And Customer Service will not answer the phone. I keep getting a recording that number XXXXXXXX has been shipped but they will not help me track it.
I placed an order for 1 black pair of adjustable loafers, 1 brown pair of adjustable loafers, toe nail clippers, and finger nail clippers on 9/4/2018. I called their toll free number and the recording says the order# XXXXXXXX has been shipped. They would not provide a prompt so I can track the shipment to see if they claim it has been delivered. So I called the toll free number again and selected the prompt to place an order to see if someone answers the phone and BINGO someone answered the phone to ready to take my order, I had him transfer me to customer service and the so call customer service does not answer. I get disconnected.

I want the products that I ordered delivered to my address, plus I would like to tract my order as they promised.

She can track her package via fedex.com, tracking no. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The delivery date per fed-ex website was 9/13/2018. We ask that Ms. please notifies us if this package has not yet been received.

Requesting a refund for a product that was never received despite contacting vendor about the issue.
A ordered a wallet via mail from Dream Products Inc. in the amount of $10.94 on June 28, 2018. After no confirmation of order was received, I checked with my bank to see if the check I had sent was cashed. The check was posted on July 3, 2018. I contacted the vendor via email on August 8, 2018 asking for the status of the order. The vendor replied on August 9th that the package was unable to be delivered. No specific reason was given. I replied to the vendor on the same day that I would like a refund for the order. The vendor replied that day that a refund check would be sent out and received within 7 to 10 business days. I contacted vendor again on August 28th that I had not received a refund check to which the vendor has not replied to.

I would like to receive my refund as promised.

After researching our records we show a refund check was sent to Mr. on 8/15/2018 and was returned back to us as Non-Deliverable on 9/4/2018. At this time we will issue Mr. a replacement refund check for the amount of $10.94. The new refund check will be mailed out this *ednesday 9/19/2018. *e ask that Mr. allows 1-2 weeks for delivery. His refund check will be sent to the same address he provided above " XXXXX *** XXXXX".

They have promised in the past that a refund was sent but one was never received. No other merchants have had 'non deliverable' issues except Dream Products. Until I have received the refund I do NOT consider this issue resolved.

I have not received a refund for an order that I returned on June 26, 2018. I followed up on the return on June 29th and did not receive a response. I followed up again on July 2nd and received a reply on July 3rd to call customer service. I've call at least twice a week since that time and each time, all of their representatives were busy. I either left a message or was given an option to submit a placeholder to save my place in line.
As of July 21st, no one has called me back!
I placed my order on June 5th. The order number is *** I used my Wells Fargo Visa Debit Card to purchase the I ordered one (1) Heat Therapy Knee Support (SKU 8210) at cost of $24.99 and two (2) magnetic anti-arthritis Therapy Gloves at cost of $19.98. I returned the merchandise on June 26th. I sent a follow up email on June 29th and did not receive a response. I sent a 2nd follow up email on July 2nd and received a reply on June 3rd to call customer service to find out the status of my refund. From July 3rd to July 21st, I have made numerous calls and each time I called , all of of their customer service representatives were busy assisting other callers. I've remained on hold for at least 10-15 minutes and each time, was given the option of leaving a message or submitting a placeholder in line of their call queue. Each time, a representative was to call me back. No one has returned my calls or contacted me.

On 04/09/18, I ordered a couple of pair of sandals for my wife from the Dream Products catalogue & paid via personal check # ***. Got Nothing!
As stated, I paid for sandals from Dream Products and received NOTHING! I did notify the Customer Service people there about a month ago, but have heard nothing! The amount that I am out is $23.99. Although this is not enough to hurt me financially, it still causes me to wonder why the Revdex.com would assign them an A rating. If the product had gotten lost in transit, I could accept this as an explanation. However, to simply ignore my query as to what happened is totally unacceptable to me. I would think that Revdex.com should rethink their stamp of approval for this business. Thank you.

I ordered a product, which I haven't received, but my check was cancelled.
On 6.03.2018 I ordered 2 pair of nude compression stockings for $19.99 (no product #), size S/M, which were offered as "buy 1, get 1 free," and to date have not received them. I paid by check. I called the company once on 7.02.2018 when I realized my check had been cashed and I hadn't received my order. I have not received my order.

