Returned an item 3 weeks ago; no credit to my account
Had to return 2 items due to not fitting. Returned to proper address & checked
tracking; return was received @ warehouse on 4/8/20. Asked for credit to my account & as of yet, no credit posted. Contacted co 2X and received NO response!

After reading reviews of their customer service, I should not have ordered anything; I am a senior citizen and very disappointed with their treatment of customers in general.

As of 5/1/20 credit was given for my returned item; thank you for your help

Purchased 3 items on 5/21/20, never received my refund but told I would get a check. Called them 5 times getting run around. Want refund now.
Purchase 3 items on 2/21/20. First two items didn't fit so I called Dream Products on 3/2/20 and was told that $19.00 would be credit to my credit card. Called when I received the third item and I requested a refund and was told on 3/20/20 a credit would go to my credit card for $16.96. When I called by on 3/30, 4/1/20, 4/10, and 4/17. Each time they gave me a different sorry. I told them paypal nor my credit card has been credited. So they said we will send you a check for $35.96. When I called back they said, we already credited your credit card. They keep playing a game to avoid reimbursing me my $35.96. I want my refund in a check or credited to my credit card account now since they keep playing games. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are scam artist and they put you on hold to discourage you from calling but I refuse to hang up until they tell me what the status is which is always a lie. They shouldn't be in business.

Purchased 3 items on 3/21/20 and was told refund would come on 3/2/20.I only want my refund totaling $35.96. Haven't received it yet. Called them 5 times.

A refund in the amount of $18.38 was issued back to your pay pal account on April 29, 2020.

Since that isn't the full amount due you, we have requested that another refund in the amount of $16.00 be applied back to your pay pal account. That transaction will be reflected in your pay pal account within the next 2-5 business days.

I accept the resolution because I only wanted my money back.

I ordered 2 pair of nail clippers on my credit card. This was charged as a Cash Advance with an EXTRA *** + *** interest fee. Why?
Standard purchase charge should have been *** for these clippers. However due to the fact this purchase was charged to my card as a "Cash Advance" I was charged an additional *** advance transaction fee and a $ *** interest fee. I have purchased many items on the internet and never been charged in this manner from any other company. Why? I see nothing on their billing information page about this practice. How can a retailer do a cash advance on my card?

Refund of $11.00.

I wish I'd read the reviews below first--I'd not have ordered. The slippers I got are fine--had they come at the price anticipated, I'd be writing a positive review. But they came at the price PLUS a $10 charge to my credit card for a so-called "cash advance". I called the credit card company, and they said it had something to do with a "foreign transaction". The Dream Products website does not mention this cost, but does say "ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES!" Well, that's not true.

I did try to call the company to discuss this, but the first time I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and the next times all I got was busy signals. Not good.

Too bad: I had liked the slippers so well I was considering ordering more for friends--but not at that cost!

This is the worst company. I am not sure how they have an A+ rating. I waited on the customer service line for over an hour with no answer. I gave up. I ordered a bra from them via a mailer I got. I sent in a check end of February, they cashed my check around the 17th of March and its just about mid April and no communication or bra from them. I called the order line and it went through in less than a minute. I guess they can take orders, but can't help customers with problems ?????? I also sent an email a couple days ago no response yet. I know its Covid-19, but, It makes no sense to me that Dream Products can certainly take orders, but customer service isn't offered . I want a full refund back! I will never order from them again. If I could give no stars I would.

Thank you for finally doing what should have been done in the first place. I hope with the acquisition of the company you begin doing the right things as part of customer service. I'm still not as happy as I could be. I will have to wait 3 months to get my money back.

Instead of a regular credit card charge, they made it a cash advance, so that I had to pay a $10 transaction fee to my credit card, in addition to the charge for the order itself. Will never order from them again.

Ordered 2/19/20 and still have not received product (3/24/20). I called today( third of 3 calls) to cancel my order and to get a response as to why not delivered. Person in Customer Support cancelled my order and said I would receive check in 2-3 weeks for amount billed. DP unable to credit my card. No one able to give me reason why order delayed.

YOU ARE A DISHONEST BUNCH OF PEOPLE! CHARGED MY CARD FOR AN ORDER THEN YOU TURN AROUND AND CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR A CASH ADVANCE WHICH COST ME NOT ONLY THE $21.18 FOR THE 2 SOLAR SQUIRRELS I PURCHASED BUT I GOT CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FOR THE CASH ADVANCE. WHO DOES THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE????BUT CHEATS! My next step will be the Revdex.com and I will be added to the 38 complaints for the past 12 months!!!!

I Thank the Revdex.com for stepping in on this matter. I have been shopping on-line for a number of years and never had this happen. So again I thank the Revdex.com for tackling this dishonesty AND will not be purchasing anything else from Dream Products.

My on-line credit card purchase was billed as cash which meant my bank charged me a $10.00 fee. This meant a charge of 50% of my purchase.
Order number *** for 2 items total price of $25.60. I am a retired senior citizen and have to watch my budget very closely. The website does not inform me that the credit card purchase will be billed as a cash transaction. This is wrong! Cash transactions require a fee. This should have been a credit card transaction, not a cash transaction.

