Walter Fof George Brazil came to my house on Friday regarding replacing toilets He was very professional, and gave us the best pricing possible He only had one toilet on his truck, and instead of rescheduling to replace the other one at a later time, called his office to see if someone would bring out the other so he could get everything done same day He went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience - he's definitely a keeper, and someone I'd contact in the future for any plumbing issues Thank You George Brazil, and Thank You Walter!! We hired George Brazil to come out and fix two dimmer switches (master and remote) in the house The dimmers stopped working and would not communicate to the remote switch (they had been working for over years After multiple visits, and replacements for the switches (which still did not fix the problem) the electrician told me that the problem was my bulbs, not the new switches He indicated that he could replace the lights with "top of the line" LED lights (that George Brazil uses exclusively and tries to get homeowners to switch to) for $per can While I thought this was high, I was willing to pay just to get the problem fixed I asked the electrician to VERIFY that the new LED lights would work with the new switches he had just installed and he assured me they were approved
UNFORTUNATELY, that was not true NONE of the lights worked One set will not communicate with the remote dimmer switch without resetting it multiple times per day The other set flashes and turns off, then turns on again and works temporarily (until you turn the lights off, then the problem repeats) Nor something I expect from - a company that says it is the most professional in town or 2- an electrician who guaranteed that the lights would work with the switches (there is an approved list, so this isn't rocket science) or - from ANY company charging $for an installed light that RETAILS for $
I then spoke with a Manager who offered to only charge me $for lights that he assured me he had personally verified as being compatible with the switches his company had just installed Not even close to good enough At $per light (for a LED Recessed Downlight Retrofit) that retails for $(assuming George Brazil gets them at $wholesale) I would be paying an effective labor rate of over $per hour (it only took the electrician about minutes to replace the lights)
I am REALLY surprised by this level of service as I had used their services before I will definitely be finding a different company to work with and encourage you to do the same
