Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In reference to this complaint, its difficult to believe Durizon roofing I dont want to drop the Revdex.com complaint and say all ok because as you know no calls or actions to repLace the roof has been done By Durizon I have tried calling and have recorded their responses, dont answer the calls This is fraud, thief! Now again, is durizon responding to appease you momentarily On November 12, is the date my insurance will not honor paying for a roof; its been year Another I am tired of dealing with a round around business, dishonestly I received a calk last weeks fron the sale mgr used at the time of sales and want for me to ask the home insurance for the remainder of the money to replace the roof He said he is separate from them and had to use a sole independent roofing contractor to complete the job He needs roofing materials To me its shady organization No work has been done at all Trucks break down to deliver materials, to back order, etc are the excuses to not repkace the roof Please assist in returning the money.Ms [redacted] One more addition to my response to Durizon and need TO say yes or no to their message Theirs words in their message have been only words, no action, empty promises This case is NOT RESOLVED They have taken months of no response or will be there don't bother us? They did a great job, the guys working on my house cleaned everything, although it took almost months to get the roof done I am very satisfied and so is my wife

An employee of Durizon came to my home in June and checked my home for hail damage I put in a claim and was issued a check which I gave to the staff person of Durizon Roofing I have been told my roof would get done but they have since gone out of business and my check for $was cashed and no services were ever done

we tried to reach out to Mrs[redacted] on numerous occassions,either she isnt in we leave messages and I return them back asap.If Mrs [redacted] wants to cancel the contract their a 25% cancelation fee on the contract

Durizon came to my house on May 16, and took my 3rd party insurance check of to complete my roof, to be deposited in their Frost account according to Marquis The representatives are very smooth in their rhetoric, explaining that his sister-in-law is in the military to build trust Marquis, the project manager will say that he has a Master's in English and is an actor on the side They will share stories about their family to build trust and promote their "family business." I phoned and was unable to talk to anyone concerning my roof at least times The business relocated from SW Loop Suite, A to the Broadway location, I am guessing with my check and many other hard-working, honest person's check as well I had shared many text messages with Marquis promising to start work My project date was August 1st, it is now September 14th It hard to start a project when supplies where not purchased and delivered to the roof before the project date I am starting the legal process to refund my money Durizon employees are dishonest, and I can't believe that Jesse (the sister in law) is the military representing our country as an honest citizen These con-artists start be held accountable in a courtroom or lose their freedom for stealing so many people's money They will say they are Revdex.com Accredited How are people suppose to pay for their roof, now?

spoke to Mr[redacted] today and apologized for the miscommunicationsI that his file is being schedule within days and will be kept with communications from us or he can call anytime to get a update

Spoke To Mr [redacted] , advised him as to why work hasnt been started, but if he would give us at (60) day from today we will have work completedHe said OK Thank you [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, on actual contract there was
no set date for roof to be done but verbally I was told it would be done in January and here we are heading into JuneThe problem and what is worrisome is this contract was done December 21,and roofing company was pretty quick to cash downpayment within days but it's taking more than 5months to do the workWe did receive a call after this complaint that it would be done the last week of may or first week of June which still wasn't guaranteed it would be doneFor the inconvenience we would like to have a $discount including the $out of pocket from the remaining balanceIf work is not done by June 15th we would rather just have ALL our money refunded or now would be even better.

I submitted insurance check from State Farm to Durizon in San Antonio to repair my roof following hailstorm It has been several months and I have had no contact from the company and now all their phones are disconnected Would not recommend using this company, certainly do not provide money up front Local news station had expose of problems with the company

up to a message received 7/21/from Revdex.com And I received a call last week from Durizon roofing company who stated supplies for roofing will be delivered soon Work to complete is yet to be seen and roofing supplies are yet to be delivered No delivery of service completed Work to replace total roof and gutters are not completed as of today.I do not want to close this case because roof replacement & gutter are yet to be completed Upon completion of work my home insurance will then perform an inspection It is then payment to Durizon roofing will done.

We have made several attempts to resolve any issues, that aren't complete, We have sent our regular maintenance man twice to her residence no response on 6-20-& 6-21-And also has been called on 6-22-by ***, so we have tried to communicate with hershe isn't returning calls back for resolution

I had such a great experience with Durizon! They took care of everything every step of the wayThey conduct their business with the utmost professionalism and you can tell they truly care about their customers and the work they provideMy family and I couldn't be happier with our new roofI will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family and to anyone who is need of roofing or construction servicesIf you want the job done right they're the place to go

per *** we have every intention of repairing her roof but ,mrs *** continues to disagree and wont allow us or give us permission to get on her property.we have been fair and honest in doing the work but how can we even began to do so if she is being unco-operative.please explain this to

HAVE TRIED TO REACH TO MRS ***WE ARE WILLING TO PERFORM THE WORK AND MEET UP TO THE CONTRACT.SHE HAS A CONTRACT WITH US AND WILL MEET UP TO IT BUT SHE MUST CONTACT US AND ALLOW US TO SCHEDULE HER AN APPOINTMENT

The roof replacement will be started on May 3,
