I am rejecting this response because: Yes, on actual contract there was no set date
for roof to be done but verbally I was told it would be done in January and here we are heading into JuneThe problem and what is worrisome is this contract was done December 21,and roofing company was pretty quick to cash downpayment within days but it's taking more than 5months to do the workWe did receive a call after this complaint that it would be done the last week of may or first week of June which still wasn't guaranteed it would be doneFor the inconvenience we would like to have a $discount including the $out of pocket from the remaining balanceIf work is not done by June 15th we would rather just have ALL our money refunded or now would be even better.

we will have the work done with 30-days.mr *** has felt harassed by mrs *** and is very considerate in no other point he has felt harrased by her calls.he called her yesterday is trying to see where she is on schedule

Spoke To Mr***, advised him as to why work hasnt been started, but if he would give us at (60) day from today we will have work completedHe said OK.

will review as said bwe will be more then happy to do whatever it takes.as per the contract if you cancell contract and you did sign the contract that you will have to pay a 25% fee

I would like is a partial refund so that I can employ a company that will get the work done I am not looking for anything more or less Please contact me if you would like to resolve this amicably by reaching an agreement to reimburse me for the work that wasn't fulfilled I am not looking to tarnish Durizons name or pursue anything further if you will just agree to give me a refund for the work you didn't perform It's simple.Thank you

The two principle owners Richard S*** and Mark R*** have a prior business Castle Rock-Construction with a F rating and revoked status in Abilene TexasThey have several complaints with homeowners and business where they took their money and never did the workThey also do not honor their warranty so do not use these crooksLook up their past and help put a stop to their deceptive trade practicesGoogle Richard S*** Insurance Fraud Dallas Texas to see the type of owner this guy is--would you trust him with your $$? Do your research before you sign with these guys and ask for a refund if you have made the mistake of signing with them

We have completed the roof on Friday May 6th 2016, We also have not been fully compensated from the client and are working to resolve this matter

and asked me how we could resolve the complaintI explained to him that at this point I was asking for my $I gave to be refunded and he said he had not control to make those decisionsHe asked if I could give him a week to get back with meI told him I had already waited enough time and this issue has not been resolvedI explained to him that I had even spoken to the co-owner Mr*** *** the first week of August and he had said he would schedule me within two weeks to get my roof doneAgain, nothing was scheduledI asked Mr*** for a refund and he texted me saying it was easier to schedule me roof to get done then to refund me my moneyThat he said sometime in September, but he couldn't give me a definite dateI was told by the representative, third line supervisor, that I would like to just get my refund and part waysHe said, he would have Mr*** call me within hours since he had already talked to me beforeI asked him for the refund
