As per my correspondence with Eastern on 4/22/14 and 5/12/14, the information they have failed to supply:  copies of any documents showing they own this debt and copies of any documents showing I agreed to pay what they say I owe.  All I have received from them are computer screen print outs that don't tell me anything.  I am still researching if ** regulates/registers/licenses debt collection.

Our apologies. It was reported for missing a payment. We will send for removal immediately but it will take approximately 3-4 weeks for the removal to show.

We sent regular mail not certified.  We placed the balance the practice, our client intended on 07-21-17 which was $9125.00.  Insurance didn't pay the balance until 8-24-17.  Now that it was paid by the insurance we will send for removal of the balance from your credit report.

We have immediately sent for removal. we will do everything possible to have that executed as quickly as possible but don't control it. We also cannot speak for the original creditor or what they plan to do in the future. Since you waited over two years to respond to us we ask that you would accept our efforts and have that patience now as we had.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Billing representative Anastassia told me that you will be DELETING/REMOVING the RECORD, As far as you not receiving the email I sent to your info@ email, I have a copy of it and it was sent to you making you aware of this. I have already requested a letter from [redacted] which they are sending me which corroborates this and I am expecting for this record which was not placed by [redacted] but by you to be Deleted from all 3 credit Bureaus, I am trying to move on in my mortgage process. I will be contacting the Executive Officer today because they stated that once you were notified you would remove the record completely from all 3 [redacted]. As I said I will be contacting the Executive Officer today as you insist in not deleting the record from all bureaus! A satisfied resolution is the record trade line removed/DELETED from all bureaus.
