DO NOT BUY FROM LIVINGSOCIAL!! I placed an order for a video game console at this store recently because they advertise a discount on itBut my order was cancelled without giving any reason or apologyIf they are not going to honor the price why did they advertised it? it is totally a scam and cheating just to get clicks for their pageIt is waste of my time and made my kids very unhappyAVOID BAD STOER LIKE THIS!

I purchased a Groupon for an 8:PM performance, and received a voucher for an 11:PM performanceI did not want to miss the deal, so I went to LivingSocial to buy it there since Groupon had made an error(I submitted a complaint in that case, as well; ***)
However, just like with Groupon (I have since learned they are owned by the same company, which may explain the same error), when I got my LivingSocial voucher, it said the event was at 11:PMI did not select an 11:PM show, nor was an 11:PM show advertisedI have pictures (which I sent to LivingSocial) of the voucher I purchased, and the incorrect voucher I receivedOne picture is the screenshot of the page where I bought the LivingSocial (clearly stating that it starts at 8:PM), and the other is the confirmation which indicates the show is at 11:PM
I just want my money back, but LivingSocial refuses because tickets are nonrefundableI would not need my money back if I had received the 8:PM

Living Social advertised the following tickets *** *** LA a Signature Company for $The advertise did not mention any additional cost or feesI purchased these tickets for $Before the purchase was final I had to visit the vendor website Once at the vendor website the vendor added additional fees in the amount of $4% surcharge and a 3% service feeThe calculation is based on what the tickets would have and not the actual price paidI tried to get a refund and was told by living social it was to lateI believe Living Social should had advised me of the additional fees prior to the purchase of the tickets

Living Social ran a deal with 1800housewares.com on mermaid blankets during the time of Black Friday The deal stated it would take 1800housewares.com three weeks to ship the blankets I placed the order with the merchant on 11/and over three weeks later I have no blankets I have tried to contact 1800housewares.com via phone, internet and Facebook with no luck Living Social answered my first email but then never responded after that 1800housewares.com now has a pop up on their website stating mermaid blankets are additionally delayed due to an overwhelming amount of volume I purchased these with the understanding I would have them for Christmas for my two nieces and now I have nothing I want a refund and I have requested that from Living Social and they have not responded

I received an email from Living Social for several offers One interested me regarding the *** ** *** in Tampa I clicked on the deal, made my date, time and seat selections and proceeded to checkout There wasn't anywhere to put in the code Living Social had given for 20% off I did this three times and each time I started right from the beginning at their email I even did the Live Chat on the Cirque's page - twice - and they couldn't explain it
Then I did Live Chat with Living Social to no avail I do have a copy of that transcript if neededLiving Social should not be making these offers if the customer cannot use them

I used an ad in Living Social to order from Video Editor video tapes to be converted to DVDAfter several months of not receiving my DVD's, I contacted Video editor and they said they were very busy I ordered these in August and last week received my video tapes but no DVD's or explanation Since this ad was run thru Living Social, I contacted them and they said they were not responsible for that It would seem to me that if they are going to promote and use these services, they should back the orders They once again said I should contact Video Editor which I have tried to do via the internet as well as telephone with no responseIt seems to me that Living Social should not use these services id they are not going to back the the adeditor
