We had the 50-year old shower valve fail and and needed replacing Ernesto provided a quote on the replacement of the cartridge and for the replacement of the valve itself if the cartridge removal failed Unfortunately, the attempt to remove the cartridge failed when the tool to remove it broke The replacement of the value was completed with a few hours time with minimal disruption Ernesto and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were both courteous and helpful
