing unwanted calls

The company keeps calling from different number. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the list, but the person just hangs up on me.
I am on the "Do not call list" but have been inundated with phone calls, most from different numbers asking if I have affordable health care. I have repeatedly to be taken off the list but the caller just hangs up on me. I finally got a number that was not "unavailable" and called back. The person said they were from Nationwide insurance based in Fort Lauderdale.

Unwanted Solicitations.
I have received several calls and text messages from this company. In excess of 20 per day. I've answered the call and have even called them back and demanded that they cease calling me. Then I'll receive a test message from them and have replied "STOP" to no avail. What is my next recourse?

I do accept. However, my alleged request for quote was not solicited my me. It was done without my knowledge or permission. I continue to have unwanted phones calls. If it does not cease within a reasonable amount of time, then we will find it necessary to seek legal action. Thank you. ***.

Constant phone solicitations multiple times per day
I was looking for affordable dental insurance and I submitted for a quote online. I was shopping around. I received their quote online and proceeded to look elsewhere. Got my quote, bought it elsewhere and they won't stop calling!!!!!! I have asked them Repeatedly to stop, that I'm not interested. I have blocked the numbers they're calling from multiple times and they call from other ones. So far, they have called me six times today alone. Each time I have told them I have purchased it elsewhere and am all set, asking for them to please not call again. They do not listen and continue to talk over me, asking me personally invasive questions about my health insurance (which I was no for dental, not health). If it doesn't stop I'm obtaining a lawyer to file a lawsuit for harassment.

I provided the screen shots that included the phone numbers (which change constantly, so you know they are using "spoofed numbers" ) and the representatives have identified themselves as being representatives of mentioned company. The phone numbers used are provided in this complaint and are on that picture attachment. I would love to provide my phone number so that it is never called again, however I am afraid if I contact them again it will only generate more unwanted calls.

We went ahead and tested all the phone numbers listed in the screenshot you provided and there was no answer, the calls dropped after just one ring. We can assure you that none of these phone numbers are attributed to our company. Unfortunately, we have been inundated with complaints from other companies similar in name to our own. There are many variations of Nationwide Health that have no affiliation with our agency. When we received your initial complaint from the Revdex.com they included the consumers name, address, phone number, and email address. We have searched our database with all those demographics and we simply have never purchased your lead nor had any communication with you until now. Conclusively, we can guarantee you that our agency has not reached out to the phone you provided, nor we will ever. Please remove this complaint accordingly.

I also find it extremely amusing that once I submitted this complaint, the calls magically disappeared. I'm not buying your explanation or denial. Thanks.

High pressure, rude agents that give out WRONG info (illegal!), plus hang up on you. I have called twice to complain about 2 different agents.
2nd incident: 1/16/18 - agent gave me wrong info about my current insurance plan. I know the laws and have read my policy. I used to be a licensed agent. When I corrected him, he hung up on me. I called back to complain and was told my message would be passed on to mgr (doubtful they even care).

1st incident: Nov 2017 - similar circumstance. Agent INSISTED that my current insurance plan was inferior. She gave me a bogus phone number which did not work. She called me back and, again, I corrected her. She did apologize. Obviously their agents are not trained and giving out blatantly wrong info is illegal. I called again to speak to a manager and he hung up on me too. There are serious illegal practices with this company, besides just being shady.

Explanation of why their agents are rude and give out WRONG info to vulnerable consumers. Take me off call list.