Free $50 item advertised was not rec'd. Rec'd item #XXXXX listed in their catalog at $40-I wouldn't pay $10 for it. It's a thin 8x9"quilted nylon bag
I called customer service again on 6/6 at 2:09 & finally received a call back at 5:32.I was told that Dream Prod did not have an e-mail received from me in association with my order #XXXXXXXXX (XXXXXXXX) placed with them on 5/13/18-customer #XXXXXXXX. Customer Service stated that they had no record of an e-mail received from me in reference to this order number. I told them I sent them an e-mail on 5/22 & received a copy of the e-mail from them showing receipt of my e-mail. I had to read off the e-mail copy which they sent me with when I sent the first e-mail on May 22. Customer Service said that "that was their policy" & nothing could be done which does not answer my question/complaint. I need someone at Dream Products to actually read my 5/22 e-mail & research this problem & explain to me WHY they don't honor their statement of a free gift valued at $50 & instead I was sent an item that I wouldn't pay more than $10-they have it listed in their catalog as $40 item #***(quilted cross body bag).Could someone please get back to me & explain why Dream Prod isn't honoring their statement so we can close this matter. When advertising that they're sending an item valued at $50, you expect to receive an item worth $50, not $10. Dream Products was happy to take my money in payment for all 5 of my orders placed with them but won't honor their free statement or supply a decent explanation now. I sent another e-mail to Dream Products on 6/7 but to date have not received any response other than their e-mailing a copy of my e-mail to them showing receipt of my e-mail to them from an unmonitored email box.

Dream Products should supply an actual item valued at $50 like they're offering now -a travel tote bag not a flimsy thin piece of quilted nylon measuring 8x9.5" which isn't worth more than $10.00

The companies resolution is to return the midsized product (at my expense) and I would receive a refund in two to three weeks. Since my return shipping cost would approach the $9.99 I paid for the wrong size sandles, than they will be discarded.

Our records show *** opened a PayPal dispute and this has been resolved via PayPal. A refund was issued her account on April 17th, 2018 for the amount of $35.97. Due to the PayPal dispute *** opened a hold was placed on her account for further investigation and we were not able to issue her a refund on 4/11/2018 when return paperwork was received to our office. At this time we ask that *** contacts PayPal directly regarding her refund.

Dream Products sent me someone else's order. I returned it, have proof from USPS it was delivered to their returns department. I never got MY order.
They sent me someone else's order. I am in California and they sent me an order for someone in New Jersey. I paid $12.00 to send it back to them, had it tracked by USPS and I have the email proving it was delivered to them. I enclosed my order, printed out my order, I explained to them they sent me someone else's order and asked them to send me my order. They never sent me my order. I called them today and they have no record of my returning the wrong order, and have not sent me my order. This is costing me time and money. I sent them a communication via their website also. I called my bank and asked to dispute the charge. They are not capable of sending me my order and not capable of recording the return, not capable of processing the order and not able to fix the problem they created. So far this cost me $130.30, plus $12.00 return label, phone call, online communication, call to my bank, now this report with Revdex.com. Too much work, no order.

The customer is correct. There was indeed a problem at one of the packing stations whereby the packing slips were off by a few records, which created a mis-shipment for many customers that day. However, as we have no record of exactly who received the wrong orders we were anticipating a call. We see two calls this morning to our "new" order line, which cannot access prior orders, at 5:02 AM and 6:17 AM but our customer service hours are 8:00 Am to 4:00 PM Pacific time as stated on the IVR for inbound calls. We would love to have had the opportunity to reship the correct order but as of now, having a chargeback been filed we cannot. If the customer were to call customer service during business hours on the toll free number with the tracking information we would be happy to refund the return shipping cost. Unfortunately, with a return not associated to the original order it throws everything off, which has been a nightmare.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this incident has caused our customers and are reviewing exactly how this happened to avoid any future similar issues moving forward.

Upon reviewing this complaint, it is clear that we have already addressed the customers issue. The incontinence briefs were purchased on 9.29.2017 and used for 5 months before the customer called requesting a refund. The items purchased have a 30 day money back guarantee, which clearly had expired by the time we were contacted.

I purchased an item from Dream Products and upon completion of the sale, it was written that I would receive my item in 1-2 weeks.After 2 weeks I did not receive my item, so I called customer service. I was told that it was shipped and I would receive it within 5-7 business days.After 3 weeks I called as I still did not receive my item. I was then told that the item was discontinued and they issued me a credit to my gift card.I never received the credit or notification about the item being discontinued. This company is a scam!

The customer did return the items in September. However because this customer already filed a chargeback with her bank in August of 2017, we cannot also refund this order due to the fact that the bank has already reversed the charges on the credit card. We now have to wait for the bank to credit her back the funds. Had she simply returned the unwanted items we would have already issued the refund.

