I am rejecting this response because: In regards to this complaint no one has called On the last hopeful resolution from Durizon roofing they would call back I called after I got out of the hospital on about july 21, and *** *** answered the call & stated he is harrassed by the call Unusual business practice? Are they closing, or bankrupt?

twice a day at *** and leave my name , my address and my home telephone number to call me back..and they never respond..they are making a laughing stock out of customers, the construction business and Revdex.com...what they are telling you and what they are doing is not the sameThey are scamming us all Why and how they seemed to get away withall the things they are doing is beyond beliefI have filed a complaint with the Texas attorney's office...these people should not be in any business, they have not kept up their part of my contract and have failed to complete thework in a timely manner..and are not accessible, via telephone, email or at their offices

Shingle replacement went on without any issues but they did not have the proper personnel to remove and replace solar panelsthere was a person that came in that supposedly knew what do to but only showed the workers what to dothey left solar panels with the bolts half way inDuring the process the reporting the Elighten Enphase solar monitoring equipment quit workingIt wa only when the Solar company informed me that the equipment was not reporting that I knew that there was a problemThe solar company did me a favor and replaced the equipment but I had to pay for the equipment to be housed in an enclosed electrical box and also payed for all of the electrical workBecause durizon removed and replaced the solar panels, my solar panel warranty has been voidedThey could have easily told me that the solar panel work should be done by the solar panel contractor to have avoided these problems but it's clear the wanted to also keep the money assigned for the solar panel workNow I have no warranty on my solar panelsI informed the owner of these issues but all I heard was, "I am sorry"So then we had a severe thunderstorm over out areaWe noticed there was leak cause the sheet rock in the hallway got wet and damaged the paint and sheet rockThere was also two other leaks on our back patio areaThese leaks are serious cause the rain drips right on top of two electrical boxesI had to put a lot of silicone caulking to prevent rain from getting into the boxesThis can cause fire or electrical shockWe informed them about the leaks and the rain dripping on the electrical boxesA worker showed up and supposedly fix the leaksI was not present but my wife wasThe worker also did not know anything about repairing inside water leak damageHe left after thatWe then had another heavy rainCalled durizon againThe two patio leaks are still there and still dripping onto electrical boxesThis time the owner showed up with the same worker as last timeThe roof leak as repaired and some tar was placed on parts were the leak could be at and some roof panel work was also doneThe owner told me that he would send out another worker to repair the damaged sheet rock inside the homeThe panel bolts were taken care ofI have waited and waited for them to respond or show upNothingSo we had another heavy rain and the patio leaks are still presentI have Informed them twice and they have not calledSeems they are more worried about taking pretty pictures of themselves in their new office then taking care of their customersI even told them I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and Angies List and still no responseAll I have heard from them in the past is the usual response, "We are Sorry"Pathetic, very poor customer relations and very poor repair job work

contact me outside this Revdex.com website. There is a simple resolution - an
$check made to me for the return of my deposit. My complaint was
initiated months ago, yet I have not received a check in the mail to remedy

we tried to reach out to Mrs.[redacted] on numerous occassions,either she isnt in we leave messages and I return them back asap.If Mrs [redacted] wants to cancel the contract their a 25% cancelation fee on the contract.
