rejecting this response because: only one call was placed today 8.18.16. I missed the call and returned the call at 1:42 and again at 2:24. The phone number that I am being provided does not allow me to speak to anyone, it does not have a directory, and I can only leave a message. It is now 3:37 and Mr. [redacted] has yet to return my call. I would appreciate a different number or an extension in order to get a hold of Mr.[redacted] I would also appreciate several attempts from the company to get a hold of me.

I am rejecting this response because: I am very concerned that this company is doing this to someone and has not done anything to make things right. I was promised from [redacted] when he came to my home and got on the ladder "we do not do business like this I will make this better" I have called him and he told me again he would fix this still nothing. nor has he called back. I have no idea what this letter is and who [redacted] is. [redacted] called once and had no clue about the work needed to be complete however wanted more money. He was suppose to call me back in 15 mins after he spoke to [redacted]. Of course no call back. My husband and I work 8-5 am during the week so we would not be able to help you at our location.I suggest you call me to make things correct like a business should this is giving me Anxiety and I don't know what to do. I can only trust the company to finish the Job on a Saturday when we are home. I am including the text I have sent to [redacted] and he said "ok got it" but still no follow up.

Spoke To Mr. [redacted], advised him as to why work hasnt been started, but if he would give us at (60) day from today we will have work completed. He said OK.  Thank you [redacted]

We have made numerous attempts to make contact with Mrs. [redacted], we are here to resolve maybe, she isnt calling back due to fact she might be angry. We will keep trying, but we are willing to do whatever it takes, but she isnt responding. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because it is obvious that Durizon is refusing to reimburse my $800 deposit.  After delivering my deposit in October and not being contacted for several months, I could no longer wait.  I had to get my roof replaced by another contractor in March.  It seems that this communication was only spurred by the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com, otherwise I still would have received silence from Durizon.  If Durizon truly wishes to resolve this matter, then the only service I ask from them is for the return of my $800 deposit.

I am rejecting this response because:Durizon Roofing has had nine months and twelve days to do the work we contracted for. I gave them a down payment of $4620.00 with the rest to be paid when ALL the work was finished to my satisfaction. It was only after I filed my original complaint with your office that they contacted me with a promise that the roofing work would be done on July 15. 2016. Today is July 18, 2016 and there has been absolutely no contact from anyone at that company since my phone call from  a woman who said her name was [redacted] and who purported to be the office manager. This [redacted] PROMISED me that the roof work would be done on the 15th. No workers ever showed up. No materials were delivered and I have not had a text, an email, a post card. a letter or a phone call from any one connected to Durizon. What further steps can be taken to either get my money back or get the work done in a manner that is not as slipshod as their treatment of me as a customer? I had to leave a message on[redacted]' voice mail and am waiting for him to return my call. Thank you for your rapid response to my phone call. [redacted]     Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to use it in a fruit salad!

We sent someone from our office two times and also called with no answer. We are doing hundreds of roofs in San Antonio with many satisfied customers. We need Mrs. [redacted] to call our office at [redacted] and we would be happy to...

figure out what the problems are.

I disagree we have attempted by phone and certifed mail and have not received any letters or phone calls . In fact as I write this note at 4:49 pm on August. 25th I called both phone numbers listed on the paper work and first number 210-762-8689 goes to a fast busy signal, 210-281-4167 recording comes on and no idenfing voice message picks up so I have left another voice message.

  Cashier's check was not delivered as promised, this has been this company's behavior since day one false promises at all times.

Client was in our office on 8/3, we met with him, that we have him on the appointment list by no later, then 10/16 in which then we will call him, to set, time & date. We will have his roof and anything else that is on his contact resolve. [redacted]