Desired Outcome

This business should not charge on-line credit card transactions as cash transactions. Most banks charge fees for that service. I was not informed that it would be billed as a cash transaction. The company should refund me the $10.00 fee that I had to pay the bank.

I do hope that it is not a common practice for this company to bill charge cards as cash transaction.

Sent back item immediately for refund. Cust service had no record and were getting new system?? Ad said refund in 2-3 weeks?? It has been 4 weeks.
I ordered my item by mail and personal check 1-14-2020. The bank processed my check 1-22. Due to poor quality I immediately sent the item back in the mail after receiving 1-31. The order form was sent when ordering and I have no record of order or model #'s. On the ad it said it will take 2-3 weeks for a refund. When I called to check on my refund 3-2, the Sales Rep said (after 25 minutes on hold) she had no record of my purchase and they were getting a new system and I should call back.??? I know it is a small amount $16.94 but I think this is a scam!

I would like my refund of $16.94 and I don't think DreamProducts should be able to advertise in my local newspaper.The St. Louis Post Dispatch should be made aware of the problems with this company.

We are sorry this refund wasn't processed for the customer sooner. A refund check in the amount of $12.99 was created on February 21, 2020 and mailed out.
We realize she paid $16.94 and the refund amount is $12.99. We normally do not refund for shipping, but are making an exception in this case and will be sending another refund check in the amount of $3.95. This check should be received by the customer within the next two to three weeks.

We are sorry the customer was not satisfied with the product sent.

However, based on the word of the customer, we will be issuing a refund for $16.94. *** was already refunded $2.03 as an overpayment for the order.

On February 18th, I ordered from Dream Products. On February 20, This company took $69.99 out of my account. Haven't seen my package yet!
What I ordered was 12 piece Stainless Steel cookware set. #***
Advertisement stated"All orders shipped the next day." It is the 29th. I have called three times and got the run around each time. "Well this is going to take a few days." Really?! You took $69.99 out of my account on the 20th of February and still there is no product on my doorstep!

Please deliver your advertised product or send me a check for $69.99. May your company own up to its claims or go out of business!

This package was shipped on February 20, 2020 via Federal Express. In tracking the shipment we see it was delivered on March 3, 2020.
We realize that was much later than advertised, but in looking at the tracking information on the Federal Express website, the package was misdirected to California and then to Michigan.

Dream products.com is a dishonest company and phoney web site check cashed no product no reliable phone number American legion should take down the add and have them investigated

I ordered products for Christmas gifts in October, 2019 from ***. The order was placed by regular mail (using their form, with my credit card) I was told the order was to be shipped on November 1, 2019. In December I called Dream Products' number to trace my order and was given an inappropriate number to call. When I tried to call Dream Products back I was given a message that my phone number was blocked. I cannot find a live person to help. My order number given was ***. These were to be Christmas gifts. It is now January 6, 2020 -- Christmas is past. I am out $59 plus. Have I been scammed?

We are very sorry for any of the inconvenience this may have caused ***. After researching our records we show his original order was shipped on 11/1/2019 via Fed-Ex tracking # ***. This package was returned to us as "Non-Deliverable". A letter was then received from *** on 1/15/2020 requesting status of his order. We mailed him a response on 1/15/2020 to notify him that we received his package back as Non-Deliverable and a replacement was requested to the correct shipping address. We show his replacement was shipped out on 1/27/2020 via Fed-Ex Smartpost tracking # ***. According to Fed-Ex website the estimated date of delivery is 1/31/2020. Due to all the inconvenience this has caused ***, at this time we will issue him a full refund for his order. Again we are very sorry for the confusion and trouble this may have created.

The products ordered in October of 2019 have now been received via US Mail (not Fed EX) on February 5, 2020. Whereas if was not received in time for our Christmas gift intentions, at least we have the products and have not lost our invested payments.

Do NOT order from this company. When trying to check on your order all you get is a recording of "You made an Invalid Selection. Never received item purchased.

We received the promised item today

I placed an order (using expedited shipping) for an additional $5.95 on 12/18/19.

Supposed to RECEIVE within 5-7 days - as of today, 12/27/19, the order has not even been processed, let alone shipped!!!

Extremely disappointed - and I have made several attempts to contact Customer Service, recording says office is closed today?? Why?

Then I was told they would open in an hour.

Truly RIDICULOUS run around!!!

Scam Company! Placed an order on December 17th, and paid the same day via credit card. The order was never shipped, and then on December 23rd they cancelled the order for some reason. "Customer Service" never answers the calls. Something wrong here.

Ordered two pair of slippers on Feb10, 2015, they cashed my check on Feb19, Called them on March 3, 2015, was told they were shipped out fedex , I would have them the next week, I called again on March 9, was told the same thing, the rep could not or would not supply any tracking info, when I told the rep that their automated order status said that they had not been shipped and it said there was no information on when they would ship.This company needs to be avoided at all costs , they advertise merchandise that they obviously don't have and keep your money and don't ship the productThey should be closed down by the GovernmentThey don't even have the courtesy to send an e-mail thanking you for your order, nor keeping you order staus if they have your order on backorder
