Once the product is used, you must go through the manufactures warranty to get assistance, which we provided the contact information for that brand on 9/26/2017. Whatever was decided between you and that brand will be between them, and I would recommend contacting them to let them know you have an issue. An order number or invoice is not available.  I received the two eBags as a wedding gift registry.  During the initial return process I provided eBags all the requested information including the shipping time-frame, all the possible mailing addresses, and e-mail addresses the order would have been purchased under.  The customer service said they would look up the order information and get back to me.  When they got back to me they simply provided me a [redacted] label and return shipping instructions.  At no point during the return process did they communicate to me that the order number was not found or that they would be changing the refund amount.  On 11/29/2016 nearly two months prior to opening a Revdex.com complaint, I sent an e-mail communication to eBags requesting the order number for my return.  This e-mail was ignored with no response from eBags.   The e-mail was re-sent on 12/06/2016 and was again ignored with no response from eBags. Furthermore, the order number is shown on eBags website as "if applicable".  Reference: http://www.ebags.com/help/warrantyebagsWhen contacting us, please provide the following information available to help us speed up the resolution of the problem:Order Number (if applicable)Full Name.....My complaint is not based on receiving less money than what was originally paid, my primary complaint is centered around eBags lack of integrity. They clearly stated that a certain amount would be refunded for each return bags.  When the bags were returned, the refunded amount was significantly different.  Most importantly, they made no attempt to address the discrepancy or answer any customer questions after the return.  Total return process time was nearly 3 months, at no point during this process did eBags communicate to me that an order number was required for the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I don't see how another site can "Get the promotion incorrect" when your website accepted the price, charged my card, and sent out a confirmation email. That is not the other site's fault. Your site was the one accepting the price. This is not to mention that your cancellation email stated that the item was out of stock, which it clearly wasn't. When contacting customer service, they blatantly lied and told me that your inventory system "doesn't work on weekends". It still has not updated.
