Shane C arrived right on time for a scheduled annual plumbing maintenance He was very personable, clean and professional He put on slippers to keep our house clean and was very neat as he performed his tasksHe explained every step he performed, was very knowledgeable and shared information with us we had not knownSome workers from other businesses are grumpy and give the impression that it's an inconvenience to them to service your home But not Shane C It's very obvious that he enjoys his profession and his employer and was a total joy to work with!! We have two water heater in our home and we had one visibly go out yesterday In the process of replacing that one I called our technician's attention to the fact that we actually had two water heaters in the home and asked him to check the anode in the other one He did and discovered that that water heater was already leaking, the anode had been completely degraded and serious rust was present in the tank So that heater had to be replaces also Its location made the reinstall difficultDavid Marino, our George Brazil technician took on the task of replacing both water heaters, including dealing with some warranty complications, in a very competent and professional manner We would call upon David any time we're faced with any sort of a plumbing issue
