I called ARS Rescue Rooter on October 7, because I had a problem with the hot water in my houseThe hot water pressure was low so they sent a guy out the next day (October 8th), [redacted] to check for what the issue was [redacted] inspected the hot water heater, the gas line, and the [redacted] in my houseHe immediately proclaimed that the problem was the [redacted] and that it needed to be replacedHe said the cost would be $to replaceHowever he said he would have to check the pressure in the water heater before they could order the new [redacted] (this was to cover his tracks)He said that the last thing he would want is for them to change the [redacted] and have the problem not fixed and it end up being the hot water heater [redacted] came out the next day, checked the pressure on the water heater, and said it was around which was for a house"It must be the [redacted] ," he said"It must be corroded," he saidHe quoted me for $(why the price increase?), I paid a 40% do

ARS, represented by Aqculino [redacted] and his assistant, installed returns, ran a drain line and cleane condenser coils They worked continuously under extreme heatUpon completion of the job, they thoroughly cleaned their work area

Godwin [redacted] came out to my house and did a great jobAC Units are both tuned up and running greatI will definitely be requesting Godwin for all my AC needs in the future

We had A/C issues all of a sudden, called ARS and was able to receive same day service.First off, summer time and they fit us inWOWThe technician Michael [redacted] showed up,on time and got right to work Was impressed with him and his knowledge of the systemHis diagnosis was a part replacement and two hours later A/C back up and running ARS has our business for lifeThanks to Mike and the team behind him

I looked at using their service in June, but cancelled due to able to find someone to do the work for less than half! Now mos later, they have charged my [redacted]

My experience with Eddie [redacted] at ARS Rescue Rooter was excellent todayHe went thru the different options and then completed the service repair expeditiouslyHe also gave us information that was helpful to prevent this blockage from occurring again in our sewer lineEddie was a top of the line technician

They showed up when promised Gave us an estimate and returned the next day as promised Fixed our issue quickly and did an outstanding job Would highly recommend ARS and Avdyl [redacted] for you plumbing repairs

We were told that we had a outside leak by water com.So we called ARS and they had Randy Smith out to our house in less than one hours.He discoverd that it was in our neighbors yard.He was very knowlegeable and professional [redacted] ***

This would be a star review if the technician who corrected our A/C issues, Miguel [redacted] would have been the first technician sent out We had an issue with our primary coil box drain line being blocked The first technician came out on July and diagnosed the problem, but failed to unblock the drain line Miguel came out on July and reconfigured the primary and secondary drain lines and followed the blockage to an interior drain He corrected the problem without charge I recommend requesting Miguel for an honest and thorough HVAC service

Had Jerry [redacted] out to snake a clogged storm drainHe worked very quickly and had the drain unclogged in less than five minutes, so he spent a bit of extra time inspecting the drain and main sewer line with a line cameraWhat's more, he honored a promotional rate that I found online over what he quoted meI'm very pleased with the service and will definitely be calling again next time

We used ARS to install/replace a stainless utility sink because we purchased the replacement sink from [redacted] and they have a contract with ARS (paid [redacted] directly for replacement labor) Very pleased with end product and the plumber provided (Jimmy W.) Was able to provide input as well as the time to dash over to [redacted] to replace basket/strainer and faucet In this case, all of my worrying was wasted! An excellent experience

Our water heater stopped working on Saturday, July 8th We put in a work order that weekend and two technicians came to our house the following Wednesday They installed the water heater but did not leave a manual or adequately explain how to operate this expensive and potentially dangerous appliance They left before confirming that the system was working, which it wasn't Another service technician came back overnight, but he claimed the panel wasn't working (which it actually was) and also did not do anything to fix the problem It was a waste of time Finally, we called for yet another service appointment This time, the technicians (Quentin [redacted] and Jeremy) made sure to find the problems and fix the system Their competence and professionalism resolved the various issues and improved the unsatisfactory situation that their colleagues had left us Quentin [redacted] was conscientious and thorough, and did a very good job He took the time to examine the issues and put in the time & work to get the job done His colleague Jeremy was also good at assessing the situation and helping to resolve the the issues We wish Quentin and Jeremy had been the ones on the the initial service call to install the water heater

Roger [redacted] came to my home for ARS to perform the annual check upHe inspected the system and noted that mold was on the boxHe recommended a product that would eliminate the mold and provided cleaner airWhat he said made sense and so I purchased the itemOnce purchased he began the installation and soon he was doneHe was very efficient

I'm very satisfied with ARS/Houston.James [redacted]  plumbing technician did an outstanding job with toilet installation.He was very professional and friendly.He exceeded my expectation by completing the job the same day, even when it involved going back to purchase a missing part from the storeI highly recommend his services to anyone
