Josh Gfrom ARS Rescue Rooter came to our house on a Saturday evening and spent a couple of hours clearing out our drains and stopping the leak I'm sure he would rather be somewhere else on a Saturday, but he did his job well and with a positive attitude

After several unfortunate pipe leaks over the last few years we decided to repipe our house The plumbing crew that worked at our house did an excellent job, especially Steven and Paul, along with their supervisor Justin, They were completely professional and courteous throughout the weeklong process I would definitely recommend this plumbing crew and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

The plumber they send you can charge whatever they want.The sales people don't know how to explain their home warranty.I will not use them again.After I canceled the warranty they charged me for the whole year.She told me they would come out and drain my water heater under this warranty that they took out for months.When he tells me that I need over in repairs to my water heater , I decided this is not right.So I called them and said this was not the company for me and to stop the out of my account.Then I get a bill for in the mail saying I should have paid him.I got a bill from him for zero

Do yourself a favor, do not sign a contractThese people call me eight (yes 8) times every day since my contract expired and I did not renewI have even moved; they do not care, they keep callingI was literally on the phone with a rep when another was calling at the same timeThis place is awfulIt is harassmentI am so tired of asking them to leave me aloneI have spoken to every rep that has called told them I am not interestedI called back in several different times to find new people to make "notes" they all PROMISE me they are making the note, and yet, they call and call and callThey are a nightmare to get a hold of while you have a contract and then refuse to leave you alone when it is overHORRIBLE
