Service provided by Mike *** was excellent! He was very professional conducted himself in a friendly manner He checked out the heating and the air conditioning system and found that the blower needed a capacitor replaced because it was operating at a lower rate than was normal I gave him permission to replaced it and he took care of it Since I am a subscriber to ARS, he gave me a discount He is an excellent technician and I wouldn't mind having him check my system for all my services

I had a very educational visit with Jaun ***, he was the Tech that came out on the house callWe had no AC when we walked in the house my wife got ARS on the phone to come out, while I checked the internet for troubleshootingI was able to get the AC on and Jaun knocked on the door 15minafterHe went out of his way to check my system including the Freon, took pictures of the coils, and looked into the attic for insulation and radiat barrierHe then sat down and gave me ideas how to lower my utility billHe was polite and considerate to our needsAll for the service call fee

I made an appointment to get them to come out and give me a quote on repairing an AC unitThey never came and left me hanging for days with a leaking AC unit so now the Sheetrock is destroyed and I'll have to replace all the insulation tooThey do both plumbing and AC repairs so they claim they didn't come thought it was a plumbing issue (I don't understand that), then they claim they didn't come because they didn't know if I'd be homeI told them plainly when I made the appointment that they're going to a rental property of ours, so they knew at the outset I wouldn't be there but the tenant would