On November 6 , 2017 I purchased a money order and mailed it to Dream Products on November 7, 2017, since it was the first from this company I gave them a month to process my order on December 5 I contacted the company and they said they never received my order I also contacted money gram they said that money order and never been cashed-advised me to put a stop payment on it so that's what I did I receive the funds from the money order from Moneygram on December 27 I received a package from dream products on January 17 it was my order lo and behold when I called after I received it nasty letter from them saying I was dead beat and was trying to scam them they blamed it all on the post office

While we certainly understand the customers frustration, we did not receive the order in the mail until 1/05/2018. We certainly apologize for the delay and will take responsibility for any error on our part, but we simply did not receive the order until then. By that time the stop payment had already been issued for the Money order.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of men's slippers on November 28, 2017. I received a shipping notification for both pairs on December 2nd. I received one of the pairs of slippers on December 11th. The other pair never came.

I contacted the company on December 13th and they stated that it would be another 2-3 weeks for delivery. I contacted them a second time on December 21st and they claimed that it was FedEx's fault, but that I would need to provide them with information about which pair I was missing. I responded immediately, but got no reply from them.

I contacted them a third time on December 23rd and waited at least 4 days to hear back from them. They stated that they would send a replacement pair immediately. It is now January 6th, and I still have not received the slippers.

My credit card has been charged for this merchandise.

I finally received my merchandise.

I placed an order by the deadline for xmas delivery. I only place orders with a guarantee delivery. I called customer service and they couldn't find the order. Eventually they did and told me it was being processed. Again, I asked if the package would arrive for Christmas and was assured it would because I placed the order before the deadline. I just got an email that the order was shipped 12/20/17 not the guarantee of 24 hour ship on all in stock orders. I tracked the package with FedEx and it is in transit scheduled for delivery 12/29/17. I am shocked that this company has a Revdex.com rating of A+. Customer Service, while pleasant, lies to you and offers no explanation. I think someone should have called me that my order would not get to me by the GUARANTEED delivery date before Xmas. I had several gifts on my order that I will not be able to give. I should have been offered some compensation like reordering the items that were gifts for next day delivery or a discount. I will never order from this Company again and will tell it to anyone that will listen to me verbally and through social media. Better off sticking to the businesses that actually follows through with their guarantees. If I can get free same day shipping and next day shipping without requesting it, I see no reason this company could not not reach their guaranteed delivery date. Shame on them. Very very poor business practices. If the amount of stars were in the negative, this Dream Products inc., would definitely get a -5 (minus 5 stars) from me.

We are a small, family run business with less that 50 employees and try our best every day to fulfill our customers needs. No one lied to you. You were told exactly what the customer service person honestly believed at that time. When you ship over one and a half million orders per year there are inevitable, uncontrollable issues that arise. We do have a very HARD EARNED A+ rating with the Revdex.com simply because we care and make every effort to be the best we can, regardless of scathing remarks like yours. Even If there were 1,000 negative reviews over 18 years with the tens of millions of orders it would still rate Dream Products over 99.9% success. Shame on YOU!

I understand you are a small family run business shipping millions of orders per year. It would seem with that many millions of orders you could afford to hire extra help to make sure you reach all of your promises I WAS lied to last week. With such a small family run business that representative knew I wasn't getting my order by Xmas. That's what I should have been told and given the opportunity to expedite the order of cancel. I could have found the items elsewhere and they would have already been wrapped and under the tree. I'm so glad your ratings are at 99.9% success even if you have negative reviews. Good business is to make all of your customers happy and do something about all the negative reviews, instead of adopting the attitude that *** over the customer is ok because it will never affect your high rating score. So once again shame on you.

Ordered 3 things, returned 1 and didn't get the other, owe me $20.98 refund from July 21, 2017. Have called, could never talk to anyone. I also have written 2 letters heard nothing back.

The original order was received on 7/31/2017 for two items. The first item # XXXXX is the Wide Calf Knee Highs for $12.99. The second item was for # XXXXX Miracle Power tape for $9.99. Both items were shipped in one package. The customer returned item XXXXX Wide Calf Knee Highs which was received back by us on 9/05/2017 and the customer was issued a refund check #XXXXXX for $12.99 the same day. We also replied to the letter we received on 11/14/2017 regarding the refund, that the check was already sent and our bank records indicated that the customer already cashed the check on 9/28/2017.
