George Brazil customer service phone staff were wonderful; answering all our questions and quickly scheduled our plumbing appointment On 5/31/17, Eric from Goerge Brazil Plumbing came to our condo We basically wanted a complete plumbing inspection with replacement for whatever we needed Their office called us 1/hr before his arrival and sent us an email with his picture, so we could confirm his identity We were 100% satisfied with Eric and his work!!!! He arrived on time, introduced himself, protected our flooring in the work areas He explained each step of his inspections and his recommendations He removed our old hot water heater and replaced it He replaced our kitchen and bathroom pipes, water shut off valves and faucets; our ice maker tubing; commode parts; and our garbage disposal He cleaned up each work area immediately We needed a lot of work to update our condo He was so professional, but warm and friendly We knew he really took pride in his work and was very experienced and knowledgable!! George Brazil is lucky to have him for an employee!!
Barry, with George Brazil, came to do some electrical work that needed doing after an inspection was done for the sale of our home Barry was on time, and I found him to be very personable He listened to my concerns intently and explained why the repairs needed to be done There were a couple simple fixes that only took two minutes so Barry was happy to fix those at no charge This meant a lot to me because it helped me to trust that Barry wouldn't charge me for repairs that weren't necessary He worked quickly and showed me his work when he finished to make sure I was happy with the job he did I will have Barry back whenever I need electrical work done at my home Thanks Barry!

Now Raul Vargas was the best very cheerful and pleasant from the time I opened the door to the time he was finished with what needed to be fixed I liked the way he explained everything that he was doing to me

This man has an exceptional work ethic, is extremely efficient, and explains everything as he is doing it Always conscious of not bringing in dirt from outside Very well spoken and polite young man At the end of his visit, we signed up for a "platinum" membership for our plumbing needs - it covers an annual visit to check all faucets, connections, pressure, as well as draining the water heater (We already have a "platinum" membership for our elec- tric throughout the house - - looking forward to that visit next week These annual visits, just one payment for life, are very well worth it; they afford us peace of mind, knowing our electrical and plumbing systems are well maintained) Well done, Daryl and thank you
Walter from George Brazil did an excellent job in clearing my kitchen drain The obstruction was 30ft out He was professional, very kind and considerate and did a great clean job Couldn't tell he had been there except for the cleared drain Ask for Walter
