I have used George Brazil in the past for plumbing and electrical I have never had any issues with this company The techs they send out have always been pleasant and very knowledgable I recently had to replace my water heater and was quoted a price that included something I didn't want and couldn't afford Spoke with the office and informed them of my decision and they requoted me another price Found out that I did have to have the part I couldn't afford and the tech informed me that because they had already quoted me a price that they would install the water heater and the unwanted part for the price I was quoted I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity by standing by their name and reputation George Brazil is TOPS in my book and I have them on speed-dial Can't say enough good things about them

Jason responded to our call on a Sunday George Brazil was very responsive to our need for prompt service, and did not simply leave us with a recording on their phone They truly are 24X Our electrical problem was complex, and Jason was able to provide an immediate estimate for diagnosing the problem He was very analytical in his approach and was able to isolate a short in a "kluge" line that was buried between the house and an outdoor BBQ area outlet That short impacted 1/of our house + cable TV! Jason provided a short-term fix, and he forwarded estimates to us for longer term repair of the outlet connection plus a system to protect our entire home and devices/appliances from storm surges He identified many dead switches in our house and explained what they were all for We were really impressed with Jason's systematic approach and knowledge His customer interface skills were top notch
