I purchased a voucher for for the Meadowlands fair in nj in the sum of $to be used between 6/21-7/9/When I went to redeem it at the fair, the lady at the ticket window said they donot accept these vouchersI have been calling, chatting with the CSR on their site and emailing them for several days now and they wont assist in getting me a refundLivingsocial is the biggest scam, most of their vendors dont accept their vouchers and the ones that do do a terrible jobI want my refund

Company essentially attempted to steal money by voiding all accumulated dealbucks in my account without notification of any kind I found out when I made my mother's day gift purchase Company eventually returned funds but would not apply any of the funds to the recent purchase They instead cancelled my recent purchase and voided the voucher Now mom has a terrible experience trying to redeem the voucher and I need to figure out an alternative solution Ruined the mother's day gift and they are holding funds in captive

I paid for a service that was not what I paid for and did not know it would be the service until I had it doneI contacted living social and they do not want to refund me the priceIf I paid for a microdermabrasion that is exactly what I expect and when I don't get that I want my money back

I ordered a voucher that was set to expire on 12/The vendor wouldn't honor itI contacted Living Social/Groupon and they stated that the expiration date is not actually the expiration date, taht you need to use it before that dateThey were clearly not in the US and every other "expiration" date includes the date on which the coupon/offer/etcexpires
The rep refused to credit my account back and the vendor would not honor the Groupon/Living social deal
Two weeks ago, we ordered *** steaksThey never put it in my account, so I tried to order againUltimately, they put it in my account multiple times and wouldn't refund because it was hours past the time of orderThen, nobody would reply within their day "email" periodSo they are running some sort of scam and won't refund and/or honor the voucher period of time

Purchased a Living Social deal last yearThe deal expiredThe deal still offers face value of amount paid with no expirationI contacted Living Social as I am having issues still getting my deal honoredAsked for assistance with use or a refund (being that I paid for the deal)Representative informed me that no refund will be given, but never offered advice nor offered help to use the deal even though I expressed my troubles with useI contacted the representative back and advised that my issue had not been resolvedI was told that my concern would be forwarded to a supervisorI have emailed back numerous times, because I have yet to hear anythingMy emails continue to be ignoredI am becoming very frustrated that no one has been willing to help meIt has been two weeks with no response from anyoneI will NEVER support this business againAll I wanted was simple kind customer service

I have been in contact with several different customer service reps over the last month trying to get a trip that was cancelled due to the Hurricane that devastated Puerto RicoThey gave LivingSocial credit but I specifically requested a refund to my card or *** Each rep has said they will process it and get back to meMore than a month later and I have not received the $All I want is the money refunded to my card from the tripAfter this disaster of an experience I have no desire to have credit to use at LivingSocial

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have purchased from Living Social multiple times in the past When I saw a deal come across my email, I thought of my boss I ordered a *** Steaks package as a Christmas gift and set up the voucher to be sent to him via email on 12/ The email got to him but he informed me he couldn't access the voucher or a coupon code to use when order the package from *** Steaks I tried to do the same thing and got the same result: error and cannot access voucher or coupon code So I decided to call Living Social customer support The representative was not helpful He informed me that there was a security concern with my account and I needed to verify information...A) WHY?! I have ordered from Living Social numerous timesB) WHY AM I JUST FINDING THIS OUT?! Email notifications are easily set up and not new technology...I never received notification of this and therefore, my boss did not get his gift As frustration set in, the representative became less and

I purchased a service on LivingSocial.com’s app back in May In July I tried to contact the business twice to redeem the voucher but didn’t hear back till weeks later in August and was scheduled for weeks later and now after the voucher expiration date but the business owner said they’d still honor the voucherWell the date of my appointment I went and the business was unable to perform the service so they rescheduled me for two weeks later since they’re only open day a weekWell that next appt was the day after a hurricane so the business canceled again and never called or returned a call to reschedule
Well several weeks later I contacted living social about not being able to use my voucher but also because the business stretched out the appointments over several months now my voucher was expiredThe customer service person I spoke to claim to speak to the business owner and she’d call me right backWhich is odd due to the phone number she claimed to contact her on goes

