I've used ARS for appliance repairs for many years, but today was the best ever! I have a 43-year-old Maytag washing machine that has never needed a repair (best investment ever!)But it sprang a leak, a huge leak, and I once again called ARS, hoping that they could still fix this antique Sure enough, repairman Jerry *** knew exactly what to look for and had it fixed in less than a half hour! A new machine would have cost me $easily, but for $I had a machine that was good as new and with a year warranty

The technician, demonstrated knowledge, competence and superb customer service intellect during the period of his assignmentI will not hesitate to request for him if I need service on my equipment in future

ARS Drain Technician #630, Josh ***, was very professional in cleaning a clogged drain in a bathroom sink He arrived at the arranged time, solved the issue quickly and used appropriate tools and precautions to make sure the work area was kept clean and free of any debris

ARS Rescue Rooter is an excellent company and they have very knowledgeable employees I call ARS December 2, to fix a drain stoppage problem after another plumber arrived at my home to fix the problem and couldn'tARS sent MrJeremiah *** to assess the problem, which he did and solved in less that an hour The other plumbing company told me I had major drainage issues ARS also did a great job with my hot water heater over years agoI was pleased with ARS services and I would recommend ARS to my neighbors, friends, and Relatives

Ars had come out in june to replace the heat exchange of my ac systemOn septthe ac was not working I thought that it was something to do with the work they did so I called them A man came out and said that the motor run capasitor was out and he put in oneI saved the one he took out and he said that the unit needed a compressor savorHe also said that the coils were dirty and needed cleaning I watched him and all he did was spray the unit with something in a spray bottle and turned on the water hose and sprayed the unit with the water hose He charged me $and he did not fix the AcI had two other people come out and they said that the capasitor that he took out was fine, that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced and they said that it did not need the compressor savor either because the unit is only years old The man completely lied about what was wrong, did not fix the problem and charged me $
