I am responding to the company's response because:I was called by a customer service representative from headquarters who assured me that everything would be taken care I was told to mail my ring to the headquarters I was about to do so and then thought to ask if I needed any paperwork with the ring and was told of course and that I need to fill out more forms These forms require calling the customer service line again I spent an entire week calling that line trying to get the warrantee policy number to no avail I am not confident that I will get the help I need by calling the customer service line again I expect for the problem to be fixed without further hoops to jump through or more phone calls to the customer service line

I am rejecting this response because:I've attempted to contact Samuels corporate leaving messages and never received a call back from them or the store? This issue still is not resolved. They still have our jewelry and have not attempted to provide a solution. I have a provided them a fire report and don't understand why this is so difficult? Can you assist? I am rejecting this response because:Hello ***, I'm writing to let you know that Samuels Jewelers has yet to refund my money for my purchaseI have contacted them multiple times.The last time I spoke with someone, I was told that my refund got forwarded in the mail because I moved to a new addressThey were supposed to call prior to me calling them and verify that that the new address was correct but they did not.After verifying the new address over the phone that day, I was told a new refund check would be sent to me. A few days ago I received an email saying that I needed to update my address in the system.This has been going on long enough and I just want my money backI have been patient with this company and have tried to be understanding, but at this point my patience is wearing thin.I would appreciate any help in this matter.