I purchased a deal for $for $worth of food from *** *** Restaurant in Lakewood OH This place is a half an hour away and I rushed to go before coupon expiringWhen I get there the Waitress tells me they will not accept because they never participated in this offerI immediately called Customer service to get a foreigner to tell me it will take hrs for a resolutionShe didnt understand that they would NOT accept the voucherUpon reading other complaints seems like this is typical for this company and should be shut downMy next step is contacting the *** and look into a Class Action suit

I purchased an online deal for an acne treatment The deal did not describe what the acne treatment was but specified a particular salon I found out it was for a facial which goes against the medical advice of my doctor who only wants certain products used on my face Also, the person doing the facials is not with the salon advertised So the deal was misleading as well Even though the person doing the facial agreed to cancel the deal, living social will not I did an "online chat" with a supervisor who said there was no one higher than him that I could speak with

This company sells invalid vouchers
I had purchased the following vouchers form Livingsocial and they have issued invalid vouchers When you try to use their vouchers, the business either states that they do not accept Livingsocial vouchers or they were not paid for/voucher names were not transmitted to the merchant this they are invalid Everyone should beware as this company sells you vouchers that are invalid I had contacted Livingsocial and they said they don’t care and to blame the merchant they sold vouchers for

I ordered a cleaning deal from Living Social and when I tried to use it, the company POC kept hanging up on meI found out later that she said she didn't want to honor any voucher from Living Social because they discounted it without her permissionI wanted to get a refund but was told to trade it in for another dealI traded it in for another deal on their site but that particular company was in a different state (although the deal popped up as part of my choices even though my location was set to the right place)I was so frustrated with all the issues, I asked for my money backI was told that because I already traded it in that it wouldn't be possibleI was tricked! Had I been informed a refund was possible initially and would not be possible after I traded it in, I would have opted for the refundLiving Social did not disclose this info! Furthermore, there is too many hassles associated with their service

I purchased a pair of *** slippers whcih I received on November 16, 2018, Within three weeks of purchase, one foot started to unravel in the toe areaI have not worn this slippers very much, maybe five times, if thatI got busy and have just got time to resolve this issueI looked for the receipt but could not find itI finally got the idea to check my previous emails and found the orderToday, January 14, I contacted Living Social to get a replacement pair, not even a refund, and was told it could not be doneI was beyond the days return/exchange policyI just found the email and looked at the policyI have done a lot of business with Living Social and Groupon and disappointed that I could not exchange the itemThey only cost bucks and will not break the bank, but the fact that they could not provide this customer service is alarming

I paid $for a LivingSocial voucher for an architecture cruise in ChicagoBut when I tried to book the cruise during our recent trip to Chicago, the cruise ship was completely full and there was no availability
We were frustrated that we could not get on the cruise because the vendor was overbookedSince the service that I purchased could not be provided, I immediately requested a credit from LivingSocial (as I had done successfully many times in the past), but this time my credit was deniedI called and emailed several times, requesting to speak with supervisors, but each time, I was told "no refund." This is a new motto for LivingSocial - one that I'm unaccustomed to hearing after being a customer for three years and purchasing dozens of services on their website
I reviewed the webpage for the refund policy on this particular item, which clearly states: "No refunds IF you or your party are late or are unable to attend your selected reservation." As the company was overb

On August 7, 2018, I placed an order on Groupon.com for $for *** Sushi in Colorado Springs, CoThe money was immediately deducted from my credit card; however, the order did not show up in my accountI immediately contacted customer serviceI have been in contact with different peopleThey kept telling me there is no record of my orderI told them I know this and that's the problemI want my money backThey have even asked me to send a screenshot of the money deducted from my credit cardI have provided them with the screenshot twiceIt is now days later, and they still have not refunded my $I don't know what else to doThey have all been uncooperative

we purchased a voucher for a story gutter cleaning for $ This was advertised in Milwaukee, WI When we called the company to set an appointment they told us they do not service Wisconsin
This ad was deceiving since it was advertised in Milwaukee After we received this information the fine print said this voucher is good for a mile radius of zipcode The city was nt mentioned in the adThis zip code is located in Brookdale, IL We feel this ad is deceptive There are other ads that use the same picture this ad used
