It's becoz they are not willing to refund me the charges and insist saying they renew the plan automatically. I see this is a dishonest business as it doesn't make sense that I didn't click the automatic renew button and didn't use the service for that 2 months but they can still charge me.
Frankly, this is obviously a trap to many people. If I wanna extent the services or need the services for a longer period, I will do it by my myself or buying a longer period of package at start. And I trusted Dropbox so that I uploaded my credit card details but I don't see they are doing honest business. I do hope that there are not more victims like me and I truely believe that Revdex.com is they best place to change this poor business practice

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Instead of resolving the issue (which was that another account somehow swallowed my paid subscription with their trial version), the suggestion they made was that I was in error for not knowing that's how Dropbox worked.  I went ahead & followed their instructions to get my account back to normal, sure enough there was no account & all my data was gone.  I did back it up prior to that, I knew that's what was going to happen.  
They didn't listen to one thing I said about it, and sure enough I was right it's a glitch on their end of things that they refused to acknowledge in the first place.

Refund was processed the day after correspondence.

Dropbox customer support has since contacted me about the transaction. They have begun the process of refunding the charge, and it seems that my credit card number was used for a Dropbox account with an e-mail I do not recognize.

Dear [redacted]I have contacted them several times.....this case is over 1  year old.  They just send you in circles.  They don't put anything in writing.  They don't plan to offer anything.....if so they would have sent it with their response to you.  A company can tell you anything but if they don't put it in writing to you, believe me, they aren't offering anything.I take your response as "you don't want to be bothered."  These companies flourish being right under the legal radar but they get rich by every customer they cheat out of $10 - $15 - $100.  You either want to make a difference or you don't.  Your choice.

I don't have any new (within the last 1/2 year) response from Dropbox.   They can call me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted].    Or they could just refund my credit card for the year's business subscription for the company I did not work for anymore and which went out of business.
