I ordered a product called Reviv-A-Lift form Dream Products and it was delivered to the wrong address,so they wanted me to track who signed for what I had ordered ,when I also told them to send me another one or to send me another , the item # for the Reviv-A_Lift is XXXXX , I would be very grateful for a QIUCK reply on this situation, they have shown VERY poor taste in taking care of a customers needs.

Delivery Delivery or refund of my money either one will suite me , and if I ever order anything else from them it should be from another address.

We apologize for the shipping error. While we have no record of any contact with this customer other than the mailed-in order form, we take responsibility for the mis-shipped item and have reshipped it via Fed Ex Smart Post to avoid any further issues. This matter is closed.

Yes I accept, but I would like to know when it was shipped and to what address it was going to be shipped to , if it is going to be shipped to the right address, namely ***, ***. *** Apt.McConnelsville, Oh

Purchased product "Tomatoes Plants" by phone. 2 Sets for $9.99 order # XXXXXXX. Planted plants and they all died. Tried to call to speak with someone @ Dream Products to get a refund , but no results.

The customer contact Dream Products on 3/2/2017 and ordered item #XXXXX - Tomato Plant SEEDS. The description for the item states, "Set of 3 includes 3-4" planters, soil, and Miracle Sweet seeds. Dream Products does not sell live plants. To date, the customer has not contacted Dream Products to request any exchange, replacement or refund. If there was a damaged or defective issue with the initial purchase the customer was eligible for a full refund according to the 30 day policy. However, considering that the seeds germinated into live plants indicates that the item was neither defective nor damaged.

The customer in this posting ordered two items of the same size on 9/12/2016. Both items were shipped in the same package and delivered on the same day a week after the order was placed according to Fed Ed Smart Post Tracking. As of todays date we have not received any other correspondence from this customer with the exception of this Revdex.com posting. At no time did the customer contact us or place additional orders after or before this single order so the reference to returning an item and ordering different sizes is not accurate. No merchandise has ever been returned and no letter was ever received. This customer is not eligible for our 30 day refund/exchange policy as the merchandise has been in the customers possession since September of last year.

Business has failed to give credit
On 5/10/17 I had mailed back a pair of slippers to the company (tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)which they received on 5/15/17 & have not issued credit to my credit card

Full credit/refund in the amount of $19.99

With consideration to the customer and while we received no call or other notification that an item was being returned by this customer, we stand by our POSTED sales and returns policies the customer agreed to when the order was placed on our web site. Specifically #5 below regarding refunds.
"Sales and Return Policies"
1.All returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund of the merchandise price.
2.Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California (CA).
3.Damaged items or missing parts must be reported within 30 business days of receipt for replacement.
4.Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.To return a product, please follow the exchange/return instructions on the reverse side of the packing slip (which was included with your order). Upon receipt, we will issue the appropriate adjustment. Note: It takes a few days for your return package to reach us...and approximately 2-3 weeks for us to process your request.
6.All returned product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, manuals, documentation, and all accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during shipment.
The requested refund is in process and fully complies to the agreed upon policies.

I still am out $19.99, no credit was give & it is more than 2 weeks
