Called me 50+ times per day and I constantly tell them to remove my phone number from the list; as soon as I do that they hang up on me.

We deeply apologize for the abundance of calls and we have taken steps to ensure you have been added to our do not call list. Additionally, we have notified our lead vendors to do the same.

Continuous calls 15+ times a day from different phone numbers. I've asked to be removed from their call list and blocked numbers, still getting calls.
These people began calling approximately 1 month ago in early May 2018. Since then, nearly EVERY DAY I receive 15+ calls from them 1-3 hours apart. I have told them to stop calling me. I have told them to remove me from their call lists. I have blocked numbers. They keep calling from different phone numbers. I am seeking legal action against this company.

Desired Outcome

I just want them to leave me alone!

We apologize for the abundance of calls and have immediately added your number to our do not call list. Because you filled out a request for health insurance online, that lead may have been shared with other insurance agencies as well. Therefore, we have also notified our lead vendors to disperse a wide spread do not call request to all buyers.

I receive 4+ unsolicited calls per day, even 6 in the last hour. I have not sought this company, and I have requested multiple times to be removed.
I am not sure where they got my number, but I have requested numerous times to remove me from their database, and they hang up immediately, only to call back 10 minutes later.

I receive more than 4 calls every day, and today, I have received 6 in the last 60 minutes.

Desired Outcome

I want my contact information removed from their database immediately, per law. I have requested it, and I expect them to comply.

After filling out a request for rate information for health insurance I have not been able to get my phone to stop ringing.
On May 28th of 2018 I filled out personal information on this company's website asking for health insurance rate information. Since then I have received in excess of 100 phone calls from different agencies. I have requested that they stop calling me, I have called this company to tell them I revoke permission for them to share my information with anybody, and every time I speak to somebody about discontinuing the phone calls they hang up on me. I am not able to just block the phone number because they cycle through different phone numbers so that they are not able to be blocked. I have also gone out to their website and requested that they do not contact me anymore.

Desired Outcome

I want them to never call me again and to not give out my contact information to any further companies.

We have reason to believe this complaint may belong to another company other than ours. We have not had any interaction with the phone number provided and we were not able to find a lead matching your criteria. Please provide us with the phone number that has been reaching out to you, so we can test it and determine who has been reaching out to you. If it is our agency we can assure you, we have an internal do not call list we would be more than happy to add you to.

This company has been calling me for months. Everytime I ask them to stop, they hang up on me. For months.
Months ago I filled out a health insurance quote inquiry online. Every other company that has contracted me about that has stopped calls since I've made my disinterest known. This company is relentless, and will not put me on their do not call list, every time I request that be done they say a smart remark and then hang up.

Desired Outcome

This company should not be able to harass me, or anyone else from this point forward.

they call me at least 20 times a day. I am working in hawaii the calls start at 4am. Everytime I ask to be removed from the list the hang up on me
then they call back 20 minutes later. its literally driving me insane. I never requested insurance info. I am union and pay next to nothing for insurance.

Could you provide us with the phone number that has been reaching out to you? We cannot seem to find your information in our system or any call history based on your phone number. It is possible another company has been reaching out to named Nationwide.

This company is still calling me after I told them I have health insurance through the VA and my job.
In a 16 hour period, I receive 8 to 9 calls from this company any time between 7:00AM to 10:00PM. I called back and informed the person that I already have health insurance through the VA and my employer. The person said that he would make note that I have insurance. The calls stopped for the rest of the day but started calling me again by 9:30AM the next day.
I want my name taken off the companies call list immediately!

Desired Outcome

No more phone calls from this company.

We can happily add you to our do not call list if you can please provide us with your phone number. We were not able to find a matching profile based on your name and email address.

I keep receiving voicemails (because I refuse to answer their unwanted calls) asking for someone names *** did not give you his phone number, he gave you mine unfortunately. My voicemail clearly states MY name, which is quite obviously not ***'s name, and I am female, and yet I still have numerous voicemails informing Mr *** about insurance offers. They call an average of 4-6 times an HOUR. This is insane!!! STOP CALLING

repeated phone calls after refusal of the health plan offered.
while searching for a health plan Nationwide health Advisors contacted me and offered me a plan. I refused their plans as they wanted money with out me being able to review the plan. The lady got rude so I ended the call.I have received 12 calls from an assortment of numbers all being her. She has a voice you can't mistake for someone else.

