Last Monday I spoke to [redacted] at Living Social [redacted] about a vendor I could not reach to even make an appt. It's all over the internet that this is a scam. The vendor has taken down their website. No one answers their phone. [redacted] could not get in touch with them either. I was supposed to get an answer by 3:15 PM Thurs, within 72 hours. No answer. It's way over 72 hours. Voucher [redacted] to Blissed Out Therapeutics. I do not want Deal Bucks, I want a refund and I want my account closed. You have lied to me. I am a long time customer but I am done with you.

I purchased a deal for $for $worth of food from [redacted] Restaurant in Lakewood OH This place is a half an hour away and I rushed to go before coupon expiringWhen I get there the Waitress tells me they will not accept because they never participated in this offerI immediately called Customer service to get a foreigner to tell me it will take hrs for a resolutionShe didnt understand that they would NOT accept the voucherUpon reading other complaints seems like this is typical for this company and should be shut downMy next step is contacting the [redacted] and look into a Class Action suit

I placed an order for a camera on April 4th and the item should have shipped days later according to the website.I have been waiting for a tracking number for almost days and finally called and was able to get someone on the line. The representative could not help and I asked to speak to a supervisor or at least to someone based in the USA since the connection is better and they usually are able to assist betterI was told this is impossible I went back to the website and tried to complain via customer service https://www.livingsocial.com/customer_support#select-issue
Unfortunately that link does not work as the page doesn't load I also looked at the -about the company-section and there is another link https://corporate.livingsocial.com/ourcompany
if you scroll down there is a hyperlink that says "if you ever have a problem, we will work hard to fix it" When I clicked on that link I got a error Clearly this company is avoiding properly servicing their customers.I

Purchased a $voucher through LivingSocial for $Expiration date of voucher was August 1st, 2017, but LivingSocial and the contract Instacart signs states the voucher is still good for the purchase price after the expiration dateAttempted to use voucher for the $15, but Instacart's site wouldn't accept the codeContacted Instacart's customer service and requested a new $code to be issued and dealt with 7-different CS agents who couldn't solve the issue and instead gave me the runaround
After trying to deal with Instacart, I contacted LivingSocial and have not received any response from them
At this point all I want is a $cash refund since this company doesn't appear to be able to function effectively_______ Instacart Good for $towards: $Value The promotional period for your deal "$Value" ended August 1, The amount paid ($15.00) will never expire and may be applied toward the original goods or services specified on this voucher

I had purchased counts of New York city attractions passes for total of $on 7/20/from your websiteThe passes were sold by a company called smart destinationsMy family members travelled from UK and India just to visit New York on this weekendHowever, when we went to visit Empire state building the next day, your passes did not workWe were standing in queue for hours trying to get hold of you guys and smart destinationsFinally we were told by smart destinations that you have sold us expired passesWhen we looked at the passes, it said Purchase date: Jul/21/2017, which is year in pastWhy would you guys do such a thing? This is insane as we purchased the passes from your guys on 7/20/In short you sold us expired passes which were just a piece of useless paper for usI then chatted with one of your agents who acknowledged the problem but did not help as it was a SundayFinally we had to shell out money from our own pockets to visit the attractionsWhen i

On 11/25/I attempted to purchase a vaccum using the Promo Code *** the purchase itself did not appear to go through or to accept the promo code, so I contacted LivingSocial via the chat option with a customer service repThe rep could not confirm that the purchase was successful as there as a site wide system error and told me I had to wait hours to confirmI asked the rep to cancel the transaction to which they agreed and confirmed cancellationAfter the chat session, I got an email confirmation that the purchase went through and it showed 20% off promo workedI contacted LivingSocial again to ask if that purchase can be re-applied, and they informed me my only option was to re-order the itemI was also told there is no customer service phone option for weekends
The same day, I then re-ordered the vacuum and attempted to use the same promo code *** which again did not workI attempted to chat again several times, but the chat function was downKnowing ther

I purchased an item from this merchant, what I received was not what was describedIt is very difficult to get in touch with their customer service who told me that I should contact Groupon because that is who appeared on my invoiceGroupon thetold me to contact LivingSocial because that is who I bought the deal from Neither company could tell me who shipped me this item so that I could call them and resolve this directly with the selling merchant I paid $659for a DJI Spark “fly more bundle “ drone and I receive a basic drone kit with some third party accessories tossed in the box, worth about half what I paid I took a day off work to be sure I was home for this deliver considering the $paid, and it was incorrect Customer service could not tell me anything only that I could ship it back and buy it again, which seems like an awful idea if they cannot even tell me who sold

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial for a $voucher at *** for movie rentalsI followed the instructions to register/redeem the voucher at *** onlineHowever, when I entered the voucher # and pin I was given from LivingSocial, I received an error code saying that the voucher had no balanceApparently, I spent $to buy a $voucherFor several months, I have been emailing LivingSocial in order to get this resolved with absolutely no progressI have copies of all the emails I have sent and receivedThey apparently have no phone number to contact them and the emails I have sent generate generic responses that don't address the issue and, blame it on ***I asked that they either refund the money I spent or reissue the voucher with a valid amount on itThey said it's against their policy to refund my money as I purchased a voucher that was a final sale and they said they couldn't reissue the voucher either since they concluded it was *** faultEither way, I

Hi, I purchased a gift certificate from LIving social for a merchant who is of businessPer their policy advertised on their website, it says the promotional value expires but the paid value never expires (in order to comply with massachussets law) and that they "back their businesses" and will provide a credit for the paid amount when merchants go out of business, even after the promotional period expiresI tried to call them but they denied meMy email with them is ***@aol.com and this was for the "Fireplace in Brookline" offerI believe not issuing me a credit is a violation of massachussets gift card law (link below) and the company is taking advantage of their size against individual customers like me and should be forced to honor the sale as I paid them the money with the assurance that it was their policy to back their businesses and that my paid value would never expireI believe this could also be brought to the Attorney generals attention for failure to comply wit

I purchased a voucher for an Day Greece trip from this company on 29Octfor $1,minus $promo code My wife then tried to purchase the same voucher from her account because we are of course doing this trip together During this attempt, Livingsocial blocked our purchase and the payment did not process We tried several more times over the course of the next couple days with different credit cards, but it was blocked each time by Livingsocial (this was NOT a credit card issue) After the initial attempt, I made contact with Livingsocial during the next day to figure out what was going on The customer service rep said it was due to cookies, cache, and saved credit card numbers in our Livingsocial accounts She had me delete all of this and try again, but that attempt was also denied She told me that they would need to do something on their end and therefore she would email or call me when this was completed After hours (no email or call) I received an automated