We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with one of our insurance agents. We strive to ensure that our customers fully understand the benefit details of every plan before enrolling and send them through a thorough verification before paying for the insurance. Additionally, all our insurance plans come with a free look period so that you can review the policy in detail before the plan starts. We will make sure that our agents offer more explanation to every customer and are retrained accordingly. We do see where our licensed agent tried to reach back out to you immediately after your call with her was terminated, but we ceased communication after your request not be contacted again. Because health insurance leads are shared with various agencies it is possible you are still receiving calls from different companies like ours. We will immediately place your number on our internal Do Not Call List & notify our lead vendors to do the same.

They call you from several numbers day and night and refuse to remove you from their contact list.
Over the last several months I have received calls from this company multiple times a day. When you ask them to remove you from the calling list they disconnect the call. Sometimes they seem automated, sometimes it is a live person. I have blocked what seems like hundreds of numbers identifying theselves as this company, yet the next day they have a new number and are harassing me once again. I just want this to end. I don't know what else to do, but this seems to be a recurring theme for many people.

Desired Outcome

I would like to removed from their lead list and placed on a do not call list. I have no desire for health insurance through their company and do not wish to speak with their rude agents.

We purchased a lead with your information back in December 2017 and ceased calling that number 2/01/18 when we placed the number on our Do Not Call List. It is possible that other agencies are still reaching out to you and if you could provide us with those phone numbers we can determine who is responsible for the continued calls. Additionally, we will notify our lead vendors to disperse a wide spread do not call request to all buyers.

I have asked this business to please stop calling me 11 times now! They keep calling me from different numbers with my area code.
I have health insurance and I have no Idea how they got my number nor did I sign up for anything to be contacted

You may have mistaken our company with another similar in name, which unfortunately happens quite often. If you could provide examples of the phone numbers that have been calling you, we would be more than happy to test the number to help determine who the responsible party is.

This company called me 10 times today on a Saturday. They are harrassing me!
I have made no purchase or done any business with them.

I made the mistake once to click on a web ad and enter my phone number just to see (out of curiosity) how much it would cost me to purchase insurance on the open market.

This company has been calling me continuously since then, in spite of multiple requests to take me off the list. I block the numbers and they use a different number. They tend to use numbers from area codes where I live; so, I sometimes pick up only to find out that this is, again, this same company.

I haven't experienced anything quite like this before... Terrible.

This "business" has called me over half a dozen times to try and sell me health insurance. Even when I ask to be taken off of their list they still try to sell me health insurance and have not taken me off their list. They try to bully you on the phone to talk about health insurance. They need to be shut down for harassment and have their LLC revoked.

They will not leave me alone. I have received 9 calls today and every time I tell them to take me off the calling list, they immediately hang up and call again in a hour or two. I have not shopped for health insurance for over 10 years. I don't even know how they got my mobile phone number

The business has stopped calling me. Thank you.

This company has been calling me for months buy using different numbers, the latest being XXX-XXX-XXXX. I have reported several numbers to the do not call website, yet they keep calling me using another number as if nothing has happened. I don't want them calling me anymore.

This company calls multiple times a day and refuses to take my name off call list
This company calls me between 10-20 times each day. Currently I have specified 7 different times to be removed from their call list. After the 7th request I started asking to speak to a manager and each time the telephone agent tells me they can't connect me to a manager and then they promptly hang up on me.

Desired Outcome

I want to be removed from the call list as they are becoming harassing and refusing to remove my name/number from their call list after several requests.

Predatory Marketing
They call continually. My mistake for clicking on the link and providing them my information, thinking it was a legitimate site. They are nothing more than data collectors who will call you incessantly. I have blocked no less than 18 different phone numbers from them in the last 10 hours. I told them in the first phone call that I was no interested. That should be enough.

Our agency has not had any communication with the phone number provided in the complaint since placing the number on our do not call list as requested.. If you are still receiving calls it is most likely from another agency. If you could please provide us with the phone number that has been reaching out to you we can determine the party responsible for the calls.

Constantly being called, rude and harassing, refuses to stop calling. Planning on filing suit TCPA violations.
I have been called from multiple numbers constantly. I have been hung up on and yelled at. When I call the numbers and ask to be removed I am told 1. It is not them 2.They will remove from list,then I am called again immediately after 3.Yelled at 4. Hung up on. I am planning on filing suit due to the multiple TCPA violations. I am keeping account of each call. I will request a copy of their Do Not Call Policy,as I doubt this company has one and if they do does no enforce.
